A research of valuation based on EVA and fuzzy option 基于EVA和模糊期权的企业价值评估研究

Both EVA and the real option models have their own advantages. If we only use one of these two models, usually we can not consider exactly the value based on the cost of equity, or underestimate the potential value which the investment brings to the enterprise. This paper attempts to construct an evaluation method that unifies EVA and the fuzzy real options to the enterprise value evaluation, regarding the enterprise value as a sum of two parts: the value of profit ability based on the existing foundation and the value of potential profit opportunity. In the end, we verify the rationality of the method through a computation example.

Study on hierarchical production planning for single machine systems 单机系统分层生产计划研究

A two-tiered hierarchical production planning model with sequence-independent family setup time, including aggregate production planning (APP) and family disaggregation planning (FDP), is proposed in this paper for a multi-product, single machine production system. In APP, the constraints about inventory, backorder and regular time are revised according to practical situation; and in FDP, the resulted APP in the first period is decomposed into detailed lot sizing plan for each product family in each sub-period and is guaranteed for completion. Two types of feedback information are adopted to adjust the aggregate plan at different stages of a period. The performance of the model is validated with data from an enterprise.

Application of project portfolio management in the real estate corporations 项目组合管理在房地产企业中的应用

As is known to us all, after the occurrence of the global financial crisis, real estate corporations suffer more serious challenges. There will be more uncertainties and risks in the future. Traditional project management just focuses on doing the projects right, which is not enough. How to do the right projects becomes more important. In this paper, we simply review the concept and history of project portfolio management. After that we introduce some industries which apply project portfolio management. And then we argue some problems in the real estate corporations. At last we propose three primary phases to apply PPM in real estate corporations.

Research on the security model for e-business process management 电子商务流程管理的安全模型研究

Security has become one of the biggest issues that slow down the progress of e-commerce. Web service is a key technology to achieve e-commerce. on the basis of research of the web service standards and the features of ecommerce, this paper points out the inadequacies of current electronic commerce system and gives out a security model based on web service. It can provide two-way authentication, which will guarantees the equality between both parties and quality of confidentiality.

The strategy of technology transfer: A dynamic analysis on standards, technology life cycle and international expansion 技术转移战略:标准、技术生命周期与国际扩张的动态分析

As the key resource of a cluster or alliance rather than a single firm, technology resources can be configured with various ways to fit the need of competition or cooperation. Technology transfer is a main approach to implement firm's strategy, for it has the following functions: positive influences to the technology standards setting; positive influences to the technology standards expansion; positive influences to the technology life cycle; positive influences to the technology standards expansion in new markets; positive influences to the technology life cycle in multi-markets. Technology standard setting is also important, for it has positive relationship with the technology life cycle in multi-markets. The paper has two contributions: first, making the technology transfer analysis with international expansion from firm level; second, discussing the result with RBT from a view of cluster.

At present, our country construction technical level is low, management and construction career behind the vigorous development of variance exist. Meanwhile, adapt to the development of modernization needs the new progress of science and technology industry has not yet been fully formed. So strongly advocate application of value engineering in the construction industry. Construction enterprises need to improve product value and promote the value of traditional products innovation, foster and form the core of enterprise competitiveness, promote national economic and social sustainable development, both has long significance.

Research on construction supply chain management in e-business environment 电子商务环境下建筑供应链管理研究

With continuous economic development and scientific and technical progress, global market competition is becoming increasingly stiff. Elementary knowledge of the supply chain management and e-business of construction enterprise were introduced in this paper. Some problems of existing supply chain management of construction enterprise in e-business environment were analyzed. Measures and key factors for strengthening supply chain management of construction enterprise in e-business environment were discussed. It's proposed that cooperation and communication be reinforced and good relationship between suppliers and contractor be well maintained and third-party logistics and JIT delivery system be made better. Supply chain management and e-business are effective tools for construction enterprise to save cost, shorten construction period and improve quality. E-business provides low-cost and convenient information support to supply chain management. Supply chain management of construction enterprise in e-business environment is important for improving competitiveness and economic and social benefits of construction enterprise

Industry innovation is critical for industry adjustment and escalation, and is the terminal embodiment of international competitive power. The concept of industry innovation system tries to provide a multi, comprehensive, dynamic, evolutive idea of industry innovation. This concept can better interpret industry structure, verge, organization and their relationship, learning process, innovation and producing process and the process of system coordination evolution. The thesis establishes the evaluation index and evaluation model of industry innovation system based on the theories of technological economics, econometrics and industrial economics, etc., which provides not only reference for the development of China industry innovation system research but also foundation for the stipulation of concerning policies.

A semiotic approach of multi-agent simulation for policy evaluation 政策评估中多智能体仿真的符号学方法

Nowadays the changing environment becomes the main challenge for most of organizations, since they have to evaluate proper policies to adapt to the environment. In this paper, we propose a multi-agent simulation method to evaluate policies based on complex adaptive system theory. Furthermore, we propose a semiotic EDA (Epistemic, Deontic, Axiological) agent model to simulate agent's behavior in the system by incorporating the social norms reflecting the policy. A case study is also provided to validate our approach. Our research present better adaptability and validity than the qualitative analysis and experiment approach and the semiotic agent model provides high creditability to simulate agents' behavior.

Stability analysis of price system based on stochastic model 基于随机模型的价格系统稳定性分析

Price system was analyzed by a nonlinear stochastic dynamic model with the supply and demand factors. This model converged to a process in probability. Then the stability of the system was analyzed by the result of drift coefficient and diffusion coefficient of the process. Numerical simulation results of the stationary probability density with different conditions were shown. It can be concluded that the stability of the system varied as the parameters varied. Finally, the influence of parameters on the stochastic bifurcation was analyzed
