PENATAAN PERUMAHAN DI KAWASAN PERMUKIMAN KUMUH DESA BONGGANAN KABUPATEN BANGGAI KEPULAUAN

Permukiman kumuh adalah permukiman yang tidak layak huni karena tidak teraturnya bangunan, tingkat kepadatan bangunan yang tinggi, dan kualitas bangunan serta sarana dan prasarana yang tidak memenuhi syarat, seperti yang terjadi di desa Bongganan kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan. Untuk itu penulis melakukan penelitian ini untuk menyusun acuan perancangan penataan permukiman desa Bongganan Kecamatan Tinangkung Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan menjadi lebih baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu, mengadakan wawancara dengan Dinas terkait, Mengadakan survey lokasi penataan perumahan kawasan permukiman di Desa Bongganan Kecamatan Tinangkung Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan, dan studi literatur yang merupakan pedoman acuan yang dikembangkan dalam penataan perumahan yang lebih baik. Penataan perumahan kawasan permukiman di desa Bongganan kecamatan Tinangkung kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat serta kebijakan pemerintah yang meliputi, mengatur pendaerahan lingkungan, kebutuhan ruang, penampilan bangunan, pola sirkulasi dan pengelompokan kegiatan berdasarkan sifat dan fungsinya.

KONTRIBUSI WANITA TANI DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN KELUARGA DI DESA TANJUNG KECAMATAN KALIDAWIR KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG

ABSTRAK Wanita tani adalah sosok wanita pedesaan baik yang dewasa maupun muda. Mereka adalah istri dari petani atau anggota keluarga tani yang terlibat secara langsung atau tidak dengan tetap sewaktu-waktu dalam kegiatan usaha tani dan kesibukan lainnya yang berhubungan dengan kehidupan keluarga tani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kontribusi Wanita Tani dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Keluarga di Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Kalidawir Kabupaten Tulungagung. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah :  Berapa curahan waktu kerja wanita tani dalam kegiatan pertanian dan berapa besar kontribusi pendapatan perempuan pada ekonomi rumah tangga dari bidang pertanian dan non pertanian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan cara seperti reduksi data, menyajikan atau menafsirkan data sampai tahap kesimpulan, dan juga dilakukan penghitungan dari kontribusi wanita tani dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga di Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Kalidawir Kabupaten Tulungagung. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah wanita yang bekerja sebagai petani. Responden yang diteliti adalah sebanyak 10 responden sesuai dengan kecukupan informasi yang di peroleh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan kontribusi wanita tani dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga di Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Kalidawir Kabupaten Tulungagung, para wanita tani telah ikut ambil dalam menambah pendapatan keluarga untuk membantu suaminya. Walaupun mereka juga bekerja tetapi tanggung jawab dalam pekerjaan rumah tetap dilaksanakan dengan baik. Dari hal tersebut kontribusi yang diperoleh dari wanita tani yaitu sebesar 27,1% yang artinya kontribusi yang diberikan itu cukup membantu kepala keluarga dalam kebutuhan sehari hari. Sehingga bila tanpa kontribusi dari perempuan maka kebutuhan dalam keluarga sudah dapat tercukupi tetapi kurang maksimal.

The purpose of the study was to determine the differences in several soil biological properties and peat functional groups based on the location of soil formation (tidal peat, transitional peat, and inland peat). The study was conducted on peat soils in the Kahayan Sebangau Hydrological area, Central Kalimantan, from June to August 2018. The research method is laboratory observation to determine the biological and chemical properties of soil from each soil sample from each location, soil chemical analysis using the FTIR method and biological properties analysis using the Count Cup method. The variables observed were Total Microbiology, Total Fungi, Total Bacteria, Total Respiration and functional groups at Tidal (PS), Transitional (PR) and Inland (PD) peat locations at depths of 0-25 cm and 25-50 cm. The results showed that based on the location of soil formation (tidal peat, transitional peat, and inland peat) the total population of microorganisms, fungi, bacteria and total respiration was most found in tidal peat, based on the sampling depth that the total population of microorganisms, fungi, bacteria and total respiration was most found at a depth of 0 - 25 cm from its surface, from the results of FTIR analysis of the main functional groups On peat soils that of the three tidal, transitional and inland peat areas that the largest area in the three tidal, transitional and inland areas is dominated by fatty acid and wax functional groups with wavelengths of 3400 – 3000 cm-1. From the results of FTIR analysis at sample depths of 0-25 cm and 25-50, the highest values are wavelengths of 3400-3000 and 3000-2800 cm-1, where in this layer the main characteristics are fatty acids and waxes.

