The awareness in the organization related with the employee empowerment invoked with the concept of the green human resource management (GHRM) within the organization. The research focus on the second part of the green human resource management and focus on the concept of “Green employee empowerment” as a mediator. The research is focusing on the systematically arranging literature of the motivation employees to pursue green tasks, mediated by green employee empowerment. According from the systematic review it’s supports that employees must be encouraged, empowered, in order to ensure that they take responsibility in the green management tasks, which is core dilemma in today’s world. The data was collected from the online journal database from 30 recent and relevant studies. The contribution from this research can be concluded that empowered employees are more motivated to perform environmental tasks which pay to be green. This study shows that most sighted can learn whole-word Braille reading. To this knowledge, this is the first demonstration that adults with an intact visual system can learn such a complex tactile task, given the right motivation and method. Five objectives were formulated for this study. To identify the effects of tactile training on the children was the fourth objective. To explain the effects of training based visual clues on the children was the fifth objective. This study was experimental in nature. Two experimental groups were designed. It was seen that some senses enhanced in case of the deprivation of a sights sense. In the visually impaired personal the tactile sense is clear due to the visual impairment. The purpose of the research work was to know about the relationship between body image satisfaction and self-confidence of visually impaired students. A significant relationship between body image satisfaction and self-confidence was hypothesized. The sample of the study consisted of 100 students with visual impairment, 50 males and 50 females. The study was descriptive in nature with a cross sectional design. The questionnaire consisted of 14 items related to body image satisfaction and 20 items related to self-confidence. Data was collected through face to face interaction. The results were drawn on the basis of responses given by the respondents. The results of correlation and chi-square revealed that there was a positive relationship between body image satisfaction and self-confidence. Male and female visually impaired students have same level of body image satisfaction. Visually impaired students from all these Socioeconomic Status have also the same level of body image.

This paper examined the influence of personality related factors pertinent to perceived behavioral control in the context of theory of planned behavior. Moreover, a comparative analysis was executed to see the variance in the effect of the selected factors with respect to sector of employment in Pakistan. Offline and online survey data was collected from multiple cities across Pakistan using purposive and convenience sampling technique. Regression analysis was run to analyze the data. The findings revealed that the degree of creativity influencing hybrid entrepreneurial intentions varies between public and private sector employees in Pakistan. However, Self-efficacy impacts such intentions approximately in the similar manner in the two sectors of employment. The findings highlight interesting area where public organizations lack as compared to private organizations in terms of creativity of employees. This study extends the body of knowledge on hybrid entrepreneurship in Pakistani settings. This research is among the initial endeavors which undertake a comparative analysis of public and private sector employees towards their hybrid entrepreneurial intentions.

This article discussed the role of various demographic variables including age, marital status and nature of organization (private/public) in relation to sexual harassment experience of female employees. Data is collected from 250 females’ employees in various banks situation at Lahore, Pakistan using three stage sampling technique. Respondents were asked about their sexual harassment experiences. One way ANOVA is used for more than one factors and t-test is used for only two factors for data analysis. Para este proposito, los datos se obtuvieron de dos grupos de estudio diferentes. El primer grupo de estudio consistio en 299 padres, de los cuales 169 eran mujeres y 130 eran hombres, mientras que el segundo grupo de estudio consistia en 200 padres, de los cuales 108 eran mujeres y 92 eran hombres. El analisis factorial exploratorio (AFE) se utilizo para determinar la estructura factorial inicial de la escala y se utilizo el analisis factorial confirmatorio (AFC) para confirmar el resultado. Ademas, las escalas de ansiedad de estado y rasgo se usaron para la validez de criterio. Resultados. La estructura bidimensional obtenida a traves de AFE fue nombrada como preocupacion y dimensiones fisiologicas. Se obtuvieron valores de cumplimiento adecuados en el estudio AFC para confirmar esta estructura bidimensional. En el estudio de validez de criterio, hubo correlaciones moderadamente positivas entre las escalas de ansiedad estado-rasgo y la escala de ansiedad parental. Se encontro que los valores alfa de Cronbach calculados para la confiabilidad tanto en el primer como en el segundo grupo de estudio variaron entre .88 y .93 para todas las escalas y subescalas. The data were collected from two different study groups. While the first group consists of 299 parents, 169 female and 130 male, the second group consists of 200 parents, 108 female and 92 male. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was conducted to examine the factor structure of the scale and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was conducted to confirm the obtained structure. Additionally, criterion validity was investigated by using the state-trait anxiety inventory. Results. The two-dimensional structure obtained through EFA was named as worry and physiological dimensions. In order to confirm this two-dimensional structure, CFA was conducted and the results showed that the sufficient model fit indices were gathered. For the criterion validity, positive medium correlations were found with the state-trait anxiety inventory. As for the reliability, the Cronbach’s Alpha values computed for both the first and second study groups ranged from .88 to .93 for the sub-dimensions and the overall scale. Discussion andr Conclusion. In light of the above mentioned results, it was concluded that the developed two-factor model is useful for measuring the exam anxiety of parents.

