A Survey to Raise the Awareness of Road Accidents Due to Not-Wearing Helmet 提高不戴头盔交通事故意识的调查

Nowadays, two-wheeler vehicles are regarded as the best mode for transportation in crowded cities. However, using such vehicles involves a relatively high risk of injury due to lack of protection and security. This paper aims to propose an approach to automatically detect whether or not riders wear helmet without any manual intervention. In case a bike rider is identified without wearing hamlet, then its corresponding plate number is read and recorded. Data records of every lawbreaker who does not wear helmet are automatically saved into a database. A database is consequently generated, consisting of records used to accurately identify the lawbreaker. This paper aims to explain the ways of automatic detection of motorcyclists without helmet and sending messages to the detected individuals. The proposed system in this study aims to extract the vehicles’ plate numbers from the RTO website, using the vehicles’ plate numbers by means of captured images. After getting the required information, the corresponding mobile numbers that embody the needed details of the detected people are used. The proposed system maintains a database that includes the number of detections of particular vehicle plate numbers and sends the details of the detected location.

There is strong demand for the application of automated sentiment analysis to visual and text contents in today’s digital world so as to significantly reveal people’s feelings, opinions, and emotions through texts, images, and videos in popular social networks. However, conventional visual sentimental analysis has been subject to some drawbacks including low accuracy and difficulty to detect people’s opinions. In addition, a considerable number of images generated and uploaded every day across the world complicate the already given problem. This paper aims to resolve the problems of visual sentiment analysis using deep-learning Convolution Neural Network (CNN) and Affective Regions (ARs) approach to achieve comprehensible sentiment reports with high accuracy.

Breast Cancer Disease Prediction With Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) 基于循环神经网络(RNN)的乳腺癌疾病预测

Cancer is a collaborative amalgamation of diseases that involves abnormal increase in cell growth with the potential of occupying and attacking the entire body. According to studies, breast cancer most likely occurs in women and it has become the second biggest cause of female death. Due to its widespread penetration and significance, many researchers have analyzed the phenomenon and further studies are still required to reach an optimum outcome. This study applies deep learning technique in conjunction with Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) to predict the formation of breast cancer disease so that doctors will perform the diagnosis more properly. To assess the efficiency of the proposed method, breast cancer data belonging to UC Irvine repository were used. Precision, recall, accuracy, and f1 score of the proposed method showed good scores and the proposed technique performed well.

A new generalization of the Gompertz Makeham distribution: theory and application in reliability Gompertz Makeham分布的一种新推广:理论及其在可靠性中的应用

In this paper, a new five-parameter distribution called Marshall-Olkin Gompertz Makeham Distribution (MOGM) is proposed. This new model can be applied to the analysis of lifetime data, engineering, and actuaries. In addition, several properties of the proposed model such as mode, moment, Reyni entropy, Tsallis entropy, quantile function, and decreasing and unimodal hazard rate function were also investigated. The unknown parameters of MOGM distribution were estimated using Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) and Bayes methods. Then, these methods were compared using Monte Carlo simulation and the best estimator was introduced accordingly. Finally, some other applications of the proposed model were illustrated to show its usefulness and efficiency.

Machining of 304 stainless steel Using Electrochemical Machining (ECM) Process: Response Surface Methodology Approach 电化学加工304不锈钢:响应面法

In this study, Electrochemical Machining (ECM) of 304 stainless steel was applied by using Response Surface Methodology (RSM) approach for designing, analyzing, and mathematical modeling of ECM of 304 stainless steel. Electrolyte type, concentration, and current were the machining parameters. A mathematical model was provided for responses based on electrolyte types including Sodium Chloride (NaCl), Sodium Nitrate (NaNO3), and Potassium Chloride (KCl). The results showed that current had the highest effect on Surface Roughness (SR) and Material Removal Rates (MRR), compared to other selected factors, and it enhanced their values up to 0.465μm and 0.425gr/min, respectively. Electrolyte concentration had the highest effect on Over Cut (OC) and increased its values. The optimum condition characterized by 0.4006gr/min MRR, 0.75mm OC, and 0.465m SR was achieved with NaCl electrolyte, 1 molarity concentration, and 55 A current.

Two-Player Continuous Game Theory for Product Portfolio Management in a Competitive Manufacturing Market 竞争制造市场中产品组合管理的二人连续博弈论

Nowadays, the variety of new products will run serious competitions among manufacturers. Product Portfolio Management (PPM) as an appropriate tool can influence the customer’s taste and increase the profit of firms. In this paper, the factors of PPM, production planning, and a two-player continuous game theory are considered simultaneously. Some constraints are also assumed including the availability of raw materials and demand of each product based on some specific criteria. Two firms have offered same products and competed with each other. The relationships between two producers are modeled by a non-zero twoplayer game. A numerical example is also presented. The proposed model is run within a single period with the inventory equal to zero at the beginning and end of this period. The objective functions show the profit of products and the constraints represent the utility of products for each customer, market's share as a function of the probability of customer selection for each section, type of distribution function for sale quantity, accessible quantity of the sum of used materials by two producers, etc. The results showed a change in demand would affect the profit of two players and the second player would be more vulnerable to this effect than the first one. In addition, a change in the sale price affects the profit of two players and the first player is more influenced by this change than the first one. The obtained data showed that with an increase in the extra sale price, the profit of the first player would increase while the profit of second player would remain approximately constant.

Today, due to the globalization and competitive conditions of the market, decisions are generally made in group and in accordance with different attributes. In addition, when information is subject to uncertainty, one can expect inconsistency and contradiction. Therefore, the development and application of tools that can adequately address uncertainty in the decision-making process and be appropriate for group decision making is an important area of Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). Therefore, first, this study developed the traditional Best-Worst Method (BWM), proposed an Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Best-Worst Method (IVIFBWM), and introduced a novel approach to fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making based on the proposed method. Finally, in order to demonstrate how the introduced approach can be applied in practice, it was applied to an Iranian investment company and the experimental results were examined. From the experimental results, it was found that the introduced approach is not only simple in calculation but also convenient in implementation, especially in interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy environments.

Therefore, the development and application of tools that can adequately address uncertainty in the decision-making process and be appropriate for group decision making is an important area of Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). Therefore, first, this study developed the traditional Best-Worst Method (BWM), proposed an Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Best-Worst Method (IVIFBWM), and introduced a novel approach to fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making based on the proposed method. Finally, in order to demonstrate how the introduced approach can be applied in practice, it was applied to an Iranian investment company and the experimental results were examined. Computer aided design and manufacturing of low-cost profile cutting tool for cylindrical pipes 低成本圆柱管型材切削刀具的计算机辅助设计与制造

The Profile cutting is an in-depth process that takes out piece of chips and transforms it into a particular shape/profile. Cutting is typically carried out on a lathe table using a designed profile tool that is suitable for the product. Profile tool types vary as there are a number of different kinds of shapes may be available in various thickness and grades, so not all can be cut the same way from intricate designs to heavy bulk orders in profile cutting. In this paper we designed and manufactured a profile cutting tool for cylindrical pipe as per our design and shape and tested on Lathe machine. Initially it is modelled by CATIA as per dimensions. The manufactured tool is used for profile cutting of various pipes. It is found that profile cut is very cost effective with less time and accuracy.