ANALYSIS OF THE NEED FOR PUBLIC GREEN OPEN SPACE IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA OF BANGGAI LAUT REGENCY 邦盖城区公共绿色开放空间需求分析

The Community and Regional Government are making improvements in the infrastructure sector in tandem with the growth in activity and population in the City Center Area of the Banggai Laut Regency. As a result, the forest area decreases, which affects the amount of clean air available near the city center. Therefore, 20% of the total area of metropolitan areas must be set aside for the building of green open spaces. Currently, there are four parks built by the regional government of Banggai Laut Regency, all of which are in Tinakin Laut Village. They are Cardinalfish Park, Santai Park, Pujasera Park, and City Park, all of which are in Lompio Village, and all of which can be used by the community, with the exception of Pujasera Park, which is currently in the planning stage. According to the study's findings, 6,914 km2 of green open space is required for development in the City Center Area, however only 10.163 km2, or 29.398% of the total area of the 34.57 km2 City Center region, has been developed. However, due to the pattern of population dispersion and activity, the distribution of green open space development surrounding the City Center Area is unequal.

Dampak covid Dampak Covid 19 Terhadap Pendapatan Kios Pertanian di Kecamatan Durenan Kabupaten Trenggalek

Abstract Agriculture is one of the sectors impacted by the Covid 19 pandemic. The Trenggalek area as an agricultural production area is also affected by this. The decline in people's purchasing power towards agricultural production is the cause. This has an impact on the agricultural kiosk business. As a provider of agricultural needs and equipment, the agricultural kiosk business was also affected. Based on problem identification, this study aims to determine (1) the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on income at agricultural kiosks (2) a comparison of profit ratios from agricultural kiosks before, during and after the Covid 19 pandemic. Based on the results of this study, namely by comparing the value of the R/C ratio of the farming business from the agricultural kiosk before, during and after the pandemic slumped, information can be obtained on the impact of the pandemic on the agricultural kiosk business. Based on the value of the R/C ratio, it has decreased, namely 1.33 before the pandemic became 1.26 during the pandemic, and has increased again to 1.32 after the pandemic subsided. This decrease was caused by a decrease in the purchasing power of farmers towards the decreased needs and agricultural equipment. However, this decrease was not significant because the R/C ratio during the pandemic was still > 1, so it was still feasible to work on. The agricultural sector is a potential sector that can be developed after the Covid pandemic. Moreover, the Trenggalek area is currently experiencing an increase in the level of agricultural production. The agricultural kiosk business will be a viable business to be developed in the future in accordance with the development of the agricultural sector.   Keywords: Agriculture, Stall, Pandemic, Farming

The Trenggalek area as an agricultural production area is also affected by this. The decline in people's purchasing power towards agricultural production is the cause. This has an impact on the agricultural kiosk business. As a provider of agricultural needs and equipment, the agricultural kiosk business was also affected. Based on problem identification, this study aims to determine (1) the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on income at agricultural kiosks (2) a comparison of profit ratios from agricultural kiosks before, during and after the Covid 19 pandemic. Based on the results of this study, namely by comparing the value of the R/C ratio of the farming business from the agricultural kiosk before, during and after the pandemic slumped, information can be obtained on the impact of the pandemic on the agricultural kiosk business. Based on the value of the R/C ratio, it has decreased, namely 1.33 before the pandemic became 1.26 during the pandemic, and has increased again to 1.32 after the pandemic subsided. This decrease was caused by a decrease in the purchasing power of farmers towards the decreased needs and agricultural equipment. However, this decrease was not significant because the R/C ratio during the pandemic was still > 1, so it was still feasible to work on. The agricultural sector is a potential sector that can be developed after the Covid pandemic. Moreover, the Trenggalek area is currently experiencing an increase in the level of agricultural production. EFISIENSI TEKNIS USAHATANI PISANG CAVENDISH MENGGUNAKAN STOCHASTIC FRONTIER ANALYSIS (SFA) DI KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

