Religious education is the term given to the kind of education which is concerned with spiritual mindedness and religious conscience. This study aimed to investigate the level of satisfaction of teachers about religious education at secondary level. The study shows that the foundation of education in Islam is guided by the principles of Quran and Hadith (the saying and deeds of Prophet Muhammad) (PBUH). Thepresent study was descriptive in nature; cross-sectional survey method was used to collect data from participants through questionnaire. The sample comprised of three hundred teachers from secondary schools selected through non-proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Questionnaire was developed by the researchers. Validity of the tool was assured from the experts and the Cronbach’s alpha was 0.87. For the purpose of analysis descriptive and inferential statistical techniques were applied. It was found that teachers were satisfied from the curriculum of religious education. According to the respondents curriculum of religious education is old and same topics with similar description are repeating every year. There is not interesting and innovative style to teach. It is depicted that there was no significant difference between male and female secondary school teachers’ level of satisfaction regarding religious education at secondary level. It is suggested that curriculum should be revised and more information about religion should be added in the textbooks issued by Punjab Textbook Board.

The biggest challenge humanity is facing right now is to curtail the outspread of COVID-19. To make this successful, people need to adopt precautions of social interaction and health hygiene, as recommended by WHO. Recent evidence indicates that the public tends to take a casual approach towards this recommendation, especially those which pertain to social distancing. Using the health belief model as a guiding theory, we recommend public awareness campaigns to focus on creating awareness regarding the potential benefits of the preventive approach, seriousness, and susceptibility of disease. Besides, authorities should also create an environment so that people face fewer barriers in adopting preventive measures. We also highlighted the potential role of positive psychology during COVID-19.

The article has further introduced the methodologies, which include search strategies, inclusion and exclusion criteria, selection strategy, and data analysis. This paper has concluded the findings of social media usage on suicidal ideation based on a sample of 25 articles. As a reflection of the present study, various articles with finding focusing on the association between social media and suicidal ideation among youth. The discussion section has also included previous findings on the usage of social media and suicidal ideation and a research gap which indicate the needs of the present study. A description of limitations for constructing this paper was included, which consists of various limitations issues during the process of writing this paper. Este trabajo estudia el momento posterior a la salida del centro por mayoria de edad de los jovenes en acogimiento residencial que participan en el Plan de Preparacion para la Vida Autonoma de la Comunidad de Madrid, focalizandose en el factor mas relevante en el proceso de autonomia: la percepcion de los jovenes emancipados sobre su red social de apoyo y la importancia otorgada a las redes establecidas. Metodo. Estudio cuantitativo descriptivo, se emplea como instrumento un cuestionario (C4), validado por expertos y con preguntas abiertas y cerradas distribuidas en ocho dimensiones: vivienda y alojamiento, relaciones familiares, sociales y afectivas, salud, formacion, integracion laboral y gestion economica y vida residencial. La muestra esta comprendida por un grupo de jovenes extutelados mayores de edad equivalente al 70% de la poblacion total. Resultados. Los resultados muestran que la red social proviene del centro y otros recursos de proteccion, seguido de amigos del barrio y de centros de formacion; dandose algunos casos de aislamiento social. En cuanto al apoyo recibido, perciben ayuda de educadores y de amigos, en menor medida de la familia, cuyo apoyo es principalmente material, y de la pareja; siendo ambos valorados como fuentes de ayuda inestables. Aparecen nuevas redes con la creacion de una familia propia, considerando que menoscaba su autonomia en mayor medida que la facilita. Por ultimo, la calidad de las relaciones con quienes conviven tiene especial relevancia en su bienestar subjetivo. Discusion y conclusiones. Los jovenes buscan figuras que tengan un interes real por sus vidas, personas que les escuchen y les acompanen con relativa independencia del contexto del que provengan: familiar, comunitario, escolar, residencial, etc. Por tanto, de cara a la intervencion educativa, facilitar la interdependencia y trabajar en la consecucion y mantenimiento de una red social, aunque esta este compuesta solo por una o dos personas, son garantias de una intervencion satisfactoria favorecedora de su bienestar. INTRODUCTION: The present study examined the ecological-transactional model delineated by Cicchetti and Lynch (1993) and the nature of the association between adolescents’ parental maltreatment and victimization and bullying at school. METHOD: Multivariate multilevel regression analyses were conducted on a sample of 2.852 adolescents between the ages of 12 and 17 from 25 secondary schools. Data was nested across 133 classrooms. Classrooms level variables and individual variables in relationship to parental maltreatment, behavioural disorders, sex, and bullying and victimization were included in the analysis. RESULTS: Results indicated that adolescents who reported suffering violence at home, showed more vulnerability to becoming victims of bullying at school, with the relationship being moderated by the level of bullying in the classroom. It was also examined the role of behavioural disorders and a relation between these factors was found amongst the bullies but not the victims. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: This study uses the systemic perspective of ecological-transactional model on child maltreatment to show the importance between the school and home microsystems in the perpetuation of victimization. The results imply that what children experience at home might cause emotional and behavioural differences in varying classroom climates at school. Therefore, understanding the interactions between systems’ transaction of socialisation mechanisms might contribute for effective anti-bullying programs.

