Acoustic Source Reconstructions in Limited-View Magnetoacoustic Tomography with Magnetic Induction 磁感应受限磁声层析成像中的声源重建

Magneto acoustic tomography with magnetic induction (MAT-MI) is a noninvasive electrical conductivity imaging approach which was recently introduced. In the present study, a new algorithm for the acoustic source reconstruction with using incomplete data has been proposed. Computer simulation with a 3-D model was studied to evaluate the performance of this new approach. Compared with the previous methods, the new approach can reconstruct the acoustic source with a 2p detection angle and significantly reduce the time for reconstructing calculation.

Preparation of Hydroxyapatite Coatings by Acid Etching-electro Deposition on Pure Titanium 纯钛酸蚀-电沉积法制备羟基磷灰石涂层

The surface of pure titanium was coarsened by mixed acid, then the hydroxyapatite coatings were electrodeposited on the rough surface in modified simulated body fluid. The prepared hydroxyapatite coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), static contact angle meter, roughness tester, universal testing machine and other testing methods. The results showed that rough surface with Micron pore structure on the pure titanium was formed by acid etching. After electro deposition in modified simulated body fluid, the hydroxyapatite coatings deposited on the surface showed a relatively regular net-work structure, and has certain roughness, better surface wettability and greater shear strength.

The Variance of Nitrate Nitrogen in Groundwater of Intensive Agricultural Region in Daxing District from 2005 to 2011 2005 - 2011年大兴区集约化农业区地下水硝态氮变化特征

The groundwater sampling and nitrate nitrogen testing were carried out for 13 times from 2005 to 2011 in order to investigate the nitrate nitrogen dynamic change of groundwater in the intensive agricultural area of Daxing district and explore its control countermeasures. The results indicated that the mean value of nitrate nitrogen in groundwater of this area was 1.58 mg/L, which met the criterion of the second level water quality in national criterion of groundwater quality, and in this study area the regional anisotropy caused by nitrate in groundwater was enlarged. The average concentration of nitrate nitrogen in groundwater from grain field was significantly higher than those from orchard and the other type of field, while it was slightly higher than that from vegetable field. Mean values of nitrate nitrogen in groundwater from vegetable field had a positive linear correlation with those of whole area in different sampling times. Effective countermeasures to reduce the risk of nitrate pollution in groundwater in Daxing district should be considered including rationally using agricultural inputs in planting area with intensive agricultural activities, carrying out effective water management measures, formulating corresponding laws and rules of groundwater nitrate pollution prevention and control, reinforcing the propaganda of popular science and improving the environmental consciousness of the public.

Functional Regeneration of Rats with Nerve Injuries via Transplantation of Bamboos 竹骨移植对神经损伤大鼠功能再生的影响

Could plants grow in animals? Could the roots of a plant facilitate the regeneration of limb functions in animals with nerve injures? Does there exist rivalry and mutual immune between plants' and animals' immune system? So far there is no experiment or research report concerning these questions. In this paper, we show the experimental answers to these questions via transplantation of bamboos. We picked 36 rats weighing 250~280g randomly, and halved them into two groups: the control group (Group A) and the experiment group (Group B). The upper part of both the first lumbar (L1) and the second lumbar (L2) of all those rats were damaged, by transecting the dorsal nerve filament, about 5mm in length. We sutured and disinfected Group A. To Group B we transplanted the roots of bamboo in the nerve transection, with the roots clinging firmly to the two ends of the severed nerve, leaving the stems and leaves outside. During the 7 weeks after the surgery the research on behavioral comparison had been made. The rats in Group A were incontinent and paralyzed on their hindquarters. There was also no needling response on their hindquarters. When applying noxious hot water (48°C) to their hindquarters, no response was observed. The rats in Group B, however, recovered well---their limbs moved freely, responded quickly to prod, and shrank rapidly when noxious hot water touched their hindquarters. The situation of the bamboo that transplanted was good, the leaves were green and the stems were tall and straight. Therefore, the experimental result demonstrates that a plant could not only grow in an animal, but its roots can also facilitate the regeneration of limbs function. And there also exists a complex mechanism of immunity rivalry between the immune system of plants and that of animals, which results in the fast regeneration of nerve signal transmission path. We name the nerve regeneration induced by animals' immunity stimulated process Nerve Stimulated Regeneration (NSR). NSR approach might be a new way to reconstruct limbs function for people who are suffering from nerve injuries.

An Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method was established for the first time to simultaneously qualify the five major constituents in the effective fractions of Huangqichifeng Medicinal Broth (HQCF), namely paeoniflorin, prim-O-glucosylcimifugin, ononin, calycosin and formononetin. The results proved that this established method could be used to control the quality of HQCF.

One-Pot Synthesis of Multifunctional Magnetite Hollow Nanospheres 一锅法合成多功能磁铁矿空心纳米球

Monodispersed Fe3O4 nanospheres with hollow interior structures are synthesized without any template. Inexpensive and nontoxic reagents such as FeCl3-6H2O and ammonium acetate are used in the ethylene glycol (EG) solution. The hollow structure is formed based on the aggregation of many primary particles, followed by Oswald ripening process. Those nanoparticles exhibit a ferromagnetic behavior with a high saturation magnetization of 81.0 emu/g-1.

