Effects of local standard development on local economic development 地方标准发展对地方经济发展的影响

Standardization plays a very important role in global industrialization. In order to explore the role of regional standards in economic development and to clarify the importance of the regional standards, it is necessary to study the relationship between the development of regional standards and the quality of local economic growth. Taking Heilongjiang Province of China as the case study, the following aspects regarding the objective of this issue was carried out based on a significant analysis of surveys and literature reviews. Firstly, a study of the quality evaluation index system of local standards development was conducted. Using questionnaires, first-hand data was collected from employees working in standards field. The quality index of local standards development, which was created based on yearly development data, was employed to appraise the various standards. Secondly, a study of the quality evaluation index system of the economic growth in Heilongjiang Province was carried out after the establishment of the evaluation index system for regional economic development using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Finally, the relationship between the quality index of local standards development and the quality evaluation index system of the economic growth in Heilongjiang Province was obtained using the regression method. The r results showed that the quality index of the local standards in Heilongjiang Province was proportional to the quality of local economic growth both in quantity and quality aspects.

Improvement study of quality control in process of producing flux-cored wire 药芯焊丝生产过程质量控制的改进研究

The flux-cored wire is a new kind of welding material with many advantages. The quality and uniformity of flux-cored wire are affected by its production mode greatly. In this paper, the cause of uneven quality flux-cored wire produced under steel rolling process is investigated firstly. Then, a mathematical model of relative motion between the rolling machine and the strip is carried out based on the principle of reverse engineering. After that, some reasonable design conditions for control systems and production equipment are obtained by solving the model. Finally, an example for the actual production is introduced for verification.
药芯焊丝是一种新型焊接材料,具有许多优点。药芯焊丝的生产方式对其质量和均匀性影响很大。本文首先分析了轧制过程中药芯焊丝质量不均匀的原因。然后,基于逆向工程原理,建立了轧辊机与带材相对运动的数学模型。通过对模型的求解,得到了控制系统和生产设备的合理设计条件。最后,通过实际生产实例进行了验证。

Study on product development based on customization for manufacturing enterprises 制造企业基于定制的产品开发研究

This paper studies theory and the process of product development and design. According to the PDM system, it puts forward the product development platform frame based on customization. This production model not only could be satisfied with the individual needs of customer, but also keep product with the low cost and the short delivery time at same time. At the end, an application to the design of a metallurgy machine enterprise is shown.
本文研究了产品开发设计的理论和过程。针对PDM系统,提出了基于定制的产品开发平台框架。这种生产模式既能满足客户的个性化需求,又能保证产品的低成本和短交货期。最后,给出了该方法在某冶金机械企业设计中的应用。

The research of united optimal operation aid decision system for cascade hydropower plants in local power network 局域电网梯级水电站联合最优运行辅助决策系统研究

The decision-making support system for optimal operation of cascaded hydropower plants in local electric power network, which includes system structure build up, and module design methods, is studied and designed in order to satisfy the demands of cascade hydropower plants optimal management in local electric power network. The system function include data management, hydrological forecast, long-time optimal operation planning, short-term optimal operation planning, and daily operation scheming. The system can provide decision support for optimal operation of small cascade hydropower plants in local power nerwork. The system is applied in one local power network, and the results show that it is efficient.

High-tech enterprise cluster's innovation and isomorphism: A case study of zhongguancun software park identity struggle 高新技术企业集群的创新与同构——以中关村软件园身份之争为例

