The multi-core technique will play an important role in high density computing, therefore, it is significant to design MPSoC with handy intellectual property core. This paper gives the design of the 4-core multi-processor system on chip (MPSoC) based on hierarchy AHB bus architecture in RTL, and the testing results indicate that the speed increases along with the increasing dimension of the multiplication matrix. When the parallel program is beyond 95 percent in the total program, such as the 32 dimension matrix, the system speedup ratio is theoretically equal to the number of the cores integrated in MPSoC.

This paper studies in a two level supply chain composed of one manufacturer and multiple retailers, how participants cooperate to enhance the chain's value. Assuming the manufacturer produces to orders with only one equipment and retailers face fixed market demands, the paper first analyzes the chaos in the EOQ policy, then proposes a new coordinate model, as is called 'the ideal ordering model' to eliminate the chaos. Some relations of ordering quantities, production speed and market demands under the new model are obtained at the same time.

Earning is one of the most important accounting information disclosed by the enterprises, particularly in the capital market environment, as well as the medium-term annual earnings figures in the report are one of the most important information transferred by listed companies to investors. Now in financial theory, the assessment models often predict and analyze a company's value based on accounting earning. Therefore, the accounting earning is one of the most intuitive targets to reflect on business' operating results for a certain period, which has been widely considered as high information content. But how to appraise the earnings quality specially the quantitative evaluation is really difficult in practice. Therefore, this article constructs the quantitative evaluation model of earnings quality from the characteristic of the earnings quality definition as well as the earnings quality. And studies trend of earnings quality of the Listed Companies through listed companies' empirical data.

Influences of window function selection on the subsoil damping ratio of a massive concrete foundation is presented in this paper based on logarithmic decrement method in the time domain and point-peak method in the frequency domain. Little damping ration difference among smoothing curves of adjacent three point averaging, Hanning window and Hamming window is found both in the time domain and frequency domain. Influences of smoothing times on the subsoil damping ration is also discussed. It shows that damping ratio decreases as the smoothing times increases in the time domain, and on the contrary in the frequency domain. Selection of window function and smoothing time should be studied furthermore based on the real damping ration value both theoretically and experimentally.

The traditional management practice for schools relies on a central bureaucracy that concerns itself with structural and political strategies to exert control over schools, and often hinders the effective use of human resources and the development of school culture to pursue education quality. Responding to the problems, school-based management that encourages decentralization of authority and school self management has been largely promoted as the major school reform for school effectiveness in the past decade in different parts of the world. The paper clarifies the definition of school-based management first, and then points out the barriers for the implementation of it. Finally strategies to cope with those barriers are presented.

As environment plays an important role in tourism industry, evaluation of tourism environment has become a key part of tourism research. According to the research results at home and abroad, an evaluation index system of tourism environment was established. On the basis of the index system, fuzzy matter-element model was used in evaluating the good or bad of tourism environment. Taking prefecture-level cities of Hebei province as an example, the evaluation results show that it is consistent with actual situation of tourism development, so the model proves to be effective and feasible. According to existing problems of tourism environment, there puts forward some countermeasures.

Chinese cities are now at a stage of rapid development and the problems of transportation, environment and land use are increasingly serious. Urban rapid rail transit is wholly a convenient, fast, effective, low-carbon, environment-friendly urban infrastructure system, which providing an effective way for the sustainable development of urban transit and land use. In this paper, the effect mechanism of urban rapid rail transit on land use is theoretically analyzed, and the model of rail transport construction on land value impacts is taken as the quantitative analysis method. Finally, a case study of Line NO.1 of Wuhan rapid rail transit is carried out. The analysis results confirmed the effect of urban rapid rail transit on real estate nearby.

In today's knowledge-based economy, knowledge is important asset in organizations. Knowledge creation, acquirement and effective use are the keys to successful organizations. Organizational memory is not only the assembling of organizational knowledge, but also the foundation for organizational knowledge management. Starting from the knowledge essence of organizational memory, proceeding summarization upon concept of organizational memory to some extent, it emphasized the close connection with organizational memory among several organizational concepts related to the knowledge such as organizational learning, organizational forgetting and knowledge innovation and so on, and then discussed the dynamic and active management mechanism of organizational memory under the view of organizational knowledge management, thus striving to make the organizational memory management serve the development and innovation of organization in a better manner.

The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is increasingly playing an important role in alternating current(AC) transmission system. Recently, lots of researches have been investigated for the PMSM system without speed and position sensors. The Vector-control system based on fuzzy self-tuning PID is proposed in this paper. The new algorithm based on fuzzy self-tuning PID can improve the performance of the system. The speed and torque fluctuations are reduced. Simulation results show that the validity of the proposed strategy.