Effects of Chicken Manure Application on Crop Yields and Soil Nutrients Accumulation in Wheat-Corn Rotation System 施用鸡粪对小麦-玉米轮作系统作物产量和土壤养分积累的影响

Aimed at resolving the unreasonable disposition and disadvantage to environment of poultry manures, the research on the effect of different chicken manure rates on crop yields and the soil nutrients accumulation were carried out by a field plot experiment. The results showed that a appropriate application rate of chicken manure significantly increased the yield of wheat. No obvious differences of corn yield were observed among the treatments of different chicken manure application rates. The soil organic matter, total nitrogen(N), total phosphorus (P), total Zinc (Zn) and nitrate (NO3--N), available P and available Zn contents significantly increased with the increasing rates of the chicken manure respectively. The soil organic matter, N, P and Zn supply could be maintained by the combined application of the low chicken manure rate (15 t/hm2) and chemical fertilizer in the wheat season. Compared with the check treatment (CK) with no chicken manure, the contents of soil nitrate, available P and available Zn increased when the rate of chicken manure were 90 t/hm2 and 150 t/hm2, respectively. After one cycle of wheat-corn rotation, compared with CK, the chicken manures application at a rate of 90 t/hm2 increased soil NO3--N, available P and available Zn content by 68.29%, 91.37% and 77.02%, respectively. For the chicken manures treatment at 150 t/hm2, soil NO3--N, available P and available Zn content were increased by 69.58%, 133.16%and 177.7%, respectively.

The results showed that a appropriate application rate of chicken manure significantly increased the yield of wheat. No obvious differences of corn yield were observed among the treatments of different chicken manure application rates. The soil organic matter, total nitrogen(N), total phosphorus (P), total Zinc (Zn) and nitrate (NO3--N), available P and available Zn contents significantly increased with the increasing rates of the chicken manure respectively. The soil organic matter, N, P and Zn supply could be maintained by the combined application of the low chicken manure rate (15 t/hm2) and chemical fertilizer in the wheat season. Compared with the check treatment (CK) with no chicken manure, the contents of soil nitrate, available P and available Zn increased when the rate of chicken manure were 90 t/hm2 and 150 t/hm2, respectively. After one cycle of wheat-corn rotation, compared with CK, the chicken manures application at a rate of 90 t/hm2 increased soil NO3--N, available P and available Zn content by 68.29%, 91.37% and 77.02%, respectively. Spatial-temporal Distribution Characteristics of Soil Organic Matter and Total Nitrogen in the Jiuduansha Wetlands of the Yangtze Estuary 长江口九段沙湿地土壤有机质和全氮时空分布特征

The spatial patterns of soil total nitrogen and organic matter was investigated for the Shangsha shoal of Jiuduansha shoals in Yangtze Estuary. Soils had a distinctive seasonal variation in the content of total nitrogen and organic matter, and these changes could be separated into three phases. The soil concentrations of total nitrogen and organic matter were negatively correlated with depth with the surface layer being characteristically accessible, with higher nitrogen content and a wavy surface while the other three deeper layers contained root masses and lower contents of both total nitrogen and organic matter. As expected, the concentrations of soil total nitrogen and organic matter content were positively correlated. This study provides background information for programs involving the environmental protection of the Jiuduansha wetlands.

AM-derivative Spectrophtometry with High Signal-to-Noise Ratio for UV-Vis Spectrophotometer 高信噪比紫外可见分光光度计的am导数分光光度法

This paper proposes a new method: amplitude modulation derivative (AM-derivative) spectrophotometry for UV-Vis spectrophotometer achieved by differentiating the spectral signal modulated to a higher frequency. Both simulating signals and real spectral signals were verified. Values of SNR were obtained (38.87 for AM-derivative spectrophotometry while approximately 0 for conventional derivative spectrophotometry) in simulating experiment. Values of LOD were obtained (0.0129 for AM-derivative spectrophotometry while 0.0134 for conventional derivative spectrophotometry) using paracetamol in real spectral experiment. Results show that AM-derivative spectrophotometry significantly suppresses the noise without weakening the useful signal, therefore supplying a better Signal-to-Noise Ratio and LOD.

Cognitive Impact Differs from Relationship of Scene and Facial Expression 认知影响不同于场景和面部表情的关系

Attentional bias for threat, which causes time delay in reaction to simple tasks in psychological trials, has been found in recent studies. In this study, scenes with different qualities for the background and eigen faces with different expressions for the foreground were chosen to examine the various reaction times of participants to shed light on the neural chronometry of cognitive bias. According to the analysis of Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI), images from the International Affective Picture System (IAPS) were classified as background containing positive, neutral, or negative information, 5 eigen faces with positive or negative expressions were used as foreground (target). A discrimination task and a competition task were designed to test the subjects' attentional bias under contrast/correlative information. Keyboard-Press Times (KPTs) were recorded as the participants performed the tasks. Results showed that negative information could result in reaction time delay in facial expression cognition in general, and this affection not only appeared to the cognitive procession of expression, but also affected by the information from environment. The data suggest that cognitive procession to facial expression was affected not only by the main information of itself but the context within which it is perceived.