Introduction. Excessive alcohol consumption is the most widespread toxic habit in the world, and a particular problem among young people for whom alcohol is part of their recreational habits. The start of university studies coincides with adulthood when alcohol becomes easily available and used as a tool to deal with new stressors. It has been found that alcohol can alter the neuronal structure and physiology of the brain, affecting the prefrontal cortex and other areas associated with cognitive impairment, specifically of executive functions. The aim of this study is to examine the prevalence of excessive alcohol consumption among 100 first-year university students and to explore the relationship between academic performance and profiles of alcohol consumption ("risk free", "at risk consumption", "probable alcohol dependence syndrome or ADS"). Method. The sample consisted of 100 students (24% men and 76% women) between the ages of 17 and 25. All were first-year undergraduates studying a Degree in Psychology at the Francisco de Vitoria University (UFV), Spain. All participants were administered the AUDIT, a test used to assess alcohol consumption, four tests to assess executive functions. The average marks from the first semester of the first year of the Psychology degree was used as a measure of academic performance. Descriptive statistics and inferential analysis were used. Results. The results show that more than half of the students have consumption habits that can be categorised as "at risk" or "probable alcohol dependency syndrome". The Kruskal-Wallis test suggests that there is a direct link between the consumption profile ("risk free", "at risk consumption", "probable alcohol dependency syndrome"), and academic performance (p=.011) and between the consumption profile and executive functions, specifically cognitive flexibility (p=.005), phonological verbal fluency (p=.001), working memory (p=.017) and processing speed (p=.001). Excessive alcohol consumption is the most widespread toxic habit in the world, and a particular problem among young people for whom alcohol is part of their recreational habits. The start of university studies coincides with adulthood when alcohol becomes easily available and used as a tool to deal with new stressors. It has been found that alcohol can alter the neuronal structure and physiology of the brain, affecting the prefrontal cortex and other areas associated with cognitive impairment, specifically of executive functions. The aim of this study is to examine the prevalence of excessive alcohol consumption among 100 first-year university students and to explore the relationship between academic performance and profiles of alcohol consumption (\"risk free\", \"at risk consumption\", \"probable alcohol dependence syndrome or ADS\"). \u0000 \u0000Method. The sample consisted of 100 students (24% men and 76% women) between the ages of 17 and 25. All were first-year undergraduates studying a Degree in Psychology at the Francisco de Vitoria University (UFV), Spain. All participants were administered the AUDIT, a test used to assess alcohol consumption, four tests to assess executive functions. The average marks from the first semester of the first year of the Psychology degree was used as a measure of academic performance. Descriptive statistics and inferential analysis were used. \u0000 \u0000Results. The results show that more than half of the students have consumption habits that can be categorised as \"at risk\" or \"probable alcohol dependency syndrome\". The Kruskal-Wallis test suggests that there is a direct link between the consumption profile (\"risk free\", \"at risk consumption\", \"probable alcohol dependency syndrome\"), and academic performance (p=.011) and between the consumption profile and executive functions, specifically cognitive flexibility (p=.005), phonological verbal fluency (p=.001), working memory (p=.017) and processing speed (p=.001). This research is to get information about leadership, organization behavior, compensation, work discipline and four factors to employee performance in Non-Production Department PT. Team Metal Indonesia. This research used a questionnaire for 94 respondents and used SPSS version 20. This research is quantitative research, statistics analysis. Multiple Linear Regression method with quantitative analysis. Based on SPSS data analysis, the researcher got the result Multiple Linear Regression analysis to leadership (X1) is 2.071 with significant 0.041, organization behavior (X2) is 0.817 with significant 0.416, compensation (X3) is -0.726 with significant 0.470 and work discipline (X4) is 2.985 with significant number 0.004. Result of the simultaneous test (F test) 8.083. Conclusion for this research are first hypothesis leadership has influence to employee performance, second hypothesis organization behavior has influence on employee performance but not significant, third hypothesis compensation has influence to employee performance but not significant, fourth hypothesis work discipline has partial influence to employee performance and last hypothesis that these four variables (leadership, organization behavior, compensation, and work discipline) have simultaneous influence on employee performance
本研究旨在了解PT.
