Performance Analysis of the Piano Work “Three Lanes of Plum Blossoms” Exploration 钢琴作品《梅花三坊》的演奏分析

The piano work “Three Lanes of Plum Blossoms” is a representative piano adaptation of Wang Jianzhong. It was composed in the 1970s and has certain originality in its composition techniques. From the perspective of a pianist, this article will compare the technical differences between guqin performance and piano performance from the perspective of the creation background, musical structure, and timbre performance of the work, and conduct research and analysis on the technical skills of the work. Sharing from it makes the interpretation of the work more perfect.

Confronting Challenges of Insecurity through Strategic Missions Activities 通过战略特派团活动应对不安全的挑战

Insecurity is a universal concern because of its increasing setback in all nations. Africa suffers a lot from the adverse effects of insecurity on the world. For instance, Nigeria, the most populous Black country in the world, has, over the last ten to twelve years, experienced various insecurity challenges. It includes kidnapping, Fulani herders attacks, and armed robbery, which have led to the destruction of lives and properties and fear and panic among the indigenous and settlers (dwellers). Several methods of solving this menace of insecurity have proven over the years to be insufficient as insecurity remains on the increase in some regions worldwide; there is a need to respond to the insecurity problems through the activities of the Church (Christian missions). This report provides a concise missiological response to the insecurity challenges in the contemporary world. This combination of conventional and spiritual methodology in resolving insecurity problems is a vital step to be taken by stakeholders in fighting it. Spiritual input of the Church, such as prayer, Bible study and creating public awareness are parts of the strategic missiological response to the insecurity challenges. Therefore, through the descriptive research method, the writer will elucidate the current trend of insecurity in the world, its causes, and the missiological response to insecurity and draw a logical conclusion.

Research on the Cultivation of College Students’ National Spirit from the Perspective of the Chinese Dream 中国梦视域下大学生民族精神的培养研究

Chinese college students are the future of the vigorous development of the motherland, the expectation of the Chinese nation, the successors and builders of the domestic socialist modernization cause, and the main bearers and practitioners of the Chinese dream. The cultivation of college students’ own national cultural spirit is not only related to the overall development of individuals, but also closely related to the future prospects of our country and the survival and development of the entire ethnic minority. Therefore, the cultivation of the national cultural spirit of our college students in the perspective of the Chinese Dream can improve the majority of college students’ sense of identity with the Chinese national culture, adhere to the Marxist ideal, unswervingly take the correct confidence of the socialist line with Chinese characteristics, and actively participate in the grand practice of achieving the Chinese Dream, thus serving as the backbone of the implementation of the Chinese Dream.
中国大学生是祖国蓬勃发展的未来,是中华民族的期待,是国内社会主义现代化事业的接班人和建设者,是中国梦的主要承担者和实践者。大学生自身民族文化精神的培养,不仅关系到个人的全面发展,而且关系到国家的未来前景和整个少数民族的生存与发展。因此,在中国梦视野下培养我国大学生的民族文化精神,可以提高广大大学生对中华民族文化的认同感,坚持马克思主义理想,坚定不移地采取中国特色社会主义路线的正确自信,积极参与实现中国梦的宏伟实践,从而成为实现中国梦的中坚力量。

This research basically aims to be able to find out about the effectiveness of the teacher's strategy to overcome the problem of attention getting behavior of students using behavior change. This research used a type of qualitative research. Data collection is done by interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research also show that in the teacher's strategy to overcome the problem of attention getting behavior, namely: 1) the effectiveness of the teacher in implementing geeting behavior to students. 2) Changes in student behavior. It can be concluded based on research results, education can be carried out properly, teachers can carry out learning innovations that involve all parties between teachers and schools, teachers and students, and teachers and parents. The involvement of various parties in the educational process will result in diversity, collectivity, variation and selection in the interactions between actors involved in the educational process.

A Case Study of Educational Equity in Saskatchewan Schools and Implications for Educational Development in China 萨斯喀彻温省学校教育公平及其对中国教育发展的启示

This paper probes the phenomenon of underperforming indigenous students in Canada through a case study in the school district of Saskatchewan. It is discerned that the disparity between indigenous students’ home culture and the mainstream classroom culture is the major obstacle between indigenous students and academic success. Such a disparity is caused by a couple of reasons. First of all, educators’ misconception, along with education decision-makers’ ineffectiveness, leads to adversity for indigenous students to face in the classroom; secondly, biased evaluation and misjudgments in the current education system also result in indigenous students’ underperformance. Lastly, educators’ low cultural proficiency towards indigenous culture culminates in indigenous students’ low classroom engagement. The results of the case study could be enlightening for Chinese education decision-makers, given that the Chinese booming economy has caused millions of internal migrant workers to work in an alien subculture, their children could face similar social and linguistic debacles as compared to indigenous students in Saskatchewan.