Enterprise cluster's innovation is the best way of high-tech enterprise cluster optimization and upgrading. Practices show that enterprises inside the cluster have better innovation performance than the ones outside, and organizations in the same cluster are becoming increasingly homogeneous in innovation. This paper exerts the New Institutional Theory from the view of Sociology of Organization, takes "Organizational Field" to explain the mechanism of isomorphism in enterprise cluster innovation, including coercive, mimic and normative isomorphism, uses Zhongguancun Software Park as a typical example, and explores the success of science and technology park. Our results show that the innovative community in organization field makes enterprises in the cluster more and more homogeneous in innovation, and ultimately drives the escalation of high-tech parks.
企业集群创新是高新技术企业集群优化升级的最佳途径。实践表明,集群内企业的创新绩效优于集群外企业,集群内组织的创新同质化趋势日益明显。本文从组织社会学的角度运用新制度理论,以“组织场域”解释企业集群创新中的同构机制,包括强制同构、模仿同构和规范同构,并以中关村软件园为典型案例,探讨科技园的成功之道。研究结果表明,组织领域的创新共同体使集群内企业的创新日趋同质化,并最终推动高新技术园区升级。

Study on monitor sorting and recovery based on fuzzy clustering 基于模糊聚类的监测分类与恢复研究

With the rapid development of electronics and information industries, waste monitors increases stridently, so it's urgent to solve the problem of sorting and recycling these waste monitors. This paper researches the fuzzy clustering method which is suitable to recycling monitors, expounds the procedures in details, and applies the method to solve reality instance. Through the case analyses, this fuzzy method proves to be effective in monitor sorting and recovery problem.

The world wide ISO9001 standard specified quality management system needs to be corrected and improved to make it effective. The advanced and effective quality control system of a batch production factory should have the properties of on line process monitoring and controlling, including project planning process, product design and development process, process design and development process, product and process validation process, assessment and corrective action process. The system consists mainly of quality information processing unit, data acquisition units distributed production line, spot broadcasting unit of quality information. This kind of quality control system relied mostly on integrated IT technology, including software and hardware, so that the system must be more objective and effective and can improve the ISO9001 specified quality management system.

A decision method of characteristic with adding new elements 一种添加新元素的特征判定方法

From adding to the single element, it is universally discussed that a group of elements are added to the other group under the same judging criterion in G1 Method. The sequencing condition to the new sorting between every element in the new sorting and every one before adding more are given in this paper.

Forecasting model for degradation path and parameter estimation based on neural network 基于神经网络的退化路径预测模型及参数估计

Traditional life evaluation theory established on the basis of mass failure data, the phenomena of little or naught failure put forward challenges for existed life evaluation theory. The performance degradation data provide useful information for products' reliability and gives feasible way for products' life evaluation. The limitations of existing degradation models are analyzed, a new forecasting model and parameter estimation method based on neural network is brought forward. By using back propagation neural network(BPNN), the nonlinear degradation path of product performance can be got, and the parameters can be estimated by self-adaptive neural network. An example is given out to validate the effectiveness of the method and compared with existing model.

Simulation and optimization of hull erection based on P-FTPN 基于P-FTPN的船体安装仿真与优化

In order to enhance the hull erection efficiency and realize the supervisory control dynamically to construction course, this paper applies Fuzzy-timed place Petri net to simulate the process of hull erection. Triangular Fuzzy Number is utilized to denote the uncertain duration, and an advanced Minkowski subtraction is presented in the model. We eliminate the Hatch Coaming Sections, combine the Compartment Blocks, change the Orientation Double Bottom Block, simplify the complicated Bow Blocks and rearrange the erection scheme. Flow line erecting has been achieved and the efficiency of hull erection has heightened. The construction states can be identified immediately by establishing the Reachable Marking Graph of the erection model and calculating the existing time of markings. Then, the dynamic supervisory control to the hull erection process can be attained.
为了提高船体安装效率,实现对施工过程的动态监控,本文采用模糊定时地点Petri网对船体安装过程进行仿真。模型采用三角模糊数表示不确定持续时间,并提出了一种改进的闵可夫斯基减法。我们取消了舱口围板,合并了隔舱块,改变了方向双底块,简化了复杂的首块,并重新安排了安装方案。实现了流线的架设,提高了船体的架设效率。通过建立安装模型的可达标记图,计算标记的存在时间,可以立即识别施工状态。从而实现对船体安装过程的动态监控。

The construction states can be identified immediately by establishing the Reachable Marking Graph of the erection model and calculating the existing time of markings.
