In the control system of the naval ships steam power plant, the performance and reliability of control system in the power plant become the important influence factor on the full play level of battle technical performance. Combustion process of boiler is a complex physical process, so whether the boiler combustion control system can work reliably will directly affect the reliability of power plant. Towards failure characteristics and performance of the boiler combustion control system, this paper give the analysis of the performance parameters reliability index in the control system, then also give the establishment and simulation of control system performance reliability analysis model based on components degradation that providing for comprehensive evaluation of performance parameters reliability in the control system.

By introducing the concept of weights in NURBS curve into a blending technique, the paper extends the representation of the rational spline curve. Shape-control capability of the extension curve is shown to be much better than that of the rational spline curve. The representation and properties of the extension curve are studied. The curve is easy and intuitive to reshape by varying the tension parameters; so it is useful in some applications of CAD/CAM.

On the basis of analyzing complexity greenhouse environment information and variety of modem sensor, considering the characteristics of greenhouse environment control multi-sensor information fusion technique is used in the greenhouse control system, and the Control strategy is the priority regulation and the combination of fuzzy control technique. The greenhouse environment control system hardware is designed upon the core architecture of single chip processor AT89S52 and LAN universal interface chip RTL8019AS. Simultaneously, the structural functions, hardware configuration, and software design of the whole system are described. Analysis shows that the intelligent controller can adjust temperature and humidity accurately can meet intelligent greenhouse control requirements of various scales.

Common-frame launched weapons must be coordinated in airspace and time for ensuring safety of ship and weapons. This paper researches with emphasis on the problem of time coordination. Firstly, the process of common-frame launch is analyzed and a common model of launch sequence of weapons is advanced. Secondly, factors considered for time coordination are studied including launch rate, influence on adjacent cells, influence of initial trajectory intersection and launch priority. Lastly, model of launch time spacing and model of launch priority are advanced, which make up of models of time coordination. The results show that models of time coordination answer the question that when is appropriate to launch missile or deliver authorization for the issuance of ignition commands to missile for avoiding the time collision between missiles launched simultaneously.

When computer intrusions occur, one of the most costly, time-consuming, and human-intensive tasks is to analysis and take the evidence of the compromised system. IR4CF: a system call based intrusion replay system for supporting the computer forensics. IR4CF uses three key mechanisms to improve the accuracy and reduce the human overhead of performing forensic analysis. First, it streams the kernel event information in real-time, to append-only storage on a separate, hardened, logging machine, making the system resilient to a wide variety of attacks. Second, it uses system-call hijacking technology to perform comprehensive monitoring of the execution of a target system at the kernel event level, giving a high-resolution, application-independent view of all activity. Third, it analyses and replays the intrusion actions dynamically, which can be used for evidence in a court of law.

Based on the relevance analysis of event characteristics, system engineering, and safety assessment theory & method, this paper puts forward the management method for grading assessment of highway tunnel operation safety from the standpoint of current operation situation of China's highway tunnel, establishes corresponding safety assessment index system; and on this basis, presents the follow up and inspection theatrical method to the safety situation of indexes at various levels, constitutes the preventative safety operation decision-making control framework of tunnel, and provides theatrical basis for the formulation of highway tunnel preventative curing proposal and management countermeasures.

Assignments of the vessels change suddenly sometimes, so the vessels need several of operation plans on the marine steam power plant. Based on the thermodynamic calculation theory, maneuverability analysis model of steam-powered vessel is given with the maximum speed index for different operation plans of steam power plant. The result indicates that the maneuverability model is practical and efficient. And there is significance of using for reference for the settlement of maneuverability analysis of other types of power plants.

Distribution, which is one of important part in the logistics system, has a great influence on the improvement of the whole logistics efficiency and reducing of cost. Nowadays, because the development of domestic logistics distribution is still at initial stage and distribution scheduling system is basically at artificial experience stage, it is unable to meet extensive centralized distribution, uniform scheduling and low-cost requirement. In order to improve distribution efficiency, this paper presents an assumption of developing computerized schedule system for city logistics distribution. According to actual operation characteristic of distribution and computer technology, this paper makes a preliminary design in computerized schedule system. It concludes the design of algorithm structure, running structure and function demand module. Through these design, we can find out the optimum scheme with the computer and then amend the scheme according to practical condition. This saves much time on scheduling. So establish computerized logistics schedule system is more wise and realistic way.

This paper introduces and analyzes the LTE RRC sub-layer protocol stack structure and function, designs the state and the state conversion process of the RRC sub-layer. It also designs the realization of the RRC connection establishment process. And we simplify signaling interaction between layers based on the characteristics of the project. Finally, it designs the simulation of SDL flowchart of the RRC connection establishment process. Through the MSC map generated by the Co-Simulation of SDL and TTCN, we can verify the correctness of the designed signaling process.

Linear Frequency Modulation (LFM) is an important wideband signal, which is widely used in radar system. Both matched filter and dechirp processing can realize pulse compression of LFM, and then get high resolution target range profile. Matched filter has strong anti-noise ability; it can also achieve accurate pulse compression under seriously noisy environment. Dechirp processing can reduce the sample rate of AD efficiently, but the anti-noise ability is not as good as matched filter. This paper analyzes the algorithms of matched filter and dechirp processing which are used in LFM, then simulates the pulse compression to get high resolution target one-dimension range profile under different signal to noise ratio (SNR). The simulation results indicate that matched filter has strong anti-noise ability, dechirp processing has advantage in sample rate of data processing by hardware. This work can provide the theory basis and guidance to select the best pulse compression method under different scenes.