This study uses stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) to evaluate the efficacy of Cavendish banana cultivation technology in Bojonegoro Regency. An opinion survey of 16 Cavendish banana farmers spread across seven sub-districts in Bojonegoro Regency provides primary data. Farmers' technical productivity and the variables that affect it are assessed using SFA analysis. Based on the findings, Cavendish banana producers in Bojonegoro Regency have an average technical productivity of 80.8%. The stochastic frontier production function model includes the seven variables shown in table 1 and hypothesized to have an impact on output levels: land area, seeds, chemical fertilizers, organic fertilizers, labor, and capital. Large areas of land, organic fertilizers and pesticides are all elements that have a significant impact on the effectiveness of farmer technology. While age, education level, and number of family members are variables that affect inefficiency. The variable level of education is an element that has quite a large influence on technological inefficiency. The findings of this study are expected to educate relevant stakeholders and increase the effectiveness of the technology for the Cavendish banana industry in Bojonegoro Regency.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi teknis multi-stage pada usahatani bawang merah di Desa Cancung, Kabupaten Bojonegoro menggunakan metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) dan regresi Tobit. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dari 30 responden petani bawang merah. Nilai CRSTE dan VRSTE menunjukkan bahwa petani bawang merah masih belum mencapai efisiensi teknis penuh karena masih memiliki inefisiensi pada masing-masing model sebesar 87% dan 57%. Nilai SE menunjukkan petani bawang merah memiliki inefisiensi skala produksi sebesar 57% dan mayori tas petani memerlukan penambahan skala produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar petani bawang merah di Desa Cancung, Kabupaten Bojonegoro masih belum efisien secara teknis, namun dapat meningkatkan efisiensi teknis dengan menggunakan input secara lebih baik dan optimalisasi penggunaan sumber daya. Regresi Tobit menunjukkan bahwa faktor jumlah tanggungan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap inefisiensi teknis. Sedangkan faktor usia, tingkat pendidikan, dan pengalaman usahatani berpengaruh secara negative dengan inefisiensi usahatani. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada petani bawang merah dan pihak terkait dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi teknis dan produktivitas usahatani bawang merah di wilayah tersebut. This study aims to determine the concentration of liquid smoke on the growth and yield of white and red radishes. Knowing the best type of soil by giving the concentration of liquid smoke for the growth and yield of red and white radishes. Knowing the type of radish that gives the best radish growth and yield. The research was carried out at the UPTD Bantul Agricultural Seed Center on Mindi Street, Ngentak Hamlet, Sumberagung Village, Kapanewon Jetis, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta starting in October 2022 - January 2023. This research was a factorial experiment consisting of 3 factors. The first factor is the type of soil, the concentration of liquid smoke, and the type of horseradish. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Mediterranean soil type treatment gave better results than the red-yellow podzolic soil. Treatment of liquid smoke concentration of 1% and 3% gave the same results. This type of white radish plant gives better growth and yield than the red radish type

Zea mays L. is one of the food crops that people like because it has a lot of nutritional content. In increasing the growth and production of Zea mays L. plants, it can be done by integrating rice washing water waste with inorganic fertilizers in order to minimize the use of chemical fertilizers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using rice washing water waste in reducing the use of pearl NPK on vegetative growth and production of Zea mays L. plants. This research was carried out at the Greenhouse of the Agrotechnology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Musamus University in June - September 2022 with a cultivation scale in polybaq. The design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 7 treatments and 3 replications, namely: K0 = Control; K1=rice washing water without pearl NPK; K2=rice washing water+25% pearl NPK; K3=rice washing water+50% pearl NPK; K4=rice washing water+75% pearl NPK; K5 = rice washing water + 100% pearl NPK; A6= 100% NPK pearl. Parameters observed were: plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, leaf area, cob weight, cob weight without cob, number of rows of seeds per ear, cob diameter, cob length, and 100 seed weight. Observations were analyzed using the method of variance. If there are significantly different treatments, then proceed with the BNT test at the 95% confidence level. The results showed that the treatment of rice washing water + pearl NPK had a significant effect on the growth and production of Zea mays L.. Based on data from the analysis carried out by treating rice washing water waste + 50 % to 75% Pearl NPK can increase the vegetative and generative growth of corn plants so as to minimize the use of inorganic fertilizers by 25% -50% of the recommended dose. Quality of Kepok Banana Peel Silage With The Addition of Cassava Meal 添加木薯粉对枇杷香蕉皮青贮品质的影响

This study aimed to determine the effect of addition of cassava meal as a silage additive on the quality of kepok banana peels silage. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) which consisted of 5 treatments, i.e. P0 (addition of cassava meal at 0% level), P1 (addition of cassava meal at 5% level), P2 (addition of cassava meal at 10% level), P3 (addition of cassava meal at 15%), and P4 (Addition of cassava meal at the level of 20%). Ensilage lasts for 21 days. Each treatment was repeated 5 times. Parameters observed were physical quality, fermentation quality, and chemical composition. The results showed that the physical quality of the banana peels silage in the study was dense in texture and not lumpy and slimy, brownish to blackish brown in color, with a sour to sweetish odor, and the presence of fungi in small quantities. The pH content showed no significant difference (P>0.01). The Fleigh Score showed a very significant difference (P<0,01). The Dry Matter content showed no significant difference (P>0.01). The content of Crude Protein and Crude Fiber showed a very significant difference (P<0.01). The addition of cassava meal additive to kepok banana peels silage gave the best results at the 20% level.
