The quality of industrial infrastructure works not only reflects investment efficiency but it also affects production and business efficiency in the process of using these kind of works. In 2018, Slaper et al. conducted research and how us that there is positive linkage between GDP growth (gross domestic) and traded growth of clusters. Therefore, this study has analyzed the factors affecting the quality of the works, from which to propose measures to improve the quality of works mainly at the stages of survey, design, and construction bidding; Accelerate the construction of the infrastructure of industrial parks; Human resources for industrial development and industrial infrastructure construction is a decisive factor in the development of industrial zones and industrial infrastructure construction. The study has pointed out the characteristics of industrialized human resources and solutions to promote and improve the quality of human resource training for industrial revolution development and industrial infrastructure construction. processing to create bagging products of biological BOKASHI - MTX and NPK - MTX fertilizer.

This study investigates the interdependence between crude oil fluctuations and stock return dynamics of major oil BRICS stock market returns namely China and Russia, over the last turbulent period ranging from September 2001 to March 2019. We used a VAR-GARCH model that allows for simultaneous spillover in volatility and return, under the Student’s t-distribution. In addition to crude oil prices, foreign exchange rates are so included in the model to strengthen its explanatory power. The results revealed that the Chinese and Russian markets are sensitive to their past own shocks and past own conditional volatility. Furthermore, the fundamental matter more than news in these markets. In contrast, considering the Chinese market, we found that in the long-run future volatility cannot be predicted by conditional crude oil and its foreign exchange rate volatilities. Similarly, the Russian market is insensitive to the foreign exchange rate and crude oil. Our findings are useful for regional and international investors needing forecasts of oil BRICS stock market futures volatility to optimize investment choices.

The purpose of this paper is to unfold the internal dynamics of a workgroup of healthcare professionals and to identify leadership behaviors that can enhance the benefits of professional diversity to improve the quality of care. The present study explores the recent literature on leadership, professional diversity within workgroups of healthcare professionals, and their performance outcomes especially the quality of care. The finding reveals that the sub-group categorization is salient diversity generated process in the profession-based workgroup of healthcare professionals and shared perception of inclusiveness of workgroup leader can reduce the saliency of sub-group categorization and facilitates the full contribution of group members by creating psychological safety climate and workgroup inclusion to enhance the quality of care they delivered. This paper identified the salient process of diversity within the workgroup of healthcare professionals and explores the role of a shared perception of inclusive leadership in enhancing the quality of care, thereby offering a novel framework for future inclusive leadership and quality of care research. Leaders can capitalize on the proposed model to utilize the benefits of the presence of professional diversity within a workgroup of healthcare professionals to improve the quality of care.

In this study, we present the development of using artificial intelligence and robotic technologies in the logistics sector and differences of the change created by such technologies. We identified the most correct predictions pertaining to the future of logistics by comparing the results of studies with our findings. To analyze this change, the developments observed in the logistics perspective synthesized by doing research through the conceptual approach and literature review model and then, the impacts experienced in the logistics sector identified with findings obtained from the analyses. Within the framework of the conceptual approach; the types of robotic and developments created with the impact of the industrial revolution, changes experienced in transition from industry 4.0 to industry 5.0 in the logistics and technology-provider specification of the industry 5.0 were investigated. The criteria for the analyses are about the numbers of the use and sales value of the service robots used in the logistics sector in the world by the years, differences of the regional use and savings in the labor costs with the impact of robot investments. In this study, environmental data analyzed; CO 2 emission reduction amounts and diesel savings in highway, intermodal, emission reduction and diesel savings options in 2014 – 2020, and savings calculation tactic is applied. This study allows unique predictions to be obtain through the analysis of the impacts in different stages of the robotic logistics sector in terms of the ability of the robotic technologies to offer important benefits and propose utilization for the future.

The present study seeks to investigate the effect of using a training program in improving the emotional adjustment and its effect in reducing the social communication disorder (pragmatic) for a sample of behaviorally disorderly children. The setting was a primary school in Rafha, Saudi Arabia. 60 students were identified as a final sample out of 90 students in many schools in Rafha province with 9.4 years as an average age using standard and validated scales. The quasiexperimental method has been used whereby these students were divided into two groups each 30 students, the experimental group, received 25 sessions from 2030 minutes each ،three times a week, for two months during 20192020. The study concluded that the program was efficient in improving the emotional adjustment (the ability to temper control, social assertiveness, mood Repair, and anxiety control), and was efficient in reducing social communication disorder (pragmatic) for a sample of behavioral disorder children. The training program could improve the emotional adjustment of the behavioral disorder children and this was significantly reflected in reducing their level of social communication disorder (pragmatic).

Solving economically social exclusion has been a concern among developed countries; it is relatively new in developing countries, including Vietnam. Unless getting better employment, rural laborers cannot get rid of economically social exclusion status. The better of employable chances labor occupies, the higher endogenous income labor can earn. This paper uses Binary logistic to explore the factors affecting informal laborers' endogenous income suffering economically social exclusion in Vietnam's northern mountainous rural area. Questionnaires were designed to collect dependent and independent variables for Binary logistic regression; 725 rural laborers living in Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai, Ha, Quang Ninh Bac Giang province have been interviewed. The finding reveals that all factors represent positive signs, of which the laborers’ qualification is the most important one. As laborers' endogenous income relies on employment, by reviewing current employment policies on supporting rural laborers, the paper points out several recommendations for better employment perspectives to the informal laborers in rural areas in the coming years.

Performance appraisal could have a critical role in identifying workforce strengths and weaknesses, determining their educational needs, and developing an appropriate compensation system. This study aimed to investigate the various aspects of employee performance appraisal in the health sector. The search covered mainly such databases as Web of Science, PubMed, and Scopus from the year 2000 to 2019. The paper selection was conducted at three stages; first, the titles were scanned and those not related to the research question were excluded. Then, the abstracts were screened, and finally, the full-text screening was carried out. Out of 8022 studies retrieved, 11 records were finally selected. The dimensions of employee performance appraisal in health care organizations, as echoed in the literature, consisted of the purpose of performance appraisal, methods of performance appraisal, indicators of performance appraisal, and the applications of appraisal results. Given the prominence of human resources for organizations in the health sector, drawing on the cross-national experiences to explore the most relevant dimensions for developing an ideal performance appraisal program is highly critical for managers. Further emphasis on the contribution of employees in all steps of the performance appraisal program was frequently iterated.
