The article shows the participatory planning process with the intention of generating elements to structure and support the diversification of sun and beach tourism in Bahias de Huatulco located on the Oaxacan coast of southern Mexico. This research is based on a diagnosis in the municipalities surrounding the destination of Huatulco Bays to assess their natural and cultural attractions, followed by a participatory exercise with tourism service providers, municipal tourism management committees, municipal authorities and the Secretary of Tourism of the state of Oaxaca, whose purpose was to define the tourism product, the tourism vision of the area studied and propose a strategic plan. In order to identify the potential demand of tourists, surveys were applied to national and foreign tourists in the destination Bahias de Huatulco.

Forecasting tourism demand in Chile: Regional analysis using the Seasonal Autoregressive Model 智利旅游需求预测:使用季节性自回归模型的区域分析

This paper presents Chilean tourism demand describing its behavior for both the country and each of its regions, the analyzed period comprises 2014:01 to 2019:02. The seasonal autoregressive model (SARIMA) process was used to model the series growing dynamics. Results show that best-fitting models capture nonlinear growth, seasonal patterns, and series volatility, and make it possible to describe not so obvious behaviors, such as the seasonal process order or long-term growth trends. From a public policy point of view, this provides relevant information for decision-makers to manage touristic services and infrastructure in a better way. Regional and countries’ forecasted demand presents a low error percentage, less than 2%, though in some regions this value is underestimated overestimated in others.

Community-based Tourism addresses the development of tourism by promoting the history, culture, ways of life and environment of residents. According to the concept, the involvement of residents is important for the enhancement of tourist attractions. The study was divided into two parts. The first is an analysis of the perception of tourist information according to residents of the city of Jaragua do Sul, in Santa Catarina, Brazil. The second is the application of two prioritization tools used in quality to identify opportunities for improvement and investment in processes for an analysis of tourist attractions. Its purpose is to describe how perceptions and list possibilities for improvement from the perspective of residents of tourist attractions. The methodology is a quantitative research, case study procedure and questionnaire technique via survey. Data analysis was developed in two stages. In the first it was possible to see suggestions for improving cultural attractions and sights of the city of Jaragua do Sul/SC. From the perspective of residents, the tourist phenomenon was classified as regular, as there are aspects to be improved in relation to infrastructure and services. The aspects that emerged in the first stage were used in a second consultation to indicate their order of importance, through the use of gut and REI quality matrices. Thus, in the second stage of the research, the residents indicated which ideas should be prioritized. Thus, it is concluded that, when using the matrices of prioritization and analysis of ideas (GUT and REI), they were perceived as possible: install more bathrooms in certain places, invest in signs and signs about sights in the city and talk with restaurants in destinations and tourist events so that there are more options that contemplate diverse food needs.

Despite the fact that tourism is a globally important phenomenon, much of the research carried out on local perceptions and attitudes towards tourism and its impacts has been without theoretical foundation, and those that have made use of some theory have remained at a conceptual level only, without contributing significantly to its understanding and interpretation. Particularly in this type of study, Social Representation Theory (SRT) has proven to be useful in understanding both perceptions and attitudes towards tourism; However, it is considered that there has been little interest in knowing how it has been applied and, from this, to identify its limitations in the study of tourism. In this sense, the objective of this research is to answer both questions; to this end, articles published in both Spanish and English that used the SRT were considered. All the publications were reviewed and analyzed to account for the uses and limitations of the Theory. The purpose of the article is to evaluate the effect of digital marketing strategies on consumer decision-making to visit micro, small and medium-sized wine companies (MIPyMEs) in the Valle de Guadalupe. It was decided to use the quantitative method and implement the survey technique, thereby 273 questionnaires were applied to visitors who visited the Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada. The information obtained was analyzed by applying the multiple linear regression technique. The findings made it possible to verify that the dimensions that affect the visitors´ election process are: the digital marketing tools used by the company (HMDE) and the electronic recommendation (RE). This demonstrate that the implementation of effective strategies in social networks (RS) and in the web pages of wineries and vineyards, which encourages electronic recommendation, increases the probability of attracting a greater number of consumers and an influx of visitors to the wineries.

Social capital represents a recurrent research topic in the social sciences. In general, the study of this type of capital includes the social relations of a community, which has explained a wide range of phenomena, including tourism. Likewise, tourism has become relevant due to the impacts it generates in the places where it takes place. In this way, the binomial social capital and tourism has been mainly used to deepen the contributions of this type of capital to tourism development; leaving aside the study on the influence that tourism has on the elements of social relations. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to analyze the influence of tourism on the social capital of private actors in Teotihuacan and San Martin de las Piramides. For this, qualitative and quantitative approach were used, and semi-structured interviews were applied to owners or directors of the main tourism companies in the two municipalities. The results show that tourism influences the social capital of several private stakeholders, who have affected the networks of relationships, trust and collective action among themselves and with other stakeholders. Likewise, one of the main conclusions is that public policies, in this case the "Pueblos Magicos" program dynamizes social relations and therefore influences social capital.

