The aim of this article is to present an exhaustive review of stress and school burnout literature. The school burnout is a recent notion, stem from the professional burnout. This article proposes to analyze the links between school stress and the development of a school burnout. Then, risk factors predisposing to the stress and to the school burnout are discussed. In a way of preventive practices, we also exposed protective factors for school burnout. This review presents several school burnout assessment tools. Finally, this article discussed about programs of well-being prevention developed in other countries.

Literature findings
Mental health promotion is still insufficiently known by psychologists and few of them work in this field, in part because it is based on public health concepts and data. Furthermore, its approach is focused on positive health – as opposed to deficit models – which proposes interventions consisting in developing human competencies and strengths as a means of preventing potential future mental illnesses.
Discussion
The present stake, in the field of mental health, thus requires a paradigmatic change in psychologists which would enable to move from mainly curative interventions to actions oriented towards individual and collectives’ potentialities. This article presents a synthesis of mental health determinants as well as national and international public policies aiming at developing health promotion.
Conclusion
It concludes on how psychologist could become major actors in this field.

The report built by the students to their vocational path has been little studied, whereas it is currently the subject of much political and societal attention. Based on the concepts of capabilities, student experience and life events, the study, conducted by questionnaire, mainly sought to better understand the guidance path lived, of 110 students enrolled in the second year of a degree in psychology in France (objective 1). Mobilizing, in order to compare (objective 2), two methods of textual analysis carried out in double blind, one automatic, other manual, the results show that the enunciation of the events having marked their trajectory and their current questioning in orientation testify of a reflexive activity in link with their capabilities. By mentioning rich past experiences, painful episodes of life, various influences and frequent readjustments, the events mentioned show a certain distance to oneself and a propensity to think about the future in relation to the past. Marked by speeches of uncertainty and fear concerning the capability and identity aspects, the academic choices to be made and the future vocational integration to be carried out, the student questions are mainly part of a short temporality. Capacitive devices in vocational guidance are discussed and extensions of analysis and research outlined.

Each revision of the law on bioethics triggers a political and social debate in public space and communication. This article examines the analysis of this arena of discourse during the second revision of the bioethics law in 2011, in order to observe what representational systems are involved by the members of the French parliament to think about and discuss on these socially important issues. More specifically, we focus on what may have led parliamentarians to decide in 2011 to maintain the anonymity of gamete donation, whereas this issue had been at the heart of intense public controversy since the mid-2000s.

Introduction
Since 2008, Pôle Emploi (PE), the French government agency responsible for handling unemployment matters and unemployment benefits, has undergone a major restructuring, influencing the work of careers advisers (CA) and the support and follow-up services provided to job seekers (JS). This study examines the representations of PE and support among both CAs and JSs.
Objectives
The aim of the study is to contribute to a reflection on CA training.
Method
In the first study, 84 CAs and 125 JSs responded to a questionnaire using a word association task (WAT). In the second study, interviews were conducted with 22 CAs and 19 JSs. The data were analyzed based on a lexicometric analysis supplemented by discourse analysis.
Results
The core of advisers’ representation was found to include support and JS autonomy with the aim of helping JSs to return to work, while JSs’ representations appear to be centered around employment – specifically, appropriate job offers. In addition, when CAs referred to support, they tended to locate JSs in an asymmetrical relationship in which CAs lead the interaction while JSs remain passive.
Conclusion
The gap between the two sets of representations, together with the position implicitly adopted by CAs, has significant implications for the provision of support. This point is the subject of the discussion.

Discourse analysis is still underdeveloped in Psychology. However, it offers both a precise theoretical framework and various methods of analysis, which make it possible to deal with issues at the heart of psychology and the missions of the practicing psychologists. All discourse is the result of a join construction; it integrates cross-perceptions as well as inter-individual and inter-group relational dynamics. There is no border between the individual who produced the discourse, and the individual who receives it. One is in the other and the other is in one. This conception is particularly relevant when it comes to analyzing what takes place at the heart of social relations, whatever the field of intervention: health, training, work and even more broadly the political and societal debate. This special issue does not aim to be exhaustive but presents different possible applications of discourse analysis, in order to provide the reader, reading grids and tools, which inform practice and nourish theory.

The narrative approach is an emerging disciplinary field, which considers the narrative to be a therapeutic, a methodological and an object of study in its own right. The objective of our contribution is twofold: (a) to present the context of emergence of the narrative approach and the notion of narrative in the field of psychology, and (b) to question the theoretical-methodological relevance of this approach in order to explore the expression of social knowledge with regard to the lived experience of cancer. After presenting some methods of collection and analysis of the narrative, we will suggest an application of this approach by analyzing narrative interviews of people with cancer. We will build on the results obtained to develop a reflection on the applied perspectives of the narrative approach, particularly with regard to the psychological therapy of cancer patients.

The care of a victim is a multidisciplinary care. However, we have few data regarding the impact of these different supports on the terrorist attacks victims, especially in France. Thus, we’ve carried out a clinical survey in order to assess the psychopathological development among 27 patients regarding to their perception of the sociomedical, psychological, judicial and police support they got. An assessment has been made based on the sociodemographic and psychopathological data of the subjects we included. We made the assessments 3 and 12 months after the terrorist attack, regarding to depressive, traumatic, peritraumatic (dissociation and distress) symptoms, sleeping disorders and the perceived quality of social support. Otherwise, they answered a subjective inventory of the quality of the help, support and care they were offered after the attack. Those data confirmed that the traumatic, peritraumatic, depressive and sleeping disorders were severe after such a traumatic event. We stated the fact that the clinical development was partly positively correlated with the favourable perception of the different supports. The welcoming and support from the various actors in victimology are key features in lowering the avoidance and improving the perception of the social support, which we know are two essential criteria in the traumatism development. We propose lines of thoughts to find a proper grasp of those extreme situations, likely to affect any segment of the population.

Young carers (YC) are children and teenagers who provide care, help or support to a relative who is ill or has a disability. This literature review aims at presenting an overview on YC. Previously published studies mainly focused on estimating YC prevalence, exploring the areas in which YC provide help, especially caring activities, as well as positive and negative consequences of the caregiving experience (social, academic, physical, and psychological consequences). Specific tools to evaluate YC have been developed for professionals and researchers. Finally, if many interventions have been proposed for YC, they have rarely been evaluated. The limits of these studies are discussed and research perspectives are suggested.
