Introduction Dietary practices in early childhood set the stage for lifelong food choices. The advent of ultra-processed foods has been linked to poor diet and poor outcomes. This study was carried out to explore the dietary practices of young children through the voices of their mothers. Methods This exploratory pilot qualitative study carried out one-to-one in-depth interviews with seven mothers of children between three and ten years living in an urban area of Nepal to determine the dietary habits, psychosociocultural factors and environmental factors behind such practices. Results Mothers were generally aware of good dietary practices. Rice was the staple grain and other grains, although consumed, were viewed more as an occasional food item or afternoon snack. Although diversity was recognized in the fruits and vegetables, diversity in grain was not focused by all mothers. Early initiation of all the various foods was a factor that led to acceptance. Schools had a great role in influencing practice but not all schools put to practice what they had taught. Social norms and influence of other family members often went against mothers’ wishes or expectations to avoid ultra-processed foods. Market forces and the nature of packaged foods attracted children uncontrollably and the ubiquity of ultra-processed foods was viewed as a problem. Conclusion Mothers are generally ensuring the right dietary practices for their children and take steps to ensure diversity, but social norms and cultures, the market forces often come as an obstacle to avoiding the onslaught of ultra-processed foods.

Raising sophistication and cost in medicine and healthcare services is a major global issue, sophisticated ubiquitous computing also called pervasive computing applications are gearing up to this challenge, with sensors embedded into our daily devices it is becoming easier to put these devices in a computing grid and collect patient’s data more frequently than performing a routine checkup. Ubiquitous computing can help manage critical cases because the patients will be monitored more closely and emergency situations will be attended to a lot quicker and the medical experts and the system will be aware of any raising health issue. Ubiquitous computing allows patients records to be accessed anywhere anytime meaning an ambulance can be approaching a scene and pulling up the medical records of patient to act on the issue as it arises. This is could very well be the foundation for smart hospitals or smart healthcare.

The present paper seeks to put in a relationship, the authenticity of rural destinations and their popularity among tourism consumers, vis a vis of the integration, promotion and marketing through tourism products of travel agencies. Maramureș is perhaps the most authentic area of Romania, both in terms of tangible and intangible cultural heritage. The isolated geographical location of the area, in the northern most corner of the country, has involuntary contributed to a good preservation of this heritage. Therefore, my case study focused on rural localities in this area and how they are included, promoted and commercialized through the products of tourism agencies, considering UNESCO's criteria of authenticity, as an atribute of cultural identity and popularity as an attribute of commercial identity. The analysis started from the premise that a tourist identity of an authentic destination apears when, in addition to the cultural identity of the respective destination, there is also a commercial identity through which the destination gets added value.

Educational scientists have affirmed that developing children's cooperation skills is one of the most important goals of preschool education. The preschool period is considered the golden period to form and develop cooperation skills. Collaborative skills education for 5-6 years old preschoolers can be done through many different ways. One of the favorable ways to form and develop is through themed role-playing games (TCĐĐTCT). Because TCDVTC carries all the basic features of games in a broad sense, it is full of children's emotions and passion, self-reliance and self-organization, positivity and creativity, cooperation, etc.

Enteric duplication cyst of the alimentary tract is a rare congenital anomaly that can occur anywhere throughout the alimentary tract most commonly the small bowel. There is two types of gastrointestinal duplications exist: Tubular and cystic, however, studies have reported that foregut duplication cysts can have a respiratory epithelium lining. It is rare. We present a case of an enteric duplication cyst arising from the ileum lined with respiratory squamous epithelium, occurring in a 3years-old girl. The uncommon histology and unusual presentation make this case a unique of what is already a rare pathological entity.