espanolIntroduccion. El foco de estudio de nuestra investigacion se centra en el analisis de las actitudes y la prediccion del comportamiento de los estudiantes universitarios hacia la inclusion del alumnado con discapacidad en la universidad. La evaluacion de las actitudes y la prediccion del comportamiento son complejas pero es fundamental por el impacto determinante que tienen sobre la participacion del estudiante con discapacidad en el ambito socio-educativo. Por tanto, para dicho fin se ha desarrollado y validado una escala basada en el marco teorico del modelo de la Teoria de la Conducta Planificada (TPB); uno de los modelos que aporta una vision metodologica mas completa para explicar y predecir el comportamiento. Metodo. La muestra estuvo formada por 1044 participantes, de los cuales 623 eran estudiantes de universidades espanolas y 421 de universidades argentinas, recogidos con el instrumento disenado segun la TPB. Se comprobo la validez y fiabilidad de este instrumento por medio del Analisis Factorial Confirmatorio, procedimiento encuadrado dentro de los modelos de ecuaciones estructurales SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Resultados. Los resultados obtenidos en cuanto a la fiabilidad y validez del instrumento confirman la adecuacion de la bondad de ajuste, consistencia interna, validez discriminante y validez de criterio. Por otro lado, se observa que en terminos generales las respuestas del alumnado sin discapacidad hacia la inclusion del alumnado con discapacidad en la universidad son positivas. Discusion y conclusiones. A pesar de que existen investigaciones realizadas en el ambito universitario que analizan las actitudes hacia las personas con discapacidad, son escasas las que emplean el modelo de la Teoria de la Conducta Planificada con suficientes evidencias de fiabilidad y validez. En este sentido, presentamos una escala psicometricamente validada cuyo objetivo es el de evaluar las actitudes y la intencion del alumnado universitario hacia la inclusion del alumnado con discapacidad en la universidad. De este modo, podremos desarrollar intervenciones para mejorar la inclusion del alumnado con discapacidad en la universidad. EnglishIntroduction. El foco de estudio de nuestra investigacion se centra en el analisis de las actitudes y la prediccion del comportamiento de los estudiantes universitarios hacia la inclusion del alumnado con discapacidad en la universidad. La evaluacion de las actitudes y la prediccion del comportamiento son complejas pero es fundamental por el impacto determinante que tienen sobre la participacion del estudiante con discapacidad en el ambito socio-educativo. Por tanto, para dicho fin se ha desarrollado y validado una escala basada en el marco teorico del modelo de la Teoria de la Conducta Planificada (TPB); uno de los modelos que aporta una vision metodologica mas completa para explicar y predecir el comportamiento. Metodo. La muestra estuvo formada por 1044 participantes, de los cuales 623 eran estudiantes de universidades espanolas y 421 de universidades argentinas, recogidos con el instrumento disenado segun la TPB. Se comprobo la validez y fiabilidad de este instrumento por medio del Analisis Factorial Confirmatorio, procedimiento encuadrado dentro de los modelos de ecuaciones estructurales SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Resultados. Los resultados obtenidos en cuanto a la fiabilidad y validez del instrumento confirman la adecuacion de la bondad de ajuste, consistencia interna, validez discriminante y validez de criterio. Por otro lado, se observa que en terminos generales las respuestas del alumnado sin discapacidad hacia la inclusion del alumnado con discapacidad en la universidad son positivas. Discusion y conclusiones. A pesar de que existen investigaciones realizadas en el ambito universitario que analizan las actitudes hacia las personas con discapacidad, son escasas las que emplean el modelo de la Teoria de la Conducta Planificada con