The ecological principle in architecture design is an integrated concept, which includes reducing using extra energy in and after the construction process. Furthermore, concerning with customer psychological situation is another important part of the ecological principles, Wuxi fisherman wharf architecture design was win by attending international competition and finally applied, the mainly important reason is this design combines with culture element with ecology. Till now, this design has been a good example to relevant real projects.

Bid Evaluation Model Design for Construction Project Based on Fuzzy-TOPSIS 基于模糊topsis的建设项目评标模型设计

This paper analyzed the principles of TOPSIS, used the fuzzy set to pretreat the uncertainty factors in evaluation work. Then obtain the relative closeness according to the distance between each schemes and positive ideal solutions as well as negative ideal solutions. After that, we made comprehensive evaluation. At the end of this paper, a practical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model.
本文分析了TOPSIS的原理,利用模糊集对评价工作中的不确定因素进行预处理。然后根据各方案与正理想解和负理想解之间的距离获得相对接近度。之后,我们进行了综合评价。最后,通过一个实例说明了所提模型的有效性和可行性。

The Research and Application of Solar Water Heating System in Zhejiang Province, China 浙江省太阳能热水系统的研究与应用

Zhejiang Province is located in east China, right next to Shanghai. It is one of the most developed regions in China. It sits at approximately 30 degrees north latitude with an average annual solar irradiation of 4600MJ/m2.a and duration of sunshine of about 1700~2200hr/a. Due to the high urban population density in this area, multi-storey and high-rise apartment are two main categories of residences. This paper studied the solar radiation characteristics of the local high-rise flats, and proposed systems suitable for providing hot water to multi-storey and high-rise apartments using solar energy. In the paper, advantages and disadvantages of using these systems are discussed, including forms, efficiency, pipeline design, and billing. These systems were also applied to engineering practice, and the results were rather good. Based on the balance between performance and techno-economic indicators of solar water heating systems, it is concluded that the payback period of solar water heating systems varies from 2 years to 8 years under different performance conditions.

Fuzzy Hybrid Force-Position Control for the Robotic Arm of an Upper Limb Rehabilitation Robot Powered by Pneumatic Muscles 气动肌肉驱动上肢康复机器人机械臂的模糊力位混合控制

The main aim of this paper is to design a hybrid force-position controller using fuzzy logic (FL) for the robotic arm of a 9 degrees of freedom (DOF) upper limb wearable exoskeleton rehabilitation robot. The robot is designed and built in our lab for assisting in the rehabilitation of patients post-stroke. The robotic arm of the rehabilitation robot is driven by pneumatic muscles (PM) and its dynamic performance is very complex. Fuzzy logic (FL) control techniques are applied to the robotic arm and the results show that FL controller shows better performances than that of the conventional PI controller in hybrid force-position control of the specified robotic arm of the rehabilitation robot.

Evaluation of Business Value Based on Managerial Options 基于管理选择的商业价值评估

The business value maximization should be used as the superior target of financial management. Enterprise in developing process is faced with many valuable opportunities for investment. However, the traditional methods merely put the emphasis on enterprise cash equivalent value and present worth of income. In order to effectively overcome shortcomings of traditional evaluation method and make the enterprise value evaluation more scientific and practical, this paper applies managerial option method to evaluate project, which consider operational flexibility, the diversity of investment programs and market uncertainties based on enterprise predictable cash flow. The purpose of this study is providing new ideas for enterprise evaluation by taking advantage of managerial options for business valuation

Dynamic Positioning of Dredgers Based on Disturbances Compensating 基于扰动补偿的挖泥船动态定位

In order to deal with the control difficulties of the dredger's dynamic positioning system under large disturbances caused by dredging operation, a disturbances compensating dynamic surface control method is proposed to be used in the dredger's dynamic positioning system. Disturbances can be measured and compensated by the adding forces sensors. The proposed robust controller guarantees the semi-globally asymptotical stability of the closed-loop system, and output asymptotic track to desired trajectory. The addition of low pass filters in backstepping design process allows the dynamic surface control technique to be implemented without differentiating any model nonlinearities, which could simplify the design significantly. This scheme is verified by the comprehensive simulation results in typical operation scenarios. The simulation results show that the proposed controller has desired position tracking transient performance and robustness to the disturbances caused by dredging forces.

Application of Direct Power Control in the Charger for Aircraft Battery 直接功率控制在飞机电池充电器中的应用

PWM rectifier technology is introduced to the main Power Circuit of the charger for aircraft battery to enhance the charging efficiency of aircraft battery and improve its long term reliability and save its life in this paper. A new strategy of DPC Based on the Space Vector Modulation (SVM) is used in PWM rectifier, Meanwhile, a fuzzy PI controller is designed in DC voltage control loop. The simulation results show that unity power factor is achieved and the proposed method has the advantages of low harmonic distortion of current, excellent dynamic-steady state performances, and particularly the designed fuzzy PI controller can restrain the fluctuation of DC voltage, active power and reactive power effectively when charging startup and charging voltage Changing, and also has excellent robustness.

Empirical Analysis of the Impact Factors of the A Shares and H Shares of the Price Differences A股与H股价格差异的影响因素实证分析

Base on the new change of the market, this paper analyze the impact factors of the A shares and H shares of the price differences. Confirm the impact factors of the A shares and H shares of the price differences under the new circumstances. the finally obtained empirical results show that: information asymmetry factors, differences in liquidity factors, risk factors, differences in preferences and so on is still the significant factor of the price differences of A shares and H shares in the new changes of market. In addition, this paper selected dummy variables : the Hong Kong straight train and QDII as the emergence of new factors in 2007, the results show that they have a certain explanatory power on the price differences of A shares and H shares. Finally, some policy recommendations for the elimination of A shares and H shares price difference are proposed..

Online crowdsourcing has become a new innovation business model through Internet . This paper studied the motives of the use of online crowdsourcing and the social capital in its community. The results indicates that learning, direct compensation, self-marketing and social motives are motives to activate the participation in outsourcing activities. Participation not only can increase company's innovation capability but also accumulate social capital of the crowdsoucing community formed by online participants.

Research on the Value-Model Assessment of Performance Review for University Teachers 高校教师绩效评价的价值模式评价研究

Teachers in a university do not only lecture, but also many other things, such as educational research, scientific research, etc. The comprehensive evaluation on the results of teaching and research with one teacher is required in a university. However, there is more qualitative but less quantitative, more soft but less hard index for the teacher with assessment criteria. A full range system for teacher performance assessment and the novel quantized method are both developed in this paper. Furthermore, the comprehensive evaluation process and evaluation model have been also shown here. The application results for performance review assessment demonstrated its high operability and achieved more accurate, more objective.
大学里的老师不仅要讲课,还要做很多其他的事情,比如教育研究、科学研究等。一所大学需要一名教师对教学和科研成果进行综合评价。然而,教师的评价标准多定性少定量,多软少硬。本文提出了一种全面的教师绩效评价体系和新的量化方法。并给出了综合评价过程和评价模型。应用结果表明,该方法可操作性强,更加准确、客观。
