Tech-economic Analysis on Anoxic/Oxic Membrane Bioreactor (A/O-MBR) for Domestic Wastewater Treatment 厌氧/氧膜生物反应器(A/O-MBR)处理生活污水技术经济分析

With the project of sewage treatment in Qingdao Liuting International Airport as the case, through the analysis on pollutant removal effect, effluent quality, investment and costs, feasibility of A/O-MBR process is comprehensively studied from such two aspects as technology and economy. The optimum operation conditions of A/O-MBR process are preliminarily discussed from such two elements as power consumption and membrane replacement, which looks forward to viable solutions and broad prospects for the future.
以青岛流汀国际机场污水处理工程为例,通过对污染物去除效果、出水水质、投资成本等方面的分析,从技术和经济两方面全面研究了A/O-MBR工艺的可行性。从能耗和换膜两方面对A/O-MBR工艺的最佳运行条件进行了初步探讨,展望了可行的解决方案和广阔的前景。

The System Analysis of Solar Inverter Based on Network Controlling 基于网络控制的太阳能逆变器系统分析

The solar inverter is an important part of photovoltaic power generation, but is also the field of the research of the electrical source technology and power electronics technology. In this paper, starting from the utilization of solar energy, solar inverter status and the basic control method are analyzed. The practical significance and application prospects of the digital power conversion technology and network control are discussed. The new research directions are explored for the use of solar energy and electrical engineering development.

Time-scaling Differences between Poyang Lake Inlet and Outlet COD Series: Monofractal and Multifractal Aspects 鄱阳湖进出口COD序列的时间尺度差异:单分形与多重分形

Three fractal methods are applied to the time-scaling properties analysis of water COD series from Poyang Lake Inlet and Outlet in China. The results show that these COD series are characterized by long-term memory, 1/f noise and multifractal scaling, and these characteristics have obvious difference between the Lake Inlet and Outlet. The comparison results suggest that monofractal and multifractal parameters can be quantitative dynamical indexes reflecting environmental capacity of Poyang Lake. Furthermore, we investigate the frequency-size distribution of COD series from Poyang Lake Inlet and Outlet. Our findings suggest that water COD is an example of a self-organized criticality (SOC) process. Based on concept of self-organized criticality, we analysis the cause that different scale-free power-law behavior between COD series from Poyang Lake Inlet and Outlet. This work can be helpful to improvement of modeling of lake water quality.

Application of Multi-sensor Information Fusion on Monitoring and Controlling System of Stored-grain Condition 多传感器信息融合在储粮监测与控制系统中的应用

To guarantee the grain’s safe storage, it’s necessary to strictly control the stored-grain’s internal and external influence factors such as temperature, moisture, humidity and pests. The application of information fusion techniques on monitoring and controlling system of stored-grain condition is a useful consideration. In this paper, a new method based on multi-parameter and two stage information fusion techniques is proposed. In the process of fusion, the BP neural network technique and D-S evidence theory are mainly applied. This method,characterized by sufficiently utilizing the effective detected condition data, optimizing homogeneous data and considering the complementation of the different data source, improves the whole stored-grain condition’s monitoring and control system’s reliability.
为了保证粮食的安全储存,必须严格控制储粮的温度、湿度、湿度、虫害等内外影响因素。信息融合技术在储粮状态监测与控制系统中的应用是一个有益的考虑。本文提出了一种基于多参数和两阶段信息融合技术的新方法。在融合过程中,主要采用了BP神经网络技术和D-S证据理论。该方法充分利用了有效的检测状态数据,对同构数据进行了优化,并考虑了不同数据源的互补性,提高了整个储粮状态监测控制系统的可靠性。

Influence of NUT on Bandwidth Utilization for ControlNet NUT对控制网带宽利用率的影响

The ControlNet network is designed to be the central communication architecture for interoperating automation products. It provides fast, deterministic scheduled data transfer for control purposes and unscheduled non–time–critical messaging for configuration and house–keeping on the same network. This is accomplished by partitioning the bandwidth into a scheduled portion that is guaranteed to be delivered within a specified Network Update Time and an unscheduled portion that is essentially the time remaining after the scheduled traffic is handled. A critical user-supplied parameter for ControlNet is the Network Update Time or NUT. In this article, we studied the critical parameter of the ControlNet network when used in a control situation. Simulation results and conclusions are presented.

