Abstract This paper analyzes the development of the integration of tea culture and the rural tourism industry by using the coupling coordination model with the goal of promoting rural economic development. The entropy value method is used to calculate the evaluation index of the development level between tea culture and rural tourism industries. Combined with the geometric coefficient of deviation method to calculate the coupling coordination between tea culture and the rural tourism industry. The development index of tea culture and rural tourism industry is built using the index construction principle. By exploring the positive indicators of both tea culture and the rural tourism industry, the problems in the integration of tea culture and the rural tourism industry are analyzed, and the corresponding solution paths are proposed. The results show that the comprehensive development level of tea culture has been on a growing trend from 2018 to 2022.2021 the coupled coordination type of tea culture and rural tourism has reached the state of synchronous development, with a coupled coordination degree of 0.715, which is in the intermediate level of coordination. The development of the rural tourism industry has risen from 0.516 to 0.784. This study improves a new perspective on the integration of tea culture and the rural tourism industry and promotes the integration of the two.

Abstract This paper utilizes deep learning algorithms to informally integrate modern vocal music teaching with traditional music culture and extracts audio time-domain features and frequency-domain features through neural network self-learning. Secondly, a large number of music tracks are decomposed into music patterns, which constitute a music pattern library, and a music training model is generated through the automatic music audio synthesis algorithm based on a recurrent neural network, and the GRU model is used for music training and model prediction. The strategy of integrating artificial intelligence and modern vocal music teaching mode through traditional music culture in modern vocal music teaching is informatized, and a controlled experiment is carried out with H Music Academy as an example. The results show that the average degree of completion of the learning objectives of the students in the two experimental classes is 89.32 and 87.16, respectively, which is 14.15 and 11.99 higher than the average degree of completion of the control class. This study demonstrates that the teaching mode of traditional music culture integration in modern vocal music teaching can enhance the student’s ability of vocal music skills and practically improve the students’ artistic literacy, which can improve the degree of completion of the student’s learning objectives and in turn, improve the overall level of vocal music teaching.

Abstract In this paper, we first studied the action recognition method based on image texture features, established a human body model, and realized the extraction of skeletal data and joint calibration. Based on the skeleton information, the aerobic movements are recognized, the difference between the aerobics movement sequence and the standard movement sequence is calculated, and the movements are scored. Then, the database for aerobic movements was established, and an AI-assistant aerobics teaching model was developed. Finally, the effect of the teaching method was analyzed through indicators of recognition effect, skill impact, and students’ learning interests. The results show that the accuracy of the system’s action recognition reaches 95%, and the overall response time is between 5.2-6.4s, with high real-time performance. And it has a significant effect on students’ movement participation, active interest, and independent learning behavior, with p-values of 0.013, 0.041, and 0.036, respectively, p<0.05. This study promotes the development and innovation of aerobics, which can scientifically adjust training countermeasures and enhance the skill level of aerobics athletes.

Abstract This paper first establishes a literary communication SICR model on the basis of the communication SICR model. It adopts cultural communication state transfer to construct a social network composed of N-closed individuals. Secondly, the dissemination threshold when the model reaches a stable state is discussed from the beginning and end of the literary work dissemination process. Finally, numerical simulation research using MATLAB software is used to analyze the propagation process of modern Chinese literary works, with examples provided. The results show that the number of literary ignoramuses (I) transformed into literary propagators (S) gradually rises when the initial values are S(t)=8915, I(t) =3414, C0 =5288, and R0 =850 in the dissemination process of X novels in Fictum, a Chinese online literature, and reaches the dissemination threshold when the dissemination rate reaches 0.856. This paper aims to provide a guide for advancing the advancement of modern and contemporary Chinese literature to the outside world and advocating for cultural dissemination.

Abstract This paper examines the moral edification ideas in Zhouyi and looks at the contemporary value of Zhouyi ideology and ideology. The UAU-SIS multiple network communication model is constructed, and the information radiation model between cyberspace and real space is proposed, which has a positive impact on the dissemination of Zhouyi ideology. The Master differential equation of the degree distribution of spatial topological structure is established to provide a basis for the dissemination of information related to Zhouyi ideology. Analyze the communication carriers of Zhouyi thought and improve the communication effect of Zhouyi thought in the new era by combining it with information diffusion technology. Simulation experiments are used to examine the feasibility and performance of the proposed algorithm. Investigate the influence of Zhouyi’s thought dissemination on citizens’ moral education consciousness. The experiment shows that the diffusion range of the algorithm is improved from 100 to 600 after 16 iterations, and the increased speed decreases to 4879.13s, the dissemination effect is better, and the algorithm is feasible. The scores of 6 evaluation indexes of students’ moral edification are 0.76, 0.93, 0.71, 0.63, 0.91, and 0.53. The overall level is good, and there is still room for improvement in the awareness of moral edification. It can be seen that the spread of Zhouyi thought has a beneficial effect on the citizens’ consciousness of moral enlightenment.

