Decreased cardiac output is a primary nursing diagnosis for patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD), which is a life-threatening condition requiring immediate consideration and action. This study aims to identify the determinants of decreased cardiac output diagnosis in patients with CVD at the Aceh Provincial General Hospital. The research variables include smoking status, sodium diet, and cholesterol levels, with a cross-sectional study design and a sample size of 80 CVD patients selected through convenience sampling. Data collection was conducted through physical examinations, patient/family interviews using a questionnaire guide, and a review of patient history information from medical records. The data collection tools comprised a sociodemographic questionnaire, Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ), and a decreased cardiac output questionnaire adopted from the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards (SDKI). Data were analyzed using the Chi-square test. The results showed a significant relationship between smoking status and sodium diet with decreased cardiac output (P < 0.00), but no relationship between cholesterol levels and decreased cardiac output (P > 0.469). The hospital and nursing staff are recommended to enhance education on the impact of smoking, sodium diet intake, and cholesterol levels on decreased cardiac output.

This experiment was conducted during two successive seasons (2020 and 2021). The aim of this research is to study the effect of spraying Barhee date palm with some natural plant extracts on fruit set, yield and fruit physical and chemical properties. Inflorescences were sprayed with moringa and garlic extracts at 2 or 4% for both, three times (one hour before pollination, one month after pollination and two months after pollination). The obtained results indicated that spraying date palm inflorescences with moringa and garlic extracts produced higher initial fruit set as compared with the untreated ones in the two seasons. While all tested treatments improved fruit physical characteristics such as fruit weight, flesh weight, fruit length and diameter compared to the control treatment in the two studied seasons; moringa extract recorded the heaviest bunches and yield/palm in both seasons. In addition, the results showed that moringa extract at 4% increased total soluble solids%, total sugars%, reducing and non-reducing sugars% in both seasons compared to the control. Meanwhile, the lowest fruit set, bunch weight, yield/palm and fruit physical and chemical properties were recorded due to the control in both seasons. Also, all treatments reduced significantly total acidity% in both seasons. In addition, spraying moringa extract at 4% improved leaf mineral content (N, P, K, Ca and Mg) and gave the highest values followed by moringa extract at 2%, then garlic extract at 4% and 2%, respectively in both seasons.

Boron is an essential micronutrient for mustard that plays important roles in growth, development as well as yield of mustard. A field experiment was conducted at the Agronomy Field Laboratory of Bangladesh during November through January to study the effect of boron fertilizer on the yield of mustard two varieties in T. aman rice- Mustard- Boro rice cropping pattern. The experiment consisted of two factors- Factor A: Two mustard cultivars viz., BARI Sarisha-14 and BARI Sarisha-15 and Factor B: Four levels of boron viz., 0 kg boron ha-1 (control), 0.5 kg boron ha-1 (50% of RD), 1.0 kg boron ha-1 (100% of RD) and 1.5 kg boron ha-1 (150% of RD). The experiment was laid out in a randomized complete block design with three replications. Results reveal that yield and yield contributing characters were not significantly influenced by studied two mustard varieties except plant height. Numerically the higher seed yield was recorded from the variety BARI Sarisha-14. In case of level of boron application, the highest seed yield was obtained with the application of 1.0 kg boron ha-1 (100% of RD) which was followed by application of 1.5 kg boron ha-1 (150% of RD) and the lowest seed yield of mustard was recorded in control treatment (no boron application). From the interaction, it is observed that BARI Sarisha-14 with 1.0 kg boron ha-1 (100% of RD) produced the highest seed yield which was statistically similar with BARI Sarisha-15 with 1.0 kg boron ha-1 (100% of RD). From the results of the study, it may be concluded that BARI Sarisha-14 or BARI Sarisha-15 with 1.0 kg boron ha-1 (100% of RD) could be cultivated for obtaining highest seed yield of mustard in T. aman rice-Mustard-Boro rice-based cropping pattern.

Consider a rain cloud near the dew point, where droplets appear from the water vapor. Then, the nucleation equation previously derived for polymer solutions could be thought of as applying in reverse, water vapor--->water droplets in a cloud. The “solution” would then be the air phase with water vapor mixed with the constituents of the atmosphere and the new phase is the pure water droplet. This paper explains how the author’s nucleation equation pertains to the rain-producing cloud in reverse in equation (5), where T is the temperature of the cloud, To, the temperature it needs to cool to for water droplets to form and n2/n, the vapor pressure of water/air pressure. In this paper, n2/n is eliminated to give measurable quantities. Presumably, atmospheric chemists have access to proper data from altostratus and nimbostratus clouds and could better predict when clouds will nucleate with this very simple formula.

The influencer phenomenon on social media has become a major issue in modern digital culture. Through platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, influencers influence consumer opinions, behaviors, and trends with their content. The purpose of this research on the influencer phenomenon on social media to find out some general objectives including understanding the impact of influencers on consumer behavior, analyzing effective marketing strategies through influencers, and exploring the changing trends in the relationship dynamics between influencers, brands, and their followers and their impact among Gen Z (Zoomer). This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative method as the main approach. This approach allowed the researcher to deeply explore the impact of social media on college students' consumptive behavior by analyzing and synthesizing findings from relevant and recent studies in the scientific literature. This research also proves that Generation Z still considers trust factors, brand image factors, and influencer factors in their purchasing decisions despite endorsements by influencers. For that reason, it can be seen that being an influencer is a promising profession while keeping up with the times. And as technology develops, anyone with a computer, cell phone, camera or any other device can become an influencer. Therefore, it can be concluded that these influencers can change consumers' opinions and behaviors to the way they interact with the world around them and also the influence of influencers raises criticism and challenges, especially related to issues of transparency, authenticity, and psychological impact. As such, it is important to keep a close eye on the development of the influencer phenomenon and consider its social, psychological and ethical implications.

Introduction Walking is a common activity and an affordable form of exercise feasible for people of all ages and circumstances. Given the onslaught of non-communicable diseases, strategies to promote physical activity such as walking should be based on good quality evidence. This study explored the experiences, and the barriers and facilitators towards walking among urban residents. Methods An exploratory qualitative study method with one-to-one in-depth interviews were carried out with participants aged 22 to 80 of both sexes to explore the experiences, facilitators and barriers faced by participants. Results Participants had a positive attitude to walking and had incorporated it in their daily lives, but only few participants did it as an exercise. Role models, availability of public transport, negative reinforcement due to health condition, mental well-being, and walking being a social and enjoyable activity were the facilitators. Vehicle ownership, poor infrastructure, dangerous roads, social norms and stigma and lack of willpower were main barriers. Conclusion In order to promote walking as a form of physical activity the social aspects of walking such as walking as a form of socializing, taking measures to incorporate walking into people’s daily lives or commute, and highlighting the mental health benefits of walking have to be carried out rather than promoting walking just as a form of physical activity.
