The learning style diagnostic assessment is one of the main assessments that must be carried out in the independent curriculum. This study aims to raise the learning styles of class VII students at SMPN 4 Padang Panjang. The research question raised is what is the learning style of class VII students at SMPN 4 Padang Panjang? The research was conducted at SMPN 4 Padang Panjang by distributing a learning style questionnaire to students. The research population consisted of all students in class VII at SMPN 4 Padang Panjang and the sample was taken from students in class VII.I. The research was conducted on December 12, 2022 at SMPN 4 Padang Panjang. The results of the study describe the learning styles of class VII students at SMPN 4 Padang Panjang varying with a ratio of 33.9% to visual learning styles, 33.2% to auditory learning styles and 32.9% to kinesthetic learning styles. These learning style variations are spread out in relatively equal comparisons.

By applying the Problem Based Learning Learning Model in class IX B of SMPN 1 Kadipaten Tasikmalaya Regency for Islamic Religious Education subjects, this research seeks to improve student achievement results. Descriptive research techniques are used in this type of research. All students of class IX B were used as research subjects. The learning process is carried out in three cycles, each of which has four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The Problem Based Learning (PBL) paradigm and student achievement are factors in this research. In this study, observation, questionnaires, and tests were used to collect data. Observation sheets, questionnaires, and tests as research instruments. Based on research findings from cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III, the problem-based learning activity plan planned by the teacher for class IX B of SMPN 1 Kadipaten Tasikmalaya went well. Based on the research findings, it can be said that for the 2022–2023 school year, the Problem Based Learning approach can improve student achievement in Islamic Religious Education subject class IX B of SMPN 1 Kadipaten Tasikmalaya

Analisis Kesesuian Penyusunan RPP Tematik pada Prodi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah IAIN Manado 教育产品主题RPP安排一致性分析

The problem in this study is that there are still many prospective teacher students who still have difficulty making lesson plans. Especially in the Microteching course which takes place in semester VI. This study aims to identify the students' understanding of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Program at IAIN Manado in preparing lesson plans (RPP). The research method applied is qualitative research with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis used descriptive analysis by reviewing several lesson plans made by students. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the understanding of prospective teacher students is still not good, there is still a wrong understanding regarding the preparation of lesson plans (RPP). Understanding related to compiling Basic Competencies that are still not quite right, without regard to Core Competencies. RPP is a decrease from the syllabus that students must pay attention to in preparing it.

Education is a process or effort to transfer, preserve and transform cultural values and norms into all aspects and types to the next generation of religion and nation, so that the development of educational institutions becomes the answer to all the demands and needs of the community.The focus of research in writing this thesis is: (1) What is the form of development of traditional educational institutions in Al-Ishlahuddiny Islamic boarding school? (2) What is the form of development of modern educational institutions in al-Ishlahuddiny islamic boarding school? (3) What are the implications of the development of educational institutions on social relations?. The research method used is qualitative method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Descriptive data analysis techniques by sorting out data, clarifying data, and interpreting data found in the field so that it is easier to draw a conclusion. The results and discussion of this research are (1) Development of traditional educational institutions from the diniyah level to the ma'had level with wetonan, sorogan, memorization and muzakkarah learning methods as well as the curriculum used sourced from classical / traditional books. (2) The development of modern educational institutions from the Ibtidaiyah madrasah level to the tertiary level with lectures, question and answer, and discussion methods as well as the curriculum used is in line with those issued by the Ministry of Education. (3). The implications of the development of such educational institutions are directed at the sections of proselytizing, education and government.

Teacher achievement motivation in improving teacher performance is a spirit to carry out tasks. High teacher achievement motivation in working in a school will have a positive impact on both individuals and organizations or schools, and vice versa. The existence of high achievement motivation can improve the work or performance of teachers, school management, in this context must provide the best way, by paying more attention to teachers so that they can work effectively. High achievement motivation will have great enthusiasm, desire and energy in the individual to work as optimally as possible. High achievement motivation for teachers will have a positive impact on the teaching and learning process in schools and increase teacher competitiveness. This research uses a qualitative approach, the type of case study research with descriptive research method, which is one method that clearly describes the condition of the object of research carried out. The research was conducted by sorting the data and analyzing and interpreting the data that had been collected. Techniques and instruments of data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. The research concludes that motivation as measured by motives, expectations, and incentives is very influential on teacher performance motivation, especially when teachers, who have high morale, are given praise, rewards and rewards, for their best work, by doing their duties as a teacher due to encouragement from motivation, so that it can further improve student learning achievement. To improve the performance of teachers at the MA Sheikh Zainuddin NW Anjani also held MGMP and other similar activities.