Abstract This paper firstly explores the power mechanism of agricultural insurance to help rural revitalization from three aspects of agriculture, farmers and rural three farmers, respectively, and constructs the rural revitalization development index system by combining the entropy power method. Then, the three-stage DEA model and the three-stage Malmquist index model are used to measure the efficiency of agricultural insurance boosting rural revitalization by combining the selected agricultural insurance boosting indicators. Finally, taking province A as an example, after descriptive statistical analysis, the method of this paper is combined with empirical analysis, and the practical path of agricultural insurance to help farmers is proposed from the three aspects of the insurance system, publicity as well and supply. The results show that after the optimization of agricultural insurance, the value of technical efficiency is distributed in [0.600, 0.738], the value of pure technical efficiency is distributed in [0.716, 0.826], and the value of scale efficiency is distributed in [0.738, 0.833] from 2010 to 2019. The mean value of the agricultural technical efficiency index in each city is 1.091, the mean value of the progress index is 1.033, and the mean value of total factor productivity is 1.029, which is an upward trending technology, and all of them have a growth rate of more than 5%. Based on this study, agricultural insurance can help improve the efficiency of rural revitalization.

Abstract The adjustment of enterprises’ stacked enjoyment of preferences in the revision of the 2021 corporate income tax return is a highlight. This paper takes the cost of capital use model as the basis to study the maximization of the net value of capital obtained by adopting the same optimal capital accumulation, and the utility mechanism of the reduced tax rate preferences and the halved levy preferences are studied, respectively. Finally, with high-tech enterprises as the main object of empirical research, we studied the effect mechanism of superimposed enjoyment of enterprise income tax concessions on R&D and analyzed the calculation process of the amount of superimposed enjoyment of income tax concessions. The results show that to tax-adjusted income of 60 million yuan to calculated through the original method of filing method to enjoy 1 million yuan of preferences, while the use of superimposed enjoyment of tax breaks and preferences amounted to 1,335,200 yuan. In this paper, the calculation of tax benefits enjoyed by using stacking is more accurate to reflect policy requirements and maintain the tax interests of high-tech and other enterprises.

Abstract International law is mainly the law between countries, which is the code of conduct for countries to conduct international interactions, and this paper researches the role of international law in international relations interactions. First of all, this paper combines the fuzzy set on the basis of the classical linear regression model algorithm, establishes the fuzzy linear programming model, and explores the fuzzy correlation analysis. Then, taking EU law as an example, the role of EU law in EU relations is analyzed through the theory of EU law, EU and the role of EU law in the EU embodied. Finally, based on the role of EU law, the importance of international law in international relations is studied through a fuzzy linear programming model, and the role of strengthening international law is considered. The results show that the countries consider the legitimacy of EU law to be above 0.9, and the countries’ participation in EU law also ranges from 0.9 to 1.0, and the countries’ self-identification increases by about 0.1 to 0.2 after the enactment of EU law. The correlation coefficients of international law on the construction of the identities of the 10 countries are all greater than 0.75, and the interests of the countries have increased by about 2.3, and international law promotes the order of international relations.

For model performance judgment after optimization of LSTM hyperparameters, the PSO fitness function is replaced by MAPE and MSE functions. Finally, the student’s English composition texts were used as experimental parameters and input into the language proficiency evaluation model to verify the model performance and analyze the influence of English language literature on language proficiency. The results show that English language literature is effective in predicting 18.55% of the variance in English proficiency level for self-efficacy, 8.17% of the variance in English proficiency level for language attitude, and 0.47% of the variance in English proficiency level for learning anxiety, which indicates that English language literature has a significant effect on students’ English proficiency. This paper investigates the role mechanism of the English language and literature in the cultivation of student’s English proficiency, which provides a theoretical reference for the reform of English teaching in colleges and universities.

Abstract This paper firstly constructs the entropy weight-TOPSIS weighted comprehensive evaluation model, uses the entropy weight method to determine the indicator weights, and establishes a standardized evaluation matrix to evaluate the evaluation object through the TOPSIS model. Then, the evaluation model of teaching quality of vocational education, including teaching environment, curriculum construction, teaching content, implementation effect and teaching support level, was established, and the weight teaching evaluation of each index was made by using the entropy weight-TOPSIS model. Finally, the quality of teaching in the school was measured and analyzed, and the expected and perceived mean of different indicators were compared and calculated. The results show that the gap between the perceived teaching quality of each dimension of the indicators is basically controlled between [-1.0,-0.7], and the overall teaching quality evaluation result is -0.86, and the teaching quality needs to be improved urgently. This paper examines the teaching quality of vocational education, finds its problems, puts forward reform opinions, and promotes the development of the vocational education talent force in the direction of higher quality.