El turismo es una alternativa para el desarrollo local en comunidades rurales, a través de actividades armónicas con la naturaleza. La investigación se desarrolló en tres comunidades del municipio de Tacotalpa Tabasco, una de ellas, el Pueblo Mágico de Tapijulapa. El objetivo de la investigación fue conocer los efectos del turismo alternativo en el empleo para lo cual se utilizó metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa. Los resultados hacen énfasis en los beneficios y obstáculos a los que se enfrenta la población local, para involucrarse en la actividad turística. Se analiza la oportunidad de aprovechar la agricultura, actividad principal de la zona, como medio para generar mayores empleos entre los habitantes. El turismo alternativo es una actividad que genera oportunidades para hombres y mujeres, aunque los primeros, son quienes obtienen mayor beneficio. Se concluye que el turismo alternativo en la zona continúa generando desigualdades, bien sea por ubicación geográfica de los sitios de estudio, lazos familiares, etnia, sexo o edad.

Enseñanza práctica para la presentación del producto habitación hotelera 酒店产品展示室的教学实践

El artículo tiene como objetivo considerar la metodología de enseñanza práctica en la presentación del producto habitación hotelera. Se describen elementos teóricos que fundamentan la enseñanza práctica para presentar la habitación al huésped. Se identifican las estrategias metodológicas para la enseñanza práctica. Se realizó un estudio de campo documental, modalidad proyecto factible. La población y muestra fue de estudiantes y profesores de la Universidad Simón Bolívar. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, instrumentando el cuestionario escala tipo Likert. Se constató que la enseñanza práctica de la presentación de habitaciones, contribuye a la formación de competencias para un mejor desempeño en la gerencia de habitaciones del ramo hotelero. Un aspecto conclusivo, es la oportunidad que da la práctica de impulsar la capacidad de formación, es decir, el profesional obtiene la destreza para formar a los trabajadores que desempeñen funciones en el departamento de Ama de Llaves.

Gestión del conocimiento sustentable en la Reserva de la Biosfera Sierra Gorda Sierra Gorda生物圈保护区的可持续知识管理

El presente trabajo se desarrolló a partir de una visión sistémica y compleja sobre los conocimientos generados en torno al manejo y conservación de la Reserva de la Biósfera Sierra Gorda (RBSG) para, de ese modo, redimensionar la intervención pública y privada realizada hasta el momento. El objetivo fue determinar los elementos base para una gestión del conocimiento sustentable que garantice el respeto a los derechos humanos de las generaciones futuras en la RBSG. Mediante un estudio de caso, en un primer momento, se indagó sobre los conocimientos teórico-prácticos generados por las instituciones y organizaciones locales en la RBSG en materia de desarrollo sustentable mediante una búsqueda en bases de datos especializadas, la cual permitió recuperar las investigaciones realizadas hasta el momento en materia de sustentabilidad y gestión del conocimiento en la RBSG. Posteriormente, para contactar a actores clave y conocer las prácticas sustentables y conocimientos generados por éstos se asistió a un foro regional que congregó a actores locales de la reserva, del sector público y privado. Por último, se analizó la normativa jurídica y se describió la sustentabilidad como principio jurídico. Los resultados muestran que los actores sociales contactados poseen conocimientos teóricos y empíricos en materia de sustentabilidad, no existen evidencias sobre gestión del conocimiento científico y empírico en la RBSG. Se sugiere a las organizaciones públicas y privadas promover la socialización y sistematización del conocimiento generado; funcionar de manera retrospectiva y prospectiva al atender problemas sociales, tomando en consideración la garantía de cuidado y prevención de los derechos humanos de generaciones futuras.

En años recientes estudiar la percepción del paisaje y valorar su estética se ha convertido en un área de interés. La evaluación visual del paisaje valora qué tan bello es un paisaje y trata de identificar lo que motiva su preferencia. Conocer la valoración de un paisaje puede contribuir al desarrollo de propuestas para su conservación y uso. El paisaje es un recurso frágil y difícil de renovar, por ello ha sufrido transformaciones a una escala global provocando su deterioro o pérdida. El paisaje costero es uno de los que ha sufrido grandes cambios por la presión que genera la población y por las actividades económicas que se asocian a él, como el turismo que ha tenido un crecimiento acelerado en las costas. En este trabajo se realizó una evaluación visual de paisaje en la Reserva de la Biosfera isla de Cozumel, mediante el uso de fotografías que representaban las diferentes unidades visuales de los paisajes. La técnica que se usó fue un test de pares de fotos y se aplicó a la población local y a los visitantes. Para todos los paisajes evaluados, los resultados sugieren que las preferencias de ambos grupos muestran la misma tendencia. Los paisajes naturales más valorados por ambos grupos fueron los de costa arenosa y los menos valorados los de manglar y selva. Por otro lado, de los paisajes rurales, ambos grupos valoraron mejor aquellos que tenían vestigios arqueológicos; en cuanto a los paisajes urbanos, los del malecón fueron mejor valorados por ambos grupos vs. los paisajes del interior de la ciudad. A pesar de que el manglar y la selva tienen un alto valor ecológico son los menos valorados, lo que muestra su vulnerabilidad al cambio; aquí recae la importancia de estos estudios con el fin de establecer estrategias para lograr la revalorización del paisaje.
