The paper considers author’s technique named Semantic Mapping intended for the development of advertising content. The technique was developed using interdisciplinary approach - neuromarketing, swarm intelligence, sensory, behavioral and experiential marketing focusing on imaginative thinking and emotional reactions of consumers essential in advertising content. This allows to create viral content based on creative decisions interesting to the audience and applicable to omnichannel communication. Advertising content is created in three stages: determining the limitations of advertising effectiveness, formulating the key idea (content), creating and testing the advertising. The Semantic Mapping technique can be used in marketing activities of various companies, including small businesses, and is notable for its low labor intensity and low budget.

The paper presents scientific views reflecting marketing management specifics which explains the timely character of the study. The argumentative logics has been used to verify the hypothesis about the impossibility to substantiate promising lines of marketing management research without identifying blanc spots in the scientific basis of respective area of expertise. Systemic chronological and retrospective analysis of the theoretical works was employed in order to achieve the results. The findings give a detailed explication of the scientific landscape which reflects the viewpoints of marketing management issues. The main conclusion is that the thesis of the «ideal marketing management» concept which allows for the requirements of all contemporary marketing systems participants to be fully met as of today, has a fragmentary character. The findings can be employed in further theoretical research in marketing and other fields of knowledge.

We discuss the development of a comprehensive data analysis method which allows increasing the accuracy of predicting the performance of roller mill of processing plant (RP) mining and processing plant (GOK) when you change the properties of incoming raw materials for processing. The described method includes primary data processing, determination by statistical analysis methods and data mining algorithms of the most significant factors affecting the resulting parameter, development of mathematical models based on correlation regression and factor analysis, analysis and confirmation of the quality of forecasting by a neural network. The systematization and coordination of production data was carried out, the generated database was processed using statistical and intellectual analysis methods, the physical and chemical parameters of the input raw materials and processed ore that have the greatest impact on the mill productivity were determined, mathematical models were formed to determine the expected productivity, their quality and applicability limits were evaluated, the error in predicting the mill productivity for various mineralogical compositions of the processed ore was determined. The significance of the parameters used in the models is checked by the algorithms of intelligent analysis. The verification of the used models for predicting mill performance by an artificial neural network is carried out by comparing the series of predicted values of the resulting factor obtained by different models

Optimal allocation of deposits (resources) and facilities (expenditures) are among the most important strategies of banks. Optimal allocation of resources in various economic sectors leads to targeting of funds collected by banks. Optimal allocation of expenses, in addition to obtaining returns in excess of the cost of attracting resources, leads to rapid and timely response to bank customers. The purpose of this study is to provide linear programming models to determine the optimal combination of resources and expenditures of banks with the approach of reducing the cost of money. The tools used in this research are linear programming models and the data used is quantitative. The results of this study showed that all five factors (electronic banking, physical factors and conditions, service factors, communication and human factors and financial factors, respectively) were effective factors in attracting resources. They are influential in the bank, respectively.

The economic crisis that began in 2014 continues to have a negative impact on Russian entrepreneurship. The measures taken to overcome the consequences of the crisis do not give the desired results. The objective of the article is to analyze the main trends of entrepreneurship in Russia and identify areas of its activation to support sustainable economic growth and economic security. The article presents the authors’ approach to the definition of entrepreneurial activity. A number of indicators for assessing entrepreneurial activity are proposed. The basic tendencies of development of small and medium business of Russia during the crisis are revealed. Two key factors determining the level of entrepreneurial activity are assessed: the desire and willingness of people to engage in entrepreneurial activity and the availability of conditions for the creation and development of their own business in Russia. We also marked the features of motivation of Russians to start their own business. The key factors that have a negative impact on the development of Russian entrepreneurship and determine the direction of the application of the efforts of state and public institutions to activate it are formulated

The main objective of the research is to evaluate SME performance issues in the Culinary and Hospitality sectors in Pekanbaru via utilizing a number of company internal environmental parameters to develop the dynamic procedure for improving the efficacy. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between social capital and entrepreneurship with respect to the mediating role of organizational innovation capabilities. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study includes faculty members that the study population in this study is 2116 people. The method of cluster and random sampling is simple. The sample size according to Morgan table and Cochran’s formula with an error of 0.05 is equal to 325 people. Structural equation modeling technique and PLS Smart software have been used to investigate the causal relationships between variables in a coherent manner. The findings showed that there was not direct link between social capital and culinary and hospitality SMEs’ business performance in Pekanbaru. Problems related to strong social capital, such as over-information, problems due to recklessness, and myopia, along with investing a lot of time and money to maintain relationships, can affect the development of entrepreneurial orientation. Based on the research findings in this regard (social capital and entrepreneurial orientation), the structural dimension of social capital (relational and cognitive) has a negative relationship and other dimensions have a positive relationship with entrepreneurial orientation. In this regard (social capital and entrepreneurial orientation) organizational innovation capabilities play a mediating role.

The study examines the improvement trends of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia by the year 2021. Measures of state support aimed at developing the entrepreneurship are outlined. The effective growth of entrepreneurship leads to the satisfaction of products, works, services, and new jobs. Support for small and medium-sized business entities in foreign countries is at a higher level than in Russia. This is due not only to the long period of formation of the market economy but also to the fact that foreign countries’ government attaches great importance to small forms of enterprises and supports them by implementing special programs and providing benefits. The study aims to evaluate the program mechanisms’ efficiency for developing small and medium-sized entrepreneurship in Russia. The authors substantiated a system of indicators characterizing state support’s socio-economic efficiency in consolidated blocks: entrepreneurial, budgetary, and social efficiency. A methodology for assessing state programs’ efficiency for developing small and medium-sized businesses, including integral indicators based on the standardization of entrepreneurial efficiency components, has been developed. This methodology makes it possible to identify the relationship between the social aspects of entrepreneurial activity and state support.

The health status of the population as an integral indicator is a part of the socially-oriented policy of the state, which reflects the degree of its social development and the state of ensuring the quality of public health. It is determined that the current demographic situation in Russia is accompanied by a rapid deterioration in the health of the population and reduction in the number of people of working age for the reason of premature mortality which inevitably causes a decline in human capital. Losses significantly affect the economic, social and intellectual potential of the country. High cost of medical services, dissatisfaction with the quality and limited access to medical care do not meet the interests of the state, patients, and medical service providers. In this regard, the purpose of our paper is to analyze the impact of bronchospasm in children as a peculiar disease that requires medical treatment and otherwise influences future population health and social and economic indicators on the country’s economy and to study the impact of this widespread diseases on the overall economic and socio-economic situation in the country taking into account comparison and indicators from different countries of the world. It has been concluded that to achieve set health goals in public health and reduce negative health impact, international and national public and private partnerships should be promoted.
