Abstract: Biosemiotics is the synthesis of biology and semiotics, and its main purpose is to show that semiosis is a fundamental component of life, i. e., that signs and meaning exist in all living systems. Biosemiotics is experiencing a growing interest in semiotics, with important epistemological results. This paper makes a brief analysis of biosemiotics to highlight the novelty of this theory when interpreting the signs of human and non-human nature.

Resumen: El objetivo de este articulo es aportar nuevas perspectivas sobre la lectura de la poesia con la ayuda de la teoria de la relevancia y la retorica. Con el monologo dramatico como punto de referencia, se prestara atencion al estatuto del poema como texto persuasivo y a la naturaleza de la enunciacion. Para terminar, se analizaran dos poemas de Jose Hierro y Pedro Provencio. Abstract: This paper aims to provide new perspectives on reading poetry with the support of Relevance Theory and Rhetoric. While studying dramatic monologue, we will focus on the poem as a persuasive text and on the characteristics of enunciation. Last, two poems by Jose Hierro and Pedro Provencio will be analyzed.

Abstract: Documentaries have experienced, since the late Twentieth Century, an important subjunctive change becoming a perfect space for the narrative and visual experimentation in order to show intimacy. From this premise, we want to demonstrate that this change has an evident consequence: there is a new me which builds a story around itself and that, besides, in the case of the film speech built by women, this (her) self hasspecial features to take into account.

espanolResumen: Las tensiones intersubjetivas causadas por la intencion de las personas de apropiarse y ganar privilegios en el espacio publico es el asunto de este escrito que expone resultados de una investigacion semiotica. Los testimonios de los actores de estos conflictos, en las calles de Duitama,Colombia, fueron analizados con el modelo de las practicas semioticas.Con los resultados se construyo un esquema descriptivo de la estrategia de delegacion de la responsabilidad en otro por parte del yo del enunciado. De este modo, la instancia de enunciacion justifica el quehacer conflictivo en la escena practica del espacio publico. EnglishAbstract: The intersubjective tensions caused by the intention of people toappropriate and gain privileges in the public space is the subject of this paperthat exposes the outcomes of a semiotic investigation. The testimonies ofthe actors of these conflicts, in the streets of Duitama, Colombia, wereanalyzed with the model of semiotic practices. A descriptive scheme ofthe strategy of delegation of responsibility in another by the self of thestatement was constructed with the results. In this way, the enunciationinstance justifies the disagreeing task in the practical scene of the publicspace.

Resumen: Proponemos una lectura de Un cuarto propio conectado (Zafra), centrado en la cuestion de la intimidad en el contexto de desarrollo acelerado e irreversible de Internet. En la estela de Woolf, el cuarto propio sigue siendo un lugar propicio para la emergencia de intimidades femeninas y feministas, centros de gestion del yo y de las relaciones de poder. Sin embargo, la dinamica y la forma de esa intimidad evolucionan bajo el impulso de la digitalizacion. Veremos como, a medio camino entre ensayo, autobiografia y cuento, el texto de Zafra configura una nueva cartografia de la intimidad, de sus fronteras y de sus funciones. In the wake of Woolf, the notion of a room of one’s own continues to be the very place where the emergence of feminine and feminist intimacies becomes possible, a center of management for the self and power relationships. However, the dynamics and form of intimacy have evolved through digitalization. We will see how, halfway between an essay, an autobiography and a short story, Zafra’s text maps out a new cartography of intimacy, its borders and its functions.

Abstract: Since the second half of 1990’s, within the artistic practice field, numerous are the works that make the exploration of intimacy a major theme where the most futile in daily existence becomes the favorite material. A lot of critics stigmatize the narcissism of a depoliticized society, submitted to the imperative of transparency. Taking an opposite direction, this article tries to explain that some artists, while expressing aspects of their intimate lives, succeed in defining a common world convenient for the deployment of political and social interrogations.
