This paper aims to clarify the relationship between gamification and brand equity based on self-determination theory and the stimulus-organism-response model of environmental psychology. It uses a questionnaire to collect data and hierarchical regression analysis to test the hypotheses. This research provides an empirical analysis of how gamification affects brand equity. Research results show that gamification and its three dimensions positively affect brand equity; game dynamics and components positively influence consumers' autonomy, competence, and relatedness, while game mechanics have no significant effect on the three basic needs. Autonomy, competence, and relatedness positively impact brand equity and partially mediate the relationship between gamification and brand equity. Openness, one of the five core personalities, positively moderates the impact of autonomy and relatedness on brand equity and negatively moderates the impact of competence on brand equity. This paper not only enriches self-determination theory and gamification theory but also provides suggestions for gamification practice.

The sharing economy had a profound impact on the accommodation industry in the past decade. Most widely known is Airbnb which allows its clients sharing their idle properties anytime they are willing to accept prevailing rental prices. Using the data collected from Airbnb.com, we explore the marginal effects and the polices effects on revenue and we estimate the traveler's demand preference for listings attributes on platform. We calculate the incentive fees by predicting landlords’ behavior with logistic regression, gradient boosting and SVM. Our results indicate that moderately rated listings are more preferred by travelers, especially those which are high occupancy rate, business type and convenient to book. If required to supply more flexible time on home sharing, landlords’ expected revenue should be guaranteed at least 254 per night on weekday and 260 per night on weekend.

The stress level of working in a public accounting firm is no longer a secret, this happens all over the world, including in Indonesia. The stress level is very high, especially during peak season. Many public accounting firm employees, namely auditors who are not strong and resign, so that the turnover rate is very high. This is still exacerbated by the pandemic of Covid-19, which requires the auditor's work pace to change. What previously worked onsite became online. The use of remote auditing and computer assisted audit techniques is being increased. However, without adequate computer literacy, of course this will make it more difficult for auditors and become a new cause of stress. Researchers are interested in examining the use of mental health programs as moderating variables to moderate the effect of remote audit, computer literacy and computer assisted audit techniques on auditor work performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. Our research is a quantitative research, the data that is processed is primary data. The survey results from the object of our research, namely the auditor at a public accounting firm in Jakarta. Processing the data using statistical software and also the Sobel test to test the moderating effect. We get the results that remote audit, computer literacy and computer assisted audit techniques have a significant effect on auditor work performance during Covid-19 and mental health programs moderate the effect of these three variables.

Currently some Micro and Small sized Enterprises (MSEs) are still recording their sales records, purchases records, and inventory records with pen and paper or the manual method. This may be the reason why MSEs are currently being left behind when it comes to utilizing business intelligence. This inspired the researchers to develop a lightweight mobile application with business intelligence capabilities for MSEs to be able to record their sales, purchases, and inventory in a mobile phone and be able to harness business intelligence with dashboards that will allow them to monitor their sales, purchases and inventory records in more comprehensive ways. After the application was developed using Dart and the Flutter SDK along with the aid of Firebase and Cloudinary as application back-ends, it was tested via functionality and usability testing methods. There were 40 owners of retail micro and small enterprises that were given a structured usability review survey composed of Likert scaled questions to analyze the applicability of the application to MSEs. Analyzing the responses, the researchers were able to determine that the businesses or respondents perceived the developed mobile application as having relevance to their business, with a verbal description of “Excellent” for each functionality in question. The respondents also perceived the application as having satisfactorily presented enough information and functionalities that would be able to help in their business. The results showed that the respondents answered “Strongly Agree” to the importance of the mobile application to their company and they would be willing to use it in the future. Having the prior results and analyses in mind, the researchers conclude that the developed android mobile business intelligence application is viewed applicable for retail micro and small enterprises by its owners as the respondents.
