By incorporating intrinsic motivator into the Technology Acceptance Model, this study attempts to explain students' behavioral intention in using the E-learning system from a motivational perspective. In addition, we empirically compared the E-learning system adoption and usage behavior between Chinese students and Canadian students. The results show that both perceived usefulness and enjoyment have significant impact on students' intention to use the system in two groups. However, in contrast to Chinese subjects, Canadian subjects do not think ease of use has impact on their intention to use it. The academic and practical implications of the study are discussed.

Abstract-Purpose:-Customer relationship as a measurement of assets, is the object of customer relationship management (CRM).the purpose of this paper is to through measuring the total assets of customer relationship in a scientific way and provide an effective way to overall understand of customer relationship management (CRM). Approach:-From the influence factors of customer relationship assets, using the method of interpretive structural model(ISM) which is contended in system engineering, to determine the relationship among the various factors which can influence customer relationship, and finally construct a measurement index system to measure customer relationship assets(CRA). Findings:-Customer relationships can be measured as an asset, and we can find a new way which basic on interpretive structural model to quantify customer relationship assets. Originality/value:-As one kind of firms' intangible assets,customer relationship assets is very important to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, therefore how to measure and quantify customer relationship assets become very useful to customer relationship management.

The recent interest in Wireless Sensor Networks has led to a number of clustering algorithms that use the limited energy available at sensors more efficiently. In this article, we present a heritable clustering algorithm based on HEED for low energy wireless sensor network. It brings in appointment mechanism to reduce the cluster head reelect overhead efficiently. In the cluster, TDMA communication mechanism base on the idea of interlocking schedule and multi-level structure are adopted. Simulation results indicate that compare with HEED, this clustering algorithm enhance the energy efficiency and equalize the energy consume, which ultimately prolong the network lifetime.

Cellular Automata (CA) model is extensively applied to pedestrian evacuation simulation in emergency, but little research is about pedestrian behavior of orderly activities in normal situation. Based on queue theory, CA, finite state machine model and visibility graph, queuing behavior and path search algorithm are modeled. Considering the direction of queue activities, a pedestrian locomotion behavior model based on CA is presented. The simulation model is implemented with object-oriented program language(C#). The result shows that the model can simulate the pedestrian behavior in normal situation.

Cluster supply chain is the network of supply chains based on localization and integration in industrial cluster. It is often that multiple linear supply chains in the same cluster are interactive and need to collaborate with each other. This paper considers the inventory collaboration control across two linear and two-echelon supply chains with a third party logistics provider (TPL). Based on the theory of Automatic Pipeline, Inventory and Order Based Production Control System (APIOBPCS) and system dynamics, a VMI&TPL-APIOBPCS model is proposed to simulate the process of replenishment and dispatching when the TPL implements Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) to connect the two supply chains. The model provides an effective method to decrease the total inventory of two supply chains, make the production rate smoother and reduce the Bullwhip effect.

This paper introduces definition and characteristics of building information model (BIM), analysis and compares the three typical solutions of BIM in present. The lifecycle management of construction project based on BIM is analyzed thoroughly, and thought that the usage of BIM may solve the problem of information demand in the lifecycle management of construction project, and changes the way of information transmission and accumulation. The paper constructs the construction project lifecycle management model which based on the BIM, and the usage of BIM in design, construction and operation & maintenance stage is analyzed. It researches the problem of the usage of BIM in project in implementation stage, and finally it has drawn the conclusion.

Engine control systems, consisted of ECU hardware, software, sensors, and actuators, are the most significant part of automotive control, and can be considered as mixed-signal systems which interact with engine through sensors and actuators. In this article, we present a component-based modeling and simulation framework for automotive system design. This component framework is compatible with AUTOSAR basic software modules, based on actor meta-model, using a hierarchical approach to manage heterogeneity in modeling automotive control systems. Semantically different frameworks are composed hierarchically to manage heterogeneous models and achieve actor and framework reuse. A framework is also an environment that actors reside in and is also as a platform for engine control system design. The methodology was implemented in the Ptolemy Ⅱ software environment. Examples were given to show the applications of this framework in a common-rail testbed control system we designed for Beijing Public Transport Service Co.
