Measurement of thread pitch of casing coupling using a laser triangulation 2D scanner 用激光三角测量二维扫描仪测量套管联轴器螺纹节距

An experimental setup was assembled for measuring of the thread pitch. An experiment to test the law of distribution of measurements of thread pitch of 2D laser scanner is held. Experimentally the optimal values of the angle of incidence of the laser beam to the surface plane of the thread tooth and the exposure time of matrix of scanner are calculated. The possibility to meet regulatory requirements to measurement error was experimentally confirmed by means of 2D laser scanner.

The results on the design of a broadband microstrip antenna are presented. This antenna provides high gain in the frequency band of 8 - 12 GHz. A feature of this configuration is the use of short-segment rectangular waveguide as an integral part of the antenna.

Dynamics of development of thermal processes in semiconductor structures at the local effects of microwave radiation 微波辐射局部效应下半导体结构热过程发展的动力学

The present paper concerns the basic principles of the model of local effects of microwave radiation in semiconductor structures. The validity of the proposed model is based on the method of finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) is shown. The influence of radius of a spherical probe on the distribution and values of the field intensity in the axis of semiconductor structures is determined. Dynamics of development of thermal processes in the local region of semiconductor structures in a continuous mode with relation to electrophysical parameters on temperature are obtained.

Evaluation criteria of representation error of signals as orthogonal series 正交序列信号表示误差的评价标准

It is proposed to decompose a signal into a series of functions that are orthogonal with weight, which can be both positive and negative values. It is shown that in this case there are two criteria for evaluating the mean square error of this approximation. It is expedient to use one of the criteria to assess the effect of noise for the correct reception. This criterion allows determining the form of the basis functions, which minimize the error. The second criterion should be used to determine the approximation signal error as finite sum of the series. If the basis functions are equidistant, the error is minimized by determining the displacement intervals of basis functions.

The modern theory of communication is in process of formation. For understanding its basic principles and stages of development it is important to study the work of a Canadian philosopher and culture expert Herbert Marshall McLuhan (1911 - 1980), who is one of the theorists in the field of mass communication. He became one of the prophets of the era of information technology. McLuhan's famous phrases "medium is the message" and "global village" ("global village" - about the modern world) have become a well-established cliché.

Electrodeposited nickel nanopillared structures for magnetoresistive sensors 电沉积纳米镍柱结构的磁阻传感器

Nanopillared structures fabricated by Ni electrochemical deposition into/onto thin porous anodic alumina are investigated to use as a magnetoresistive sensor medium. The fabrication processing features, SEM, AFM, XRD characterization results for the structures are presented. The magnetization and current transport features in Ni pillars matrix structure in the current-perpendicular-to-plane mode have been modeled. The simulation data are presented for the magnetic susceptibility effects in composite nano-pillared structures.

Principle of design and initial data for design of a command-measuring system (CMS), intended to control the low-orbit spacecraft (SC) and SC, designed to operate on the geostationary orbit at the stage of their output to the state security service are considered. With two control loops, as contained in CMS - between the ground station of CMS and SC and between the CMS, satellite-relay and SC, allows providing control of SC throughout its orbit flight. The problem questions of creation of CMS onboard equipment and ways of their solution are discussed.
