Challenges and Opportunities in Emergency Management of Electric Power System Blackout 电力系统停电应急管理的挑战与机遇

With the development of industrialization and informatization, modern society is highly dependent on energy. Electric power system is fundamental for social production and daily life. Especially in urban areas, electric power network has been a key infrastructure of the lifeline, and its failure will probably paralyze the whole city. On the other hand, as population growth and urbanization, the demand for electricity is overwhelmingly increasing. Electric power network is getting larger and more complex. Meanwhile, modern electric power network is unprecedented vulnerable and modern society is faced with higher blackout risk. In order to effectively prevent blackout risk and rapidly response the blackout accident, emergency management of electric power system are responsible for preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery of its failure. Blackout is one of the most severe accidents in electric power system failure, and is paid great attention all the time. In recent decades, many techniques have been developed for effective prevention and control of blackout. This paper analyzes the core requirements and major challenges of prevention and response of blackout. And then, some potential advanced techniques on planning, monitoring and early-warning, emergency response, etc. are introduced in view of latest research progress.

Disturbance of Population & It's Impact on China Higher Education Development 人口扰动及其对中国高等教育发展的影响

The decreasing birth rate and the rising popularity of overseas studies have combined to drag the number of candidates for college entrance exam. Besides these two reasons, the disturbance of population happened 51 years ago may cause the decrease in number of college entrance exam candidates in the future.We constructed a nonlinear regression model to analyze the impact of disturbance of population on the scale of higher education.According to our nonlinear regression model analysis,the gross enrollment rate of higher education should reach 55% by the year 2020, and average annual increase rate of China gross college enrollment number is about 3%.Then the popularization of higher education will be realized by the year 2020,and the lack source of students could be released.

Analysis on Regional Logistics Industry Agglomeration 区域物流业集聚分析

Regional Logistics and regional economy have a significant correlation. From the perspective of the logistics industry agglomeration, using the logistics industry data of 31 provinces in China, selecting three main indicators impact on the regional logistics industry based on previous research, entropy method and cluster analysis, combining to have a empirical study on overall development and characteristics of regional logistics industry in China. Entropy method gives each index weight and objectively calculated the integrated value of regional logistics industry, so we can develop the regional logistics industry integrated rank. Cluster analysis estimates the agglomeration level of regional logistics industry, and divides the 31 regions into three levels in certain similarity level certain similarity level. The regional logistics industry agglomeration effect is obvious, finally analyzed the reasons and variation of the agglomeration.
区域物流与区域经济具有显著的相关性。从物流业集聚的视角出发,利用中国31个省份的物流业数据,在前人研究的基础上,选取影响区域物流业的三个主要指标,结合熵值法和聚类分析法,对中国区域物流业的整体发展和特征进行实证研究。熵值法赋予各指标权重,客观计算区域物流业综合价值,从而制定区域物流业综合排名。聚类分析估计了区域物流业的集聚水平,并将31个区域在一定的相似程度上划分为三个层次。区域物流业集聚效应明显,最后分析了区域物流业集聚的原因及其变化。

Practices and Research on Green Supply Chain Management in China and Abroad 国内外绿色供应链管理的实践与研究

Green supply chain management (GSCM) has emerged as a key strategy and approach for enterprises obtaining international competitive power and realizing sustainable development. A lot of foreign forerunner have implemented various GSCM plans and have got successful Experience. But in terms of whole Chinese enterprises, the instance of carrying it into execution is not ideal. This paper analyses GSCM performance among Chinese and foreign enterprises. Based on the successful practice of GSCM in Chinese and foreign enterprises and the actual situation in China, this article puts forward some suggestion on spreading the idea of GSCM all over the country, provides theoretical references for the green supply chain management practice of Chinese enterprise .

Analysis of Influencing Factors on Stress Path in Soil Element of Ground under Moving Load 移动荷载作用下地基土单元应力路径影响因素分析

In order to study the stress path in soil element of ground under moving train load and the influence of moving speed, depth and the initial stress state of soil element on the stress path, the steady-state solution of stresses in ground were obtained based on the model of Euler beam on elastic half space under one moving load. The stress path in soil element under the load moving line was analyzed. It is found that the stress state changes from pure shear to triaxial shear and back to pure shear finally in one cycle. According to the stress path curves for different moving speeds, it is found that when the moving load is high, the maximum deviator stress decreases, but the horizontal shear stress increases dramatically. The stress path curves in soil element at different depth for both a low speed and a high speed (near to the Rayleigh wave speed) were presented. It is shown that horizontal shear stress and deviator stress increase first with the depth's increasing and decreases after reaching the maximum value. The shape of stress path curves at different depth is close for a low speed but differs greatly for a high speed and the soil element at shallow depth is mainly in a tensile state. The stress paths for different initial stress states were also presented. And it is found that the initial stress state influents stress path greatly. The bigger the initial deviator stress is, the more unobvious the variation of stress state and the principal stress axes rotation are.

