Pengenalan Nomor Ruangan Menggunakan Kamera Berbasis OCR Dan Template Matching 房间号码识别使用基于OCR的相机和匹配模板

Most important room parameters to easily recognize with provide numbering of room, the number having function as room address. Camera have function to getting room number picture. To recognize of room number used OCR (Optical Characters Recognition) and Template Matching method. The system having purpose to make it easy the room number recognize process using camera. The first process Camera capture result will be identified using OCR system, and cahange image to be ASCII trought several stages, between segmentation, normalisation, feature extraction and recognition process. The image result of OCR, used input as template matching method, this method having several stages between resize, gray, edge canny, histogram, classification, identification image process, and matching with storage image. The result of system tested, getting several parameters should be maximized to increase success rate in room number recognition proccess, between using a standart room number, angle of camera capture is 90, and luminance 224-230. From setting paramteters, this system can detect and recognize the room number of 93,75% success rate. Keywords— Room Number, Camera, OCR, Template Matching. Abstrak— Parameter penting dari suatu ruangan agar mudah dikenali adalah dengan memberikan penomoran ruangan, nomor ruangan berfungsi sebagai alamat dari ruangan tersebut. Untuk mendapatkan nomor ruangan tersebut digunakan sebuah kamera, yang berfungsi untuk merekam citra dari nomor ruangan. Sistem untuk mengenali nomor ruangan dengan menggunakan OCR (Optical Characters Recognition) dan Template Matching. Pengembangan sistem ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pengenalan nomor ruangan menggunakan kamera. Pada tahap Awal sistem OCR akan mengidentifikasi citra dari hasil capture kamera dan mengubahnya menjadi ASCII dengan beberapa tahapan, diantaranya proses segementasi, normalisasi, Fiture Extraction, dan Recognition. Citra hasil pemrosesan OCR digunakan sebagai input Template Matching, dimana sistem ini memiliki tahapan proses Resize, Gray, Edge Canny, Histogram, Klasifikasi, Identifikasi Citra, dan pencocokan dengan Storage Citra. Dari hasil pengujian sistem, didapatkan beberapa parameter yang harus dipenuhi untuk memaksimalkan proses pengenalan nomor ruangan, diantaranya penggunaan nomor ruangan yang standar, sudut pengambilan citra nomor ruangan sebesar 90, nilai luminasi pencahayaan sebesar 224-230. Dari parameter yang ditetapkan, tingkat keberhasilan sistem dapat mendeteksi dan mengenali nomor ruangan sebesar 93,75%. Kata kunci— Nomor Ruangan, Kamera, OCR, Template Matching. I. PENDAHULUAN Ruangan adalah tempat seseorang melakukan aktivitas, dimana didalam ruangan memiliki banyak fungsi sebagai laboratorium, sebagai kelas. Parameter suatu ruangan adalah harus memiliki pintu, saluran udara dan jendela, dimana semuanya mempunyai fungsi dan peranan masing-masing[1]. Educational Game for Introducing Indonesian Culture on Android Platform 介绍印尼文化的Android平台教育游戏

Utilization of the game is still used on the basis of entertainment alone. The existence of game themes that are growing still not enough to accommodate the game with the theme of education. Moreover, attention to the cultural diversity of Indonesia is decreasing. Therefore, it is made an educational game based on android Kuizy which aims to improve children's knowledge early on so that they can recognize the diversity of traditional culture of Indonesia covering the diversity of traditional house, traditional dance, traditional clothes, traditional musical instruments, and local songs from every province in Indonesia in a way that is different from learning in schools in general. By applying the results of this educational game, it is expected to help the children in learning and can improve the creative mindset as well as adding more advanced knowledge and getting to know the richness of Indonesian culture.

