Child Friendly District (KLA) is a program that guarantees and protects children's rights so that they can live, grow, develop and participate optimally in accordance with human dignity and dignity and avoid violence and discrimination. In Indonesia, violations of children's rights are increasingly common. Therefore, by enacting local regulations regarding child-friendly districts in Langkat Regency, in this case, the aim is to uphold children's rights. This study describes the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2022 concerning KLA through 5 Clusters. There are still unfulfilled children's rights, such as low school participation, inadequate health insurance, limited infrastructure for children, and cases of child abuse. The results of the implementation of the KLA policy experienced obstacles in several factors, to be precise, the number and quality of human resources had to be expanded, correspondence and collaboration between policy implementers had not yet taken root so that the satisfaction of children's freedom was not optimal and furthermore the local community's understanding of KLA still did not exist. The KLA policy is in accordance with the principles of fiqh siyasa because it can provide benefits to people's lives, especially children.

Modernisasi pelayanan pertanahan berbasis elektronik merupakan sarana peningkatan indikator kemudahan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat. Hal tersebut diterapkan dengan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Untuk menjamin kepastian hukum hak atas tanah, maka dilakukan kegiatan pendaftaran tanah yang merupakan rangkaian kegiatan administrasi pertanahan dalam mengumpulkan serta mengolah data fisik dan yuridis. Permasalahan yang dibahas ialah bagaimana tahapan dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pendaftaran tanah tanah untuk pertama kali secara elektronik dalam hukum pertanahan nasional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis. Untuk jenis data yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah data sekunder. Tahapan penerbitan sertifikat elektronik ada 2 tahapan yaitu yang pertama penerbitan sertifikat elektronik untuk pertama kali dan yang kedua penerbitan dilakukan melalui penggantian sertifikat analog menjadi sertifikat elektronik untuk tanah yang sudah terdaftar. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu keengganan masyarakat untuk mendaftarkan tanahnya yang disebabkan oleh beberapa hal. To ensure legal certainty of land rights, land registration activities are carried out which are a series of land administration activities in collecting and processing physical and juridical data. The problem discussed is how the stages and obstacles encountered in registering land for the first time electronically in the national land law. This type of research is analytical descriptive. The type of data used in this article is secondary data. There are 2 stages in the issuance of electronic certificates, namely the first is the issuance of electronic certificates for the first time and the second is the issuance is carried out by replacing analog certificates with electronic certificates for registered land. The obstacle faced is the reluctance of the community to register their land.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze legal arrangements for land registration in accordance with the concepts and constraints in implementing land digitization. The analysis in this study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with primary and secondary legal data sources, namely looking at implementation and compliance with current regulations. The object of the research was conducted at the Deli Serdang Regency Land Office as one of the land offices that has the most services in Indonesia. The results of the research from this paper are that the regulation of online clean check services and electronic mortgage rights has not been specifically regulated in an implementing regulation but rather a computerized system implemented by automating procedures that were previously manual. Then the implementation concept is carried out based on the ATR/BPN ministerial policy related to the implementation of electronic certificates. In its implementation, there are 2 (two) obstacles, namely internal constraints and external constraints.

Lawsuit is a letter submitted by the plaintiff against the defendant to the District Court which contains a claim for rights which contains a dispute and forms the basis for examining a case and proving the truth of a right. This legal research aims to find out and analyze civil cases that were sued through the District Court, how to fulfill the requirements in making a lawsuit so that it was not rejected by the Panel of Judges and the reasons that resulted in a lawsuit from the plaintiff in the case decision case Number. 361/Pdt.G/2017/PN JKT PST Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaard. The method used in this research is normative juridical research where the author collects data in the form of basic legal materials and additional legal materials. In this journal research, it can be concluded that a lawsuit submitted to the Court must meet the formal requirements as stipulated in Article 118 HIR, the plaintiff must also be more careful and careful in making a claim based on existing legal facts so that it can produce a positive judge's decision with a sense of justice for each party to the litigation.

The object of this article is decision No. 414/Pdt/2020/PT SMG which decides the dispute over land ownership rights caused by still being controlled and owned by other parties. This study aims to determine the judge's considerations in deciding and stating the decision on disputes over rights to building land objects that have been purchased but cannot be controlled and owned, as well as legal consequences after the decision on disputes over rights to building land objects that have been purchased but cannot be controlled and owned. determined by the judge. This research method uses a normative juridical approach because it examines legal aspects and legal rules with library materials, namely books, accredited journals, laws and regulations, Civil Codes, and Theses. The research specification uses descriptive analysis law, with a case approach. The results showed that there was a problem in the process of buying and selling land by the Defendant/Appellant and the Comparator, even though the buying and selling process was by the Deed of Sale and Purchase number 607/Kaliwungu/2006. The control of land by the Defendant/Appellate in the case of the dispute over land ownership rights, decision number 414/Pdt/2020/PT SMG is invalid and null and void. Besides that, the legal consequence is that the Defendant/Appellate vacate and submit the object of a dispute to the Plaintiff and if necessary with State Security Equipment.

The work of journalists on the battlefield is a tough duty with all the consequences and the threat of death that can occur at any time. This also happen to the journalist in the war between Russia and Ukraine. The case of two journalist of Fox News who were killed outside the capital city Kiev because the vehicle they were traveling in was shot in the city of Horenka. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the rights of journalists on the battlefield, especially in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, can be protected by the existence of International Humanitarian Law (IHL). The method used is doctrinal and hermeneutic with data collection techniques, namely document studies and "analyze" or "interpret" prescription texts and legal constructions on the secondary data. The results of this study prove that there are still many violations of the existence of IHL, especially in the 1949 Geneva Conventions in terms of legal protection for journalists on the battlefield.
