The present paper concerns the results of the analysis of the possibilities of integration and expansion of existing software for visualization and analysis of scientific data. The expediency of use of the VTK framework that implements the methods of data display, and provides for their implementation in hardware-software systems, intended for reception and processing of spatial information.

Gradient-based search technique using for M-QAM signals' DC-offset estimation and compensation 基于梯度搜索技术的M-QAM信号直流偏置估计与补偿

The possibility of using a gradient search technique to compensate the DC offset at the output of the quadrature converter is investigated in this research. The preliminary compensation of I/Q imbalance is assumed. The results of the work are a simulation model of a demodulator created in MATLAB SIMULINK in order to analyze the use of this method when receiving signals with M-QAM modulation, and frequency spectrum before and after calibration for QAM-4, -16, -32.

Measuring of microwave electric field sensor sensitivity 微波电场传感器灵敏度的测量

A new method for investigation of sensitivity of the integrated optical nonelectrode electric field sensor was designed. This method is based on a compact microwave asymmetrical double-ridged waveguide with regular inhomogenities. Small dimensions of the waveguide along with 1 W power of the microwave generator produce the strong electric field. The sensitivity dielectric sensor electric field strength of 3 cm microwave range was measured.

The method of computer simulation is introduced and the software package is developed for the virtual laboratory works creation. The created software package simulates the functionality of the modern measurement devices and allows creating a virtual computer-added laboratory for microwave devices investigation. The simulated devices provide the interface equal to the real ones.

The electromagnetic radiation (EMR) reflection and transmission characteristics in the frequency range 0.7...17 GHz for shields with the surface in the form of geometric inhomogeneities (pyramids) based on powdered perlite and titanomagnetite depending on the height of these inhomogeneities are obtained. It is shown that EMR reflection and transmission coefficients values of these shields by 5...10 dB lower than similar values for shields with a flat surface, manufactured on the base of perlite and titanomagnetite mixture.

The paper presents the experimental study results for the ultrawideband microwave oscillator on the chip-elements and Si-Ge transistor. To increase the efficiency modes the passive nonlinear contour is used. It is shown, that the given system forms chaotic oscillations in the given frequency band with efficiency of~ 8 %.

Scenarios for management of the transmission system resources by using OFDM technology are considered taking into account the spatial factor together with changing the load in the system.