suficientes evidencias de fiabilidad y validez. En este sentido, presentamos una escala psicometricamente validada cuyo objetivo es el de evaluar las actitudes y la intencion del alumnado universitario hacia la inclusion del alumnado con discapacidad en la universidad. De este modo, podremos desarrollar intervenciones para mejorar la inclusion del alumnado con discapacidad en la universidad. EnglishIntroduction. The focus of our research converges on the analysis of attitudes and the prediction of the behavior of university students towards the inclusion of students with disabilities in university. The evaluation of attitudes and the prediction of behavior are complex, but it is fundamental because of the decisive impact they have on the participation of students with disabilities in the socio-educational field. Therefore, for this purpose a scale based on the theoretical framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) model has been developed and validated; one of the models that provides a more complete methodological vision to explain and predict behavior. espanolIntroduccion. El conocimiento metacognitivo del alumno, asi como sus orientaciones de objetivos, estan relacionados con el rendimiento academico. El conocimiento metacognitivo permite al alumno elegir estrategias de aprendizaje de tal manera que sean apropiadas a la situacion y tambien eficientes. Se desarrolla junto con actividades de aprendizaje relacionadas con el dominio, que a su vez estan influenciadas por las orientaciones de los objetivos de los estudiantes. Esto lleva a la suposicion de que las orientaciones de los objetivos influyen de manera diferente en el desarrollo del conocimiento metacognitivo, y que este ultimo media el efecto de las orientaciones de objetivos en el logro educativo. Metodo. Las hipotesis respectivas se probaron usando datos de un estudio longitudinal con 928 estudiantes de escuelas secundarias alemanas en los que se evaluaron las orientaciones de objetivos en quinto grado y el conocimiento metacognitivo y el rendimiento educativo en los dominios de lectura e ingles como lengua extranjera (EFL) cinco a siete. Resultados. Los resultados indican que la orientacion de los objetivos de aprendizaje tuvo un impacto positivo en el conocimiento metacognitivo y en los logros en la lectura, que fue mediado por el conocimiento metacognitivo. Se encontro lo contrario para la orientacion de los objetivos de rendimiento, que se centra en la demostracion de competencia y la intencion de superar a los demas. Conclusion. La orientacion de los objetivos de aprendizaje no solo afecta los logros directamente sino tambien indirectamente a traves de un efecto positivo en el conocimiento metacognitivo. La orientacion al rendimiento no tiene un efecto positivo en la relacion entre el conocimiento metacognitivo y el rendimiento. EnglishIntroduction. Student’s metacognitive knowledge as well as their goal orientations are related to educational achievement. Metacognitive knowledge enables the learner to choose learning strategies in such a way that they are situation-appropriate as well as efficient. It develops in conjunction with domain-related learning activities, which in turn are influenced by students’ goal orientations. This leads to the assumption that goal orientations differentially influence the development of metacognitive knowledge, and that the latter mediates the effect of goal orientations on educational achievement. Method. Respective hypotheses were tested using data from a longitudinal study with 928 German secondary school students in which goal orientations were assessed in grade five and metacognitive knowledge and educational achievement in the domains of reading and English as a foreign language (EFL) were repeatedly tested from grade five to seven. Results. Findings indicate that learning goal orientation had a positive impact on metacognitive knowledge and on achievement in reading, which was mediated by metacognitive knowledge.