The EDM - e-RKAM application opens opportunities for the management of BOS funds and other funds in a more transparent and accountable manner, which can be accessed in stages starting at the madrasah level, Regency/City Ministry of Religion Offices, Regional Offices of the Provincial Ministry of Religion to the level of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. This study is to describe the principalof the leadership, teacher professionalism, and the principal's efforts in improving student learning outcomes at Islamic Junior High School Minhajul Ulum Pujut District Central Lombok Regency. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were principals, teachers and students of eight grade at Islamic Junior High School Minhajul Ulum Pujut District. Interview, observation, and documentation methods were used as data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) the leadership quality of the principal in improving teacher performance was in accordance with the research indicators, namely the principal as an innovator, supervisor, and motivator. (2) Teacher professionalism during learning is not in accordance with research indicators, namely the ability to plan, carry out learning activities, and conduct evaluations, there are still teachers who cannot control the class during learning(3) School principals' efforts to improve teacher performance by: (a) ensuring learning plans, (b) evaluation with direct monitoring, (c) developing teacher professionalism (d) quality improvement and (e) provision of wifi/internet facilities in schools. (4)The impact of the quality of the principal's leadership and teacher professionalism has a positive effect on improving the Civics learning performance of eight grade at Islamic Junior High School Minhajul Ulum Pujut District Central Lombok Regency.

Overview Potential Predictor of Turnover Intention in Mining Company 矿业公司离职意向的潜在预测因子

The turnover intention issues are detected often occur in a company, especially on employees who have competent talent and good quality work. This can cause new problems for the company if not handled properly. This study intends to look at general and specific descriptions which include potential predictors of turnover intention in mining companies. This research is aimed to all employees at PT X which is a company engaged in the mining business in Jambi province with a minimum working period of 2 years. Researchers used qualitative research by using semi-structured interviews and had been conducted by researchers to see the causal phenomenon of high turnover in the company. The interview results had then been interpreted using semantic analysis. The stages in conducting this research began with making observations which were carried out online through internet searches and interviews as an initial assessment aimed at the HR department. Research subjects are determined based on research objectives. The researcher prepared an interview guide which was conducted in person or through a zoom meeting. After the data has been collected, the researcher conducts data analysis using thematic analysis, including; understanding data, Compiling code, looking for themes. Researchers will conduct discussions related to the results of interviews and surveys that have been conducted. The output of the research is in the form of research results that will be used to improve the management of PT X's human resources. This research has a limit that is produced up to TKT 2, namely the concept of research results. Burnout, compensation, family issues and company policies are the four main themes that stand out and become a prediction that has the potential to cause turnover in PT X employees. The company should have taken steps to overcome these problems. There are many solutions to overcome the four main problems, one of which is good communication between the company, HR, and the employees themselves so as to create a win-win solution.

Implementasi Metode Rabbani dalam Pembelajaran Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Santriwati Kelas XII Rabbani方法在《古兰经》第十二章塔菲兹研究中的应用

The aims of this research was to know the implementation of the Rabbani method in learning of the tahfidz Al-Qur'an at the Al-Ikhlas Taliwang Modern Islamic Boarding School and Nurul Haramain NW Narmada Modern Islamic Boarding School, the obstacles and solutions. This research was qualitative research with multi-site study design. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Determination of informants used purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used interactive analysis techniques by Miles Hubermen and Saldana. The results of the research showed that: 1) Implementation of the Rabbani method in learning of tahfidz Al-Qur'an at Al-Ikhlas Taliwang Modern Islamic Boarding School and Nurul Haramain NW Narmada Modern Islamic Boarding School for females agreed with steps and stages contained in the instructions of use of the Rabbbani method, 2) Internal obstacles: the students did not master makharijul huruf and tajwid, forgot, and did not focus. External obstacles: the difficulty in distinguishing the similar verses, the difficulty in dividing the time and the limited number of teachers who master the Rabbani method. 3) Solutions: providing of motivation, internal approach, reading improvement (tahsin) of Al-Qur'an, tahfidz contact book, delivering the memorization (tasmi'), memorization repetition (muraja'ah), training of the Rabbani method, study visits, and taking notes on similar verses.

Manajemen Kegiatan Ekstrakulikuler dalam Seleksi Santri Berbasis Multiple Intelegence 在基于多智能的Santri选择中管理精彩活动

The research aims to help the basic problems of students in determining their choice of majors in Extracurriculars by using Multiple Intelligence-based selection. The research was conducted at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in the Jalaluddin Ar-rumi area using a qualitative approach with field research. Data obtained from interviews and observations. Data analysis was preceded by interviews with the Head of Santri Resources & Management, chairman of the Association for Organization Rumi (AFORMI), and the students. The results of the study show that the selection of students based on Multiple Intelligence (MI) is very helpful in determining the extracurricular class of the dormitory, it is even very helpful in procuring activities so that the administrators are able to carry out procurement according to the needs of the talents & interests of the students. The stages of the selection implementation consist of conducting questionnaire tests, giving briefings, and delivering material on Multiple Intelligence. The use of Multiple Choice questions was maintained because the administrators considered that the use of these questions was still effective for students. The Multiple Intelligence-based student selection model is very important to develop because Multiple Intelligence emphasizes the individual intelligence of students, which is considered suitable for the current approach to students.