Wheelchair Robot Movements Using Flex Sensor Glove 使用柔性传感器手套的轮椅机器人运动

Wheelchair is one of commonly equipment used for people wiht physical disabilities to perform activities, while to moving the wheelcair still using human power. At this paper researcher propose to make wheelchair robot, and to moving control using flex sensor glove. At this system used two controller, master and slave. where using bluetooth to communicated with the other. Flex sensor glove are paired at user hand, the sensor data from user hand will sent to slave controller using bluetooth, data will recived by slave bluetooth controller. The slave controller will processed data recived to giving command the motor driver to moved electric wheelcahair. For example to move the wheelchair forward, using position command of index finger is open and other finger is closed. From this process generate value of data is “F” (To command Forward), the data send to controller slave and will giving command wheelchair to moved foward. The system result of wheelchais robot movement test  using flex sensor glove is 83,3% success rate.

Authentication Comparison of Telecommunications Technology Using A3, A8, A5 and Rijndael Algorithms 采用A3、A8、A5和Rijndael算法的电信技术认证比较

The purpose of the research is to analyze the comparison of technology, network and security aspect between CDMA and GSM (Global System for Car communication). Using a comparative analysis research method between CDMA and GSM technologies that includes comparisons of network, technology, and security aspects. Using references from previous research on cellular telecommunications, the introduction of CDMA and GSM technologies to aspects of technology, networking and security. The results show that the technological aspect, CDMA used advanced spectrum technology that can provide superior sound quality and GSM uses a spectrum division technology that makes communication constant. From the network aspect, CDMA used direct-spreading spectrum (DS-CDMA) and GSM network is divided into three main systems: switching system (SS), base station system (BSS), and operating system and support (OSS). As well as security aspects, the GSM uses A3 and A8 algorithms for authentication and A5 algorithms were used in the process of sending information.But the security system using this algorithm, found weaknesses that allow data tapping or customer identity fraud. While CDMA offers aspects of network security by developing encryption algorithms.For encryption techniques used Rijndael algorithm is safe and very fast. A3 and A8 algorithms can recognize the customer's identity well, and the A5 algorithm can transmit the accuracy of information between MS and BTS.

Color Grading Systems to Classify Ripeness of Apple Mango Fruit 苹果、芒果果实成熟度的颜色分级系统

Harvesting of apple mangoes fruit that simultaneously causes not all apple mango fruits are harvested ripe. Farmers should sort the apple mango manually. So, harvesting in large quantities will take a long time. There are several obstacles to sort the apple mango fruit manually. It needs skills and experiences to sort the apple mangoes fruit and it needs many workers. In addition, when the apple mango is ripe and not immediately sorted, it will be too ripe and decayed, so cause losses. Previous research has already made the apple mango classification system mango level but required an expensive tool and take a long time to process one apple mango. This research proposes a new strategy to measure the ripeness level of apple mango fruit, especially apple mango at low cost, without the expensive device and takes a short time based on the apple mango skin color region using the feed-forward neural network. The test used 214 images consisting of 4 classes. Validation test using k-fold of 7, 9, and 11 with an average accuracy of 90.61%, 91.41%, and 90.82%. Highest accuracy with a value of 91.41% on k-fold 9 while at k-fold 11 accuracy is lower but has the least standard deviation value. A small standard deviation means that the accuracy is more stable than others

In addition, when the apple mango is ripe and not immediately sorted, it will be too ripe and decayed, so cause losses. Previous research has already made the apple mango classification system mango level but required an expensive tool and take a long time to process one apple mango. This research proposes a new strategy to measure the ripeness level of apple mango fruit, especially apple mango at low cost, without the expensive device and takes a short time based on the apple mango skin color region using the feed-forward neural network. The test used 214 images consisting of 4 classes. Validation test using k-fold of 7, 9, and 11 with an average accuracy of 90.61%, 91.41%, and 90.82%. Highest accuracy with a value of 91.41% on k-fold 9 while at k-fold 11 accuracy is lower but has the least standard deviation value. Development of Information Systems Using Extreme Programming Method 利用极限编程方法开发信息系统

The development of information technology can now be maximally utilized to support the business processes of organizations and companies. This study aims to design information systems effectively and efficiently, thus helping the business processes of a company. PT Pahandut Langkah Jaya is a company engaged in the procurement of goods, services and construction which in its business process still uses manual methods and has not been fully integrated so that a computerized information system design is needed. This study used Extreme Programming (XP), a software development method that is flexible to changes in plans amid the development process with stages of exploration, planning, iteration, production and maintenance. The results of this study are in the form of design and needs analysis of a company system that is integrated with every part of the company and can be a reference for further software development.

