The Significance of Labor Relations Management on Society Development 劳动关系管理对社会发展的意义

The developing process of Western societies had revealed that only governments, employers and employees jointly adjusted labor relations well and respected for workers' rights of survival and development, the social conflicts could be alleviated, and the power of various social classes could be comparable, and the benefits of common members of societies could be protected, finally, the society could be harmious. At present, in order to realize harmonious labor relations and harmonious society in China, we can get inspiration from the Western experience.
西方社会的发展历程告诉我们,只有政府、雇主和雇员共同调整好劳动关系,尊重工人的生存权和发展权,才能缓解社会矛盾,实现社会各阶层力量的比拼,保障社会共同成员的利益,最终实现社会的和谐。当前,为了在中国实现和谐劳动关系与和谐社会,我们可以从西方的经验中得到启示。

Experimental Research of Killing Microcystis aeruginosa by Strong Ionization Discharge 强电离放电杀灭铜绿微囊藻的实验研究

The killing of Microcystis aeruginosa by strong ionization discharge was studied experimentally. The relation of aeration amount, initial content of bacterium, treatment time, PH value and temperature to the killing rate of Microcystis aeruginosa was studied. The experiment has show that in a certain degree, the killing rate of Microcystis aeruginosa was raised with the increasing of aeration amount, initial content of bacterium, treatment time, PH value and temperature. Under a better experimental condition, and the aeration amount=500ml/min, initial content of bacterium=9×106,PH value=9.18,temperature=317K, cultivating time=3 days, treatment time was 10min, the killing rate of Microcystis aeruginosa was as high as 100%.

Fault Propagation Characteristics and Reliability Analysis of Large-Scale Circuit 大型电路故障传播特性及可靠性分析

This paper deals with the fault propagation and reliability of large-scale circuit and attempts to provide effective information for fault diagnosing. We analyse sample circuits from IBM benchmark suit by constructing directional weighting networks and modeling fault propagation. Roles of circuit network parameters are investigated and reliability analysis is given. The result from this work clearly suggest that larger circuit is more likely to arouse deep propagation, and there is no good in pursuit of maximum streamline in circuit design.

The Effect of Organic Matter Concentration on Shortcut Nitrification 有机质浓度对短程硝化作用的影响

The impact of organic matter concentration on nitrification was studied in shortcut nitrification SBR. The results showed that the competition of aerobic bacteria had been enhanced and degradation rate of ammonia had been reduced in the system with the increasing of COD concentration and the loading of sludge. Denitrification in the system was apparent, removal rate of total nitrogen was increased gradually and the removal of TN was mainly in shortcut denitrification. The proportion of nitrite in the nitrogen oxides had been increased, because the removal rate of nitrate was higher than that of nitrite. Higher concentration of organic matter did not apparently affect AOB and NOB.

Establishment of the optimal objective function is the first and a vital step for optimum design. The foundation pit engineering design is a procedure of multi-objective optimization and multi-objective decision. Some of these objectives can be quantitatively calculated, while others cannot. In order to make a comprehensive analysis of the effects of various factors on the optimum design of foundation pit engineering, this paper introduced the methods of fuzzy evaluation and analytic hierarchy process to construct the optimal objective function of optimum design of foundation pit engineering. It can take a global view of the state or character for foundation pit engineering, and then construct a reasonable target for the following optimal work to make the results more reliable.

On the Credibility of Employment in Graduates 论大学生就业诚信问题

Nowadays, the credibility of graduate employment has been the focus of the whole society. Based on many years of guide experience in the employment of graduates and the adverse influence of the credibility absence, in this paper the author summarizes the different forms of credibility absence and makes a careful study on such behaviors in their employment career, finally reasonable suggestions for college's credibility education are presented.

Applying the Fuzzy Expert System to Tailoring Software Development Flow 模糊专家系统在软件开发流程裁剪中的应用

Software projects vary in nature. Thus software organizations often define sets of guidelines for projects to use in tailoring standard processes. But not all of the tailoring guidelines can be crisply defined. Besides, individual projects need plenty experience to choose proper adjustments. In this regard, this paper builds an adjust structure ,which applying fuzzy theory to divide the tailoring factors into fuzzification part and im-fuzzification part, and proposes a rule- based fuzzy expert system to assist software projects in process tailoring. It proves that the system can assist software organizations in adjusting the software development flow reasonable .And it advances both the development efficiency and success probability of the projects.

Numerical Study of Cold Store in Cold Storage Supply Chain and Logistics 冷库供应链与物流中的冷库数值研究

The management of cold storage chain is an important part of the management of supply chain and logistics. The development of Chinese cold storage chain logistics is relatively backward, which affects the food industry seriously. Cold store play an important role in cold storage chain logistics. The field flow is the key technological parameter in cold store. A three dimensional mathematical model is established to study the flow field distribution inside a cold store. And the results are testified by experiments. Both the flow field characteristics and the effect of flow field on food storage are revealed. The results will provide an important help on the technical management of cold storage chain logistics in China.
冷库链管理是供应链和物流管理的重要组成部分。我国冷链物流发展相对落后,严重影响了食品行业的发展。冷库在冷库链物流中起着重要的作用。冷库现场流量是冷库的关键技术参数。建立了冷库内部流场分布的三维数学模型。实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。揭示了流场特性及其对食品贮藏的影响。研究结果将为中国冷链物流的技术管理提供重要帮助。

Isolation and Identification of Imazethapyr-Degrading Actinomyces and Its Degradation Characteristics 吡马唑吡肟降解放线菌的分离鉴定及其降解特性研究

Imazethapyr is used widely all over the world for the control of broadleaf weeds in the soybean field. However the serious problem of Imazethapyr has been remainded for long time. Bioremediation is an effective and economic method for the soil that has been polluted by pesticides. Used method of bottle cultivating, one strain of Imazethapyr degradable actinomyces S180 was isolated from the soil where Imazethapyr has been applied for a long-term. The strain could utilize Imazethapyr as sole nitrogen for growth. This strain was related and shared characteristics to genus Streptomyces zaomyceticus, according to the physiological and biochemical properties as well as 16S rRNA sequence analysis. It found that 85.41% Imazethapyr was degraded by S180 in 6 days with 3% Imazethapyr in mineral medium under the optimal containing 200 mg•L-1 Imazethapyr, 30℃ and pH 7. 0.

Effect of Cutting Parameters on the Cutting Force in the End Milling of GH4169 Superalloy 切削参数对GH4169高温合金立铣削切削力的影响

GH4169 is a difficult-to-cut nickel-based superalloy commonly used in aerospace industry. This paper presents a cutting force prediction model in the end milling of GH4169 superalloy with carbide tools by orthogonal experiment. The variance analysis is applied to check the significance of the model, accuracy of the model is verified by experiment. The effect of cutting parameters on the cutting force is also studied. The results show that the prediction model is reliable. Among all four parameters the most influential parameter is axial depth of cut, followed by feed per tooth. The cutting force decreases as the cutting speed increases. On the contrary, the cutting force increases as the feed per tooth, axial depth of cut and radial depth of cut increase.