The Bipolar Flexible Neural Forecasting Model and Its Application 双极柔性神经预测模型及其应用

A flexible neural network which includes flexible, S parameter-varying function is proposed owing to the defect of the tradition neural network in order to enhance the study speed and generalization of the flexible neural network. Action function of flexible function is called S-type function that contains monopole and bipolar. There, The bipolar flexible neural S-type function is adopted. It gives the basic principle of flexible neural network and learning algorithm. To illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed flexible neural network, we get two application examples, one is forecasting power load of a certain electric network and another is forecasting floods of Taiyangtuo Rever, the results show that the model is accurate in forecast.

Experimental Study of Concrete Solid Waste Recycling 混凝土固体废弃物资源化利用试验研究

Compared with natural aggregate, the component of recycled aggregate is complicated. Aiming at it, the thesis respectively studies the main properties of the recycled coarse aggregate and recycled fine aggregate. On the base of the examinations, the paper discusses recycled concrete. The studies include the properties of work and compressive strength. Finally, by the scanning of the electronic microscope, the features between recycled aggregate and concrete can be observed. And it gives the further development of the recycled concrete in the theory.

Research on Frequency Tracking Capacitive PWM of Induction Heating Power Supply 感应加热电源电容式PWM频率跟踪技术研究

The principle of capacitive PWM control circuit was analyzed in this paper, the soft-switching solution was applied in the switching devices, and the practical main circuit topology was given. On the load current to achieve a frequency tracking, To make the power factor of the inverter close to or equal to a quasi-resonant state, the Frequency of the load current was tracked. The phase compensation and start-up of the circuit were analyzed also. The application of the capacitive PWM control in the induction heating power supply composed with series IGBT inverter was correctly verified by the test.

Study on Innovation of Present Mode of Accounting Based on Strategy of Energy Saving 基于节能战略的现行会计模式创新研究

With the method of theoretical analysis, this paper systematically analyzes the limitations, the reasons and the characteristics of the present mode of accounting in the strategy of energy saving. According to the internal demand of this strategy, the author put forward a new development orientation and the related main framework of new accounting mode that would be suitable for the strategy of energy saving. They include constructing new form for disclosure accounting information, introducing new method of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) for evaluating the economic effectiveness of energy saving based on data of accounting, and improving the cost control system for accounting. These opinions will be references for the development of energy saving and theory of accounting in China

Active carbon-ceramic sphere as support of ruthenium catalysts were evaluated through the catalytic wet air oxidation (CWAO) of resin effluent in a packed-bed reactor. Active carbon-ceramic sphere and ruthenium catalysts were characterized by N2 adsorption, CO chemisorption and SEM measurements. BET surface area and total pore volume of active carbon(AC) in active carbon-ceramic sphere increase with increasing KOH-to-Carbon ratio, AC in the sample KC-120 possesses values as high as 1100 m2g-1 and 0.69 cm3g -1(carbon percentage: 4.73 wt. %), especially. Active carbon-ceramic sphere supported ruthenium catalysts were prepared using the RuCl3 solution impregnation onto KC-120, the ruthenium loading was fixed at 1-5 wt. % of AC in the support. As optimum catalyst, the 3 wt. % Ru/KC-120 catalyst displays the higher stability in the CWAO of resin effluent during 30 days. Chemical oxygen demand (COD) and phenol removal were about 92% and 96% at the reaction temperature of 200 oC, oxygen pressure of 1.5 MPa, the water flow rate of 0.75 L h-1 and the oxygen flow rate of 13.5 L h-1.
