Simulation Research on Fuel Injection System of 16V265H Diesel Engine Introduced from U.S. 美国引进16V265H柴油机燃油喷射系统仿真研究

By mapping the pump and the injector of 16V265H diesel engine, it comes to the conclusion of the structural parameters of the fuel injection system for electronic control unit pump. GT-Fuel is used to establish and perform the simulation model of fuel injection system for 16V265H diesel engine. Compared with that of local locomotive fuel injection system, the performance curve of 16V265H diesel engine shows its superiority, which lays the foundation for the following-up optimization of fuel injection system and the localization research.

Based on the behavioral theory of corporate finance perspective, this article takes the listed companies in 2008 as a sample, researched the equity financing preference on investment behavior. By regression analysis: the listed companies' equity financing preference and the financing size have significant influence on the investment behavior.

Building and Evaluation of the Rural Ecological Environment Index System 农村生态环境指标体系的构建与评价

The rural ecological environment system is complexity, multi-attribute and multilayer tissue system, so its impact factors include natural, economic and social factor. The paper builds three lays rural ecological environment index system with analytic hierarchy process and presents standard value of the index evaluation, and calculates index weight with principal component analysis, and gives indexes computing method, and designs five classification standard, and presents corresponding classification remark, use the remark to evaluate rural ecological degree. As an example of XinMi city, this paper evaluates villages and towns ecological degree and discusses the ways to improve ecological degree.

A Battery Charge and Discharge Device Using PID Genetic Algorithm Based on PWM Rectifier 基于PWM整流器的PID遗传算法的电池充放电装置

The research on the application of the 3-phase high power PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) rectifier in the battery charge and discharge device has been a hotspot in the field of power electronics and control. As the traditional PID controller is difficult to achieve the optimum parameters, this paper proposes a new control method of PWM rectifier based on Genetic Algorithm (GA). The design of the PWM rectifier bases on double closed-loop method and SVM (Space Vector Modulation). The experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed control strategy and the superiority of improving the rectifier transformer efficiency.

Isolation and Biosorption Characteristics of Znic Resistant Bacterium 耐锌细菌的分离及生物吸附特性研究

The metal uptake capacity of a bacterial strain (namely W-6) isolated from both activated sludge and heavy metals contaminated soil adjacent to an electroplating plant was investigated. Being acclimated by high metal concentration solution, the biosorption rate and zinc tolerance of W-6 were significantly improved. The optimal parameters for W-6 were pH at 6.0, temperature at 40℃, 8 hours' sorption time, 100 mg•L-1 of zinc concentration, biomass of 3 g•L-1 with 3 days' culturing, and wherein 27.63 mg•L-1's zinc removal with corresponding sorption rate of 81.68% could be reached. The absorption models matched both Langmuir and Freundlich Isotherm Adsorption Equation. This research provided the basis of applying biosorption in treating heavy metals of sewage treatment plant sludge.

Experimental Study on the Thermophysical Parameters of Cohesive Soil by the Transient Method

Thermophysical parameters of cohesive soil are important properties in the design of the ground source heat pump system and the ventilation system of subway. In this paper, the more precise measurements are taken to study the thermophysical parameters of cohesive soil based on the transient heat flow probe method by KD2 pro. The results show that the thermal conductivity and capacity increase obviously as water content enhances. The higher the temperature, the higher the thermal conductivity. So the temperature effect of thermal conductivity should be taken into consideration under some certain temperatures. The modification of Johansen's equations indicates the good applicability for the same type of cohesive soil, which can be used for predicting the thermal conductivity of cohesive soil with different water content and dry densities.

Collision Detection Technology Based on Bounding Box of Virtual Reality 基于虚拟现实边界盒的碰撞检测技术

Collision detection algorithm based on bounding box is an important algorithm of collision detection.The principle and effectiveness of axis-aligned bounding boxes(AABB)method,oriented bounding box method(OBB),discrete orientation polytopes (k-DOP)method were discussed in detal. The results of analysis prove that the simpleness of bounding box is in contradiction with the compactness of wrapped object.The main results are useful for designing virtual scene.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior: New Perspective of Building High-Performance Organization 组织公民行为:构建高绩效组织的新视角

Organizational citizenship behavior is a hot topic in the area of modern human resources management, which focuses on the initiative behaviors beyond the requirements of position duties. OCB can influence organizational performance by increasing the ability of employees, motivating intrinsically, extending resources and creating favorable environments. There are mainly four factors affecting the organizational citizenship behaviors, including personality, organizational system, work and leadership style. In order to encourage staff to show more and more organizational citizenship behaviors, the company needs to control the "doorway" of talents strictly, improve the organizational system, job redesign and change leadership style.

Education Management among College Students 高校学生教育管理

This paper reviews College students frequently have more complex problems today, including both the typical or expected college student problems difficulties in relationships and developmental issues as well as the more severe problems, such as depression, sexual assault and thoughts of suicide. That is the finding of a study involving 600 students seeking help in Henan Polytechnic University over a 3-year period. Some of these increases were dramatic. It is important for administrators, faculty, and staff to understand the profound impact that mental health problems can have on all aspects of campus life, and to treat mental health issues as an institutional responsibility and priority. They take steps to balance the demand for services with existing resources by reviewing priorities, employing innovative strategies, and practicing good self-care to minimize stress.They will continue to play an role in supporting the mission of higher education institutions by providing counseling for students who are experiencing problems and assisting them in achieving their educational and personal goals.

The Study of Improved Ant Colony Algorithm for Routing Problem of Service Composition 服务组合路由问题的改进蚁群算法研究

To improve the adaptability and stability of Dijkstra algorithm for solving routing problem of service composition, a method to solve routing problem of service composition based on an improved ant colony algorithm is proposed. Firstly, based on the traditional ant colony algorithm, the constraints of it are improved. Secondly, a problem solving model for improved ant colony algorithm is established, and the solving process is presented. Finally, simulation experiment will show that improved ant colony algorithm is more applicable in solving routing problem of service composition.
为了提高Dijkstra算法求解服务组合路由问题的适应性和稳定性,提出了一种基于改进蚁群算法求解服务组合路由问题的方法。首先,在传统蚁群算法的基础上,对其约束条件进行了改进;其次,建立了改进蚁群算法的问题求解模型,给出了求解过程。最后,仿真实验表明,改进的蚁群算法更适用于解决服务组合路由问题。