Introduction: Cervical cancer is the second leading cause of cancer deaths among women in India and 25% of all global deaths due to cervical cancer occurs in India. Globally 70-80%of cervical cancers are attributed to human papilloma virus (HPV) mainly genotype 16 and 18. It is been documented that cervical cancer incidence is greater among lower socio-economic status women, less educated women and in those having larger number of children’s. Methodology: 200 case of cancer cervix registered at oncology opd and ward were selected and followed up prospectively in a teaching institution for all the variables and treatment protocols and followed up for complications, morbidity, and symptomatic relief and recurrence or cure of disease. A detailed case pro forma was made including all details of patients, patients were examined in details including physical and speculum examination and investigated accordingly to find out the stage of disease, various treatment modalities were used according to stage of disease as surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and combination of above treatment modalities where required. Results: In our study majority of patients were in the age group of 40-51years and having an advanced disease stage (55%)at presentation.cauliflower type of growth was most common finding on per speculum examination, white discharge per vaginum(79%) was the most common presenting symptom followed by postmenopausal bleeding (51%)and postcoital bleeding(36%). Conclusion: Cancer cervix is preventable disease but unfortunately not yet prevented, action is needed both for primary and secondary prevention of cervical cancer.HPV vaccination is now globally accepted as a safe and effective means of primary prevention of cervical cancer.

The world is passing through rapid changes as never before in modern days. This transformation has immensely influence on the overall personality of people in general and youth in particular. Young people become vulnerable and problems of economy like corruption, political scams, poverty, unemployment, changing climate, inflation, lack of contribution in society, frustration, insecurity and inability to cope with the change. In spite of youth being potential source of energy, society is not benefitting enough from its youthfulness because youth as a whole no not find any constructive role in the social development process. Therefore, it is importance as well as necessary to harness their energies towards social development for positive transformation of the society. Understanding Swami Vivekananda and his message and putting it across to youth could play an important role for social development. It is an attempt to study the role of youth in social development and its inspiration by Swami Vivekananda on youth.

Aceclofenac (AC) is a potent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) known for its anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic properties. Its effectiveness is comparable to other NSAIDs, with a similar onset of action. As a Biopharmaceutical Classification System (BCS) Class II compound, the oral bioavailability of AC is limited by its dissolution rate in the gastrointestinal tract. Enhancing the dissolution rate of AC is crucial for improving its bioavailability and therapeutic efficacy. This study aimed to prepare and characterize solid dispersions of AC using a mixed excipient system of β-cyclodextrin and polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 (PVP K30) as carriers, and to examine their effect on the drug's dissolution rate. Solid dispersions were created via physical mixture and solvent evaporation methods using different ratios of AC to the excipient system. The formulations were evaluated for parameters such as practical yield, drug content, bulk and tapped density, Hausner’s ratio, Carr’s index, angle of repose, and in vitro drug release. The results showed a significant increase in drug release for the solid dispersions compared to the pure drug, with the solvent evaporation method proving more effective than the physical mixture method. Solid dispersion techniques offer numerous benefits by altering drug release characteristics, leading to faster drug release within the body. The study demonstrated that the solubility of poorly soluble drugs like AC can be significantly improved through solid dispersion methods. The use of water-soluble carriers such as PVP K30 and β-cyclodextrin effectively modified the drug release profiles. Solid dispersions of AC with PVP K30 were prepared in drug-to-carrier ratios of 1:1 to 1:5 using the solvent evaporation method, while inclusion complexes with β-cyclodextrin were prepared by the kneading method in similar ratios. The formulations were screened for yield, texture, color, physical characteristics, and suitability.

Meme culture is an interesting phenomenon in digital media that plays an important role in digital communication and culture that has become a popular tool for conveying information and ideas that spread rapidly on the internet and social media platforms. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply how the satire discourse is contained in pictorial texts and purely texts in memes how the role of memes in digital media, and how their impact in digital media as well as knowing how the role of memes in shaping individual and group identity. This research is interesting because the satirical humor style contained in memes is an effective, practical, absurd response to entertainment, politics, education, culture, and others and can shift, exclude, and reverse discourse, because it can create new discourse. This research study uses critical discourse analysis by Norman Fairclough, which identifies that discourse can be a series of spoken and written words or a series of speech acts.
