It collected and processed the history data of their information system construction through an investigation of 222 enterprises in northeast old industrial base, explored the industry differences in growth process of information systems of enterprises. By analysis, we found that there were differences in the time of starting to implement informatization and starting to build a LAN, development mode and application field of information system of different industries. At last we concluded the reasons caused the differences, proposed several useful countermeasures and suggestions.

This paper provides a review of the related literatures on decision making indexes and methods for project management mode selection, and analyses the characteristics of petrochemical project construction, and further makes the comparison among the common management modes for petrochemical project at present and designs the corresponding mode selection indexes. A method of management mode selection for petrochemical project construction is presented, in which the index weight is determined based on variation coefficient method. Finally, an illustration is given through a case.

The need for improvement in engineering reliability characterization for automotive components is nowadays becoming a major industry request. The post-design approach in determining reliability is inappropriate for an integrated product development process that aims to incorporate engineering life cycle requirements from the early stage. This paper intends to give a description of a method used in predicting the service loads in the reliability characterization of the automotive front corner module system. An accurate representation of the service environment as well as load histories is obtained from the proving ground by data acquisition. The acquired service load data is applied on durability test rig and number of cycles of the resultant random stress-time data is determined using rainflow cycle counting. Superposition of rainflow matrices is applied in order to replicate the actual service loads profile and cumulative damage analysis based on Palmgren-Miner rule is employed to determine life of components and system.

The launch of Shanghai-Shenzhen 300 index futures can not only supply the hedging tools and liquidity, but also bring some new kind of risk. The principal of this research is to analyze the risk hedging policy of the index futures using various kinds of dynamic hedging portfolios of index futures and index options with the same underlying index. Firstly, we developed a delta-neutral dynamic hedging model of the stock index futures/option portfolio in a perfect market; Secondly, we completed the daily and weekly adjusting of dynamic delta-neutral hedging and proposed the dynamic-neutral adjusting strategy: adjusting continuously the stock index futures position to achieve zero-delta of the portfolios on the basis of the prerequisite of keeping the stock index option position constant. The results of this analysis show that a protective “delta-neutral” strategy produces a more effective hedge than the other hedging examined, daily adjusting is optimal. Thus, we further suggest that with the steady operation of Shanghai-Shenzhen 300 stock index futures, China could launch the stock index options in due time, thus to provide developing strategy for the stock index derivatives markets.

This paper studies the improvement of production efficiency and balance rate of the manual assembly line in a packaging machine manufacturing company. MODular Arrangement of Predetermined Time Standards (MODAPTS) method is used to obtain time values for elements and for entire operations of the manual assembly line. Also the ECRS four principles (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange and Simple) are used to minimize the idle time at every station or the percentage of line balance loss. In order to verify the results that were obtained from the generated line-balancing pre- and post-, Witness simulation software is used to estimate the output. Simulation results showed that productivity increases about 41.72% higher than the current situation.

Being customer centric and producing only what customers really want are considered as a foremost means to increase both financial and economical sustainability for an enterprise. Developing multiple product variants based on product families sharing common platforms has been well recognized as an effective means to cater for product variety while maintaining mass production efficiencies. It provides an important input for increasing the sustainability of value creation along the entire enterprise value chain. Consistent with the options thinking, this paper outlines a research agenda of real option theoretic financial analysis models for product platforms by identifying product variety-related real options.

Assessment of sustainable development of regional industry enterprises is an important content of regional sustainable development study. Based on the principles of establishing assessment index system of sustainable development of regional industrial enterprises, an index system including four-layer and 56 indicators was established, the membership function model of quantitative indexes and the choosing value standards of qualitative indexes were discussed. Based on the learning mechanism of BP neural network, the weight of each index and each layer were ultimately determined. In the end, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of comprehensive assessment and a practical verifying example were given. This study can provide scientific basis for working out strategy of sustainable development of regional industrial enterprises.

As an important measure for parties of the contract to protect their own interests, project claim is the core of project contract management. For claims of time delay under multi-agent and multi-event interference, it is difficult to assess the responsibility. To solve this problem, this paper presents a new analytical method based on Shapley value, and brings forward a new parameter called Correction Factor to denote the affecting degree of every interference event. On the basis of this method, project delay responsibility is allotted to each single responsible activity, and then allotted to both owner and contractor in each single responsible activity. Finally, the responsibility is reallotted to the responsible parties through Correction Factor. This method takes into account the impact of the interference event, and makes the responsibility-sharing more equitable.

A math model based on Data Envelopment Analysis was proposed to make comprehensive technical efficiency evaluation for coal enterprise with multi-input and multi-output systems generally, and this makes it complex and difficult to make precise technical efficiency evaluation, for example, it is hard to set evaluating weights index and difficult to get sound evaluation when the evaluation function is unknown. However, these difficulties can be avoided with DEA model. The C2GS2 model and EC2GS2 model derived from C2GS2 model were proposed and their efficiency judgment criterions were given in this paper. Then based on existing data, the model was applied to make technical efficiency evaluation for Chinese coal enterprises to estimate their technical performance.

The temperature and stress distribution in freight car wheel are very important to the operation life. According to the data of investigation, the relationship among the wheel service life, crack rate on web hole and rim thickness is analyzed. The loads, boundary conditions and loading processes in the finite element analysis of temperature, stress field and wheel-railway mechanical stress are discussed according to the heat transfer theory, tread braking principle of wheel and UIC standard. Based on the wheel operation conditions, the influence of different rim thickness on grade braking thermal stress and wheel-railway mechanical stress is simulated with finite element method. The prediction model of crack initiation life for the wheel web hole, which has been taken into consideration for rim thickness, is established. The results show that the high stress at the web hole edge appears under grade braking load cases combined with mechanical load cases. The stress at wheel web hole edge will be increased as the rim thickness reduces, and the increase of thermal stress is much more obvious. Mechanical stress combined with thermal stress is absolutely necessary for crack initiation on wheel web hole. With the service time increases, the rim thickness will be reduced gradually, and the fatigue damage on web hole will be accelerated. The crack initiation life prediction is close to the practical situation.
