The Pig supply chain make up of three nodes, piglet supplier, pig cultivation, and butchering &processing factory. The upstream is mean from piglet supplier to pig cultivation. There are two types structure in the upstream pig supply chain in mainland china. The first one is the distribution channel mode that there has a dealer between pig raiser and piglet supplier, also named traditional mode. The second one is direct selling mode that the supplier sell piglets to raiser directly, also named scaled cultivation mode. This paper analyzed transaction attribute of two modes from three aspect: Asset Specificity, Trading Frequency, Uncertainty in exchange. Then, build the transaction cost function with the transaction size as parameter, and compare the transaction cost between those two types upstream structure. The conclusion is that with the cultivation scale enlarges; the structure of upstream pig supply chain is changing from distribution channel mode to direct selling mode. In the end, use a numerical experiment to illustrate the conclusion.

In recent years, central bank utilizes interest rate policy more strongly and more frequently. It is general concern in market whether the policy tool can perform actual transmission function across all economic procedures as expected. This issue in transmission channel is also the focus people always argue about. This article analyzes the Micro foundation of interest rate policy, which is savings and investment reflection to the interest rates based on quarterly data from 1996 to 2008, and then concerns the validity of the interest rates policy in different economic cycles.

Vendor selection becomes increasingly important for most manufacturing firms as it helps to reduce cost to the bottom line. The selection involves the determination of quantitative and qualitative factors so as to select the best possible suppliers. There are many different characteristics between product and service, the service supplier selection is uncertainty and a multi-level assessment of indicators. In this paper, according to the unique characteristics of the service supply chain and service, It summed up the service provider's evaluation criteria, and then expatiate the basic principles of the Dempster-Shafer synthesis rule. Finally, There is a example to show that the Dempster-Shafer synthesis rule is efficient, it can guarantee that the multi criteria evaluation could find the accurate and effective service providers on the service supply chain, and it also help the service business decision-maker.

Independent brand innovation is the key element for the existence and development of the modern corporations. The thesis raises four independent brand innovation functions of the corporations on the basis of deep research of the corporate independent brand innovation. The four functions are: the leading function of enhancing the independent brand's competitive predomination; the core function of deepening the development of independent brand; the safeguard function of completing the safe of independent brand; the promotion function of increasing the value of independent brand. It has set the effect appraisal model of corporate independent brand innovation function on the basis of Fuzzy Neural Network Method, and carried out empirical analysis by picking up classical cases.

Logistics center location is a key step of logistics system optimization, so it is important to select a proper method to assess it. First, the index system for location evaluation of logistics center is constructed by analyzing influencing factors of logistics center location. Then, the fuzzy matter-element model based on grey relevancy analysis is built in view of the fuzziness and incompatibility of evaluation index in evaluation of logistics center location, and the model is used to choose the best scheme. Finally, the example indicates that the model is simple and convenient. It can effectively reduce subjective effect in the course of evaluation, and it can overall and objectively appraise the schemes of the logistics center location.

To explore influence effect of key factors on knowledge worker-information system interactive efficiency within knowledge-intensive organization, propose a research model that key factors affect interactive efficiency through task-human-information system match. To apply structure equation modeling approach to solve the research model, the results show: influence of behavior-oriented psychology, work resource environment and performance of information system on interactive satisfaction perceive are greater, their total influence effect values are 0.579, 0.338 and 0.176 in turn; influence of work resource environment on result validity perceive is greater, its total influence effect value is 0.376, but influence effect of performance of information system, behavior-oriented psychology, cognition operation ability on result validity perceive are almost quite, their total influence effect value are all below 0.15; Influence of work resource environment, behavior-oriented psychology, cognition operation ability and information share on interactive time perceive are greater, their total influence effect value is 0.304, 0.237, 0.194 and 0.117 in turn.

This study puts forward a method to model and simulate the complex system of hospital on the basis of multi-agent technology. The formation of the agents of hospitals with intelligent and coordinative characteristics was designed, the message object was defined, and the model operating mechanism based on the mechanism of autonomous activities and coordination mechanism was also designed. In addition, the Ontology library and Norm library etc. were introduced using semiotic method and theory, to enlarge the method of system modeling. Swarm was used to develop the multi-agent based simulation system, which is favorable for carrying out test and optimization of the model. It is also favorable for making guidelines for hospital's improving its organization and management, optimizing the working procedure, improving the quality of medical care as well as reducing medical charge costs.

Based on combination of related foreign theories and engineering practices in China, an index system of project performance evaluation, including quality of engineering projects, degree of customers' satisfaction, social benefits and considerations of environments, has been explored and constructed. Furthermore, we applied the index system of performance evaluation to some cases according to their actual situations. The effectiveness of the index system of engineering projects was confirmed.

The research on the Location-Routing Problem of relief system based on emergency logistics is very important for improving the ability to deal with the emergencies and the disasters. This paper divides the location-routing problem (LRP) into two sub-problems: emergency facilities location problem and emergency resource routing problem, and then establishes a LRP model with the goal of minimizing total cost (including fixed cost, transportation cost and disaster losses cost), and uses a two-stage heuristic algorithm to settle this model. At the first stage, it uses an clustering method solve the emergency facilities locating problem with the constraints of emergency time, demand and weight of distance to solve the heuristic function; and at the second stage, it uses ant colony algorithm to solve the heuristic function with the goals time, the probability of safe passage and distance for the emergency resource routing problem. At last, the paper selects the typhoon disaster as a typical example to analyze the model, and after operated in MATLAB7.0 the results show that the LRP model is rational and feasible.

According to the requirements of urban planning and management business for small and medium-sized cities, different system models are discussed in the paper. The use of workflow technology can improve the operational efficiency and management level, and the system has good flexibility and compatibility as well. OLE automation technology is applied to integrate GIS software (AutoCAD Map) to the system. So the system is the integration of operation interface, function and data. The practical application of the system shows that the model can meet the actual needs of small and medium-sized cities.