Performance Evaluation of Solar Home Systems 家用太阳能系统的性能评估

In this paper, the authors report the performance test results of solar home systems according to IEC 62124: Photovoltaic Stand-alone System-Design verification. The performance test evaluates solar home systems in the several aspects such as battery usable capacity, functional test, recovery test, system balance point, days of autonomy, etc.. The results show that unreasonable design is a main reason to cause failure. The other reasons are considered as battery quality problem, inappropriate setting for controller and controller quality problems.

The Application of Monitoring and Measurement to Dynamic-Feedback-Design and Disease Management in Highway Tunnel 监测测量在公路隧道动态反馈设计与病害管理中的应用

Monitoring sections were set up to track and monitor whole course for the lining wall cracks, slope sliding, tunnel deformation, twisted steel and other serious diseases in Sanggongjing-tunnel. Based on the analysis of monitoring data, the method of dynamic-feedback-design and information construction was developed to adjust and modify the design and construction program timely, and the means of back-analysis was used to calculate the internal forces of lining structures according to monitoring data. The causes for diseases were analyzed combined with all monitoring information varying with time, then, the governance measures which made it a principle to stabilize the slope and the reinforce lining at the same time were determined ultimately the principle.
设置监测断面,对桑公井隧道衬砌裂缝、边坡滑移、隧道变形、扭钢等重大病害进行全程跟踪监测。在对监测数据进行分析的基础上,提出了动态反馈设计和信息化施工的方法,及时调整和修改设计和施工方案,并采用反分析的方法,根据监测数据计算衬砌结构内力。结合各种随时间变化的监测信息,分析病害发生的原因,最终确定以稳定边坡和加固衬砌同时进行为原则的治理措施。

A Field Survey on Traditional Residential Earth Buildings in Southern Hunan and Analysis of the Indoor Thermal Measurement 湘南地区传统土建民居实地调查及室内热测量分析

Typical residential earth buildings in Southern Hunan area are of civil engineering structure, namely, adobe walls, wooden doors and windows, wooden roof truss covered by blue tiles. In this paper, the author made a field mapping and energy consumption survey on a typical residential building in Southern Hunan area, and conducted an indoor test on heat and humidity index in summer and winter. The results are shown as follows: The typical residential buildings in Southern Hunan area are of good thermal insulating properties; and the environmental friendly local materials are easily obtained for construction. In the end of this paper, the author proposes a solution to overcome the defect of high relative humidity index through the enhancement of air tightness and reasonable ventilation.

Comparison Study of Thermal Performance of U-Tube Solar Collector u型管太阳能集热器热性能比较研究

On the basis of studying inter-thermal performance of U-tube solar collector, the transient efficiency and efficiency factor were got. As for analyzing the thermal performance of the collector from different angles, two models were developed. By using numerical method each part of the collector were got. Furthermore, by weighted least square method, the instantaneous efficiency of solar collector was got. Experimental results coincide with theoretical calculations well.
在研究u型管太阳能集热器热间性能的基础上,得到了其瞬态效率和效率因子。为了从不同角度分析集热器的热性能,建立了两个模型。采用数值方法对集热器的各个部分进行了计算。利用加权最小二乘法,得到了集热器的瞬时效率。实验结果与理论计算吻合较好。

Improvement of Item-Based Collaborative Filtering Algorithm Based on Hesitation Degree 基于犹豫度的物品协同过滤算法改进

with an exponentially growing amount of information being added to the Internet, finding efficient and valuable information is becoming more difficult. Collaborative Filtering acts a very important role in web service personalization and Recommender System. In this paper, Hesitation Degree was proposed to improve the accuracy of Item based collaboration filtering, three kinds of Hesitation Degree were introduced into similarity computation, and the results show that the prediction accuracy can be improved by 25 percents.
随着互联网上的信息量呈指数级增长,寻找高效和有价值的信息变得越来越困难。协同过滤在web服务个性化和推荐系统中起着非常重要的作用。本文提出了犹豫度来提高基于Item的协同过滤的准确率,并将三种犹豫度引入到相似性计算中,结果表明,预测准确率可提高25%。