Security Management Implementation in Cloud Server 云服务器中的安全管理实现

The need of servers is currently growing rapidly. Every company or school needs a server to store electronic data properly. As for email and Information Systems with cloud servers, it is expected to be accessible to users from anywhere. But in building a server there are several security problems that often occured, such as the server being hacked, and causing the data to be lost. From these problems, a study was made to produce a discussion of security management in a cloud server with a minimum cost that can be applied to a company or campus or another. In scanning security on the cloud server, Android authentication can be used. Each root user will log in to the cloud server, then Android authentication will send a data. Apart from android authentication, security can use firewall ip tables in the cloud server and added with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), in every data from, and, to the encrypted server.

Application of Fuzzy C-Means in Grouping Districts/Cities Based on Health Service Facilities in East Java 模糊c均值在东爪哇省卫生服务设施区/市分组中的应用

Health is a very important thing for every human being because without good health, then humans will be difficult to do activities. We need health facilities that can support human health or society. This study discussed use of clustering algorithm in grouping districts or cities in East Java according to the number of health care facilities using Fuzzy C-Means. The data source of this research got from Central Bureau of Statistics of East Java. The cluster results obtained then validated with sillhoute coefficient and purity. With the centroid gained in the last iteration, four districts/cities were included in the first cluster, 26 districts/cities included in the second cluster, and 8 districts/cities included in the third cluster. The results of clustering validation is the value of sillhoute coefficient of 0.695 and the purity value of 1. This can be a suggestion to the East Java provincial government, districts / municipalities that are more concerned with having the number of health facilities based on the cluster that has been done.Keywords— data mining; health facilities; clustering; fuzzy c-means; sillhoute coefficient; purity

Information technology has entered various fields, one of which is the health sector. Many researchers develop expert systems, medical records, and hospital registration systems. The diagnostic system is a concern for researchers because, with a diagnosis system, patients can consult through the system without visiting a doctor (expert). To make the diagnosis system,need medical record data from patients who have had previous treatment.The data will be used as a source of diagnostic of system knowledge as data training. Chronic diabetes patient data to be tested are called training data. The K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method is used to detect diabetes and chronic complications. By developing this system, it is expected that the number of patients who have chronic complications and diseases that accompany Diabetes can be suppressed. The results of the K-NN method are very optimal if tested inpatient data training with optimal values of y = 0.73 and x = 0.62

Pada olahraga basket jaman modern ini, kebutuhan analisis pergerakan pemain pada calon tim lawan olahraga basket perlu didukung oleh teknologi informasi yang mampu mengupayakan sistem yang otomatis. Analisis pergerakan pemain yang otomatis perlu didukung oleh sistem deteksi pemain yang handal dan akurat sehingga pemetaan pergerakan dapat dilakukan secara optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan metode Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG) menjadi sebuah metode deteksi yang handal untuk kasus deteksi pemain basket pada media. Tantangan pada penelitian ini adalah deteksi pemain tidak hanya pada saat berjalan dan berlari namun juga pada saat melompat. Untuk memperkuat fokus dan konsistensi terhadap objek yang terdeteksi, pemanfaatan metode klasifikasi Support Vector Machine (SVM) digunakan melalui kolaborasi terhadap HOG descriptor serta warna kostum pemain sehingga pembeda tim dari masing-masing pemain juga dapat dikenali. Tingkat akurasi dari evaluasi yang dihasilkan adalah 92% untuk true positive rate dan 40% untuk false positive rate.