Research on the Construction of Postgraduate Academic Morality 研究生学术道德建设研究

The construction of postgraduate academic morality is a problem that all postgraduates must face. There are some problems in the construction of postgraduate academic morality, such as insufficient academic integrity, insufficient academic norms and insufficient academic spirit. After analyzing the reasons of academic morality, academic evaluation, academic supervision and academic self-discipline, the academic morality of postgraduates is promoted to develop deeper, broader and more comprehensive. We must strengthen moral education, improve the evaluation system, strengthen moral supervision, cultivate moral self-discipline, and strictly punish the system to improve the academic moral level of graduate students.

Islam in Indonesia as a religion with the most adherents has its own uniqueness in the history of its development. Indonesian Islam is propagated, taught and adhered to peacefully and without coercion. There are several theories about the history of the arrival of Islam in Indonesia.The diversity of theories is caused by the phenomenon of complexity, namely Islam does not originate from one place/country, nor is it brought by one group of people and not all at once Islam was developed by Ulama through three channels namely; cultural (da'wah, education, art, culture, and marriage), structural (politics and power), economy (trade routes). In other words, the process of Islamization in Indonesia is influenced by political power and the spirit of preaching.

The goal of this research is to evaluate how the description of the bride Malay Ujungbatu Riau's indigenous culture affecting the progress of civic culture. The indigenous culture of the bride, the Malay Ujungbatu, is looked into and studied in the development of civic culture. The findings of this study demonstrate that a) the Malay Ujung Batu bride custom culture test setup from menjalang mamak, kampung suku, kampung penghulu, and menjalang mintuo. As discussing civic culture, it is important to remember that: a) the Malay Ujung Batu procession of the bride will include: antar tanda, khatam Al-Qur'an, tepung tawar, berinai, ber-arak, or ber-dikie. The importance of belief, attitude, ability to cooperate, solidarity, unity, responsibility, and reciprocal collaboration is seen in the context of civic culture. because civic education (PKn) is a natural element of family and societal life. The research focuses on indigenous people, young people, and society. Both the indigenous figure and the parents in a family atmosphere are simultaneously encouraging the preservation efforts. It can be said that the indigenous Ujungbatu Riau Malay people possess civic cultural values as a result of the development of civic culture..

The Effect of The PAIKEM Learning Model on Students' Speaking Skills in Class IX.5 SMP Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung PAIKEM学习模式对IX.5班学生口语能力的影响[j]

This study aims to improve speaking skills for class IX.5 students of SMP Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung through the use of the PAIKEM Learning Model. Based on observations in learning in class IX.5 SMP Ngeri 1 Lubuk Basung shows that in the process of learning Indonesian, it seems that students are not skilled at speaking (poor fluency, feel embarrassed and afraid). Students look stiff in speaking in front of the class and the choice of words used is not varied. This research is a class action research (Classroom Action Research) conducted in two cycles. The data obtained in the study were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the use of the PAIKEM learning model that was implemented in this study proved to be very effective and efficient in improving the speaking skills of class IX.5 students of SMP Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung. From the research analysis, students' ability to convey criticism of works of art/products by paying attention to pronunciation, intonation, expression, and language, as well as fluence increased. Therefore, learning by applying the PAIKEM model is proven to be able to improve students' speaking skills.
本研究旨在运用PAIKEM学习模式,提高中专小学九、五班学生的口语表达能力。根据SMP Ngeri 1 Lubuk Basung在IX.5班的学习观察,在学习印尼语的过程中,学生似乎不擅长口语(流利度差,感到尴尬和害怕)。学生们在全班同学面前讲话时显得很拘谨,用词也没有变化。本研究是一个分两个周期进行的集体行动研究(课堂行动研究)。对研究中获得的数据进行定性和定量数据分析。本研究结果表明,运用本研究所实施的PAIKEM学习模式,对于提高SMP Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung的IX.5班学生的口语能力是非常有效和高效的。从研究分析来看,学生通过注意语音、语调、表情和语言来传达对艺术作品/产品的批评的能力以及影响力都有所提高。因此,运用PAIKEM模式学习可以提高学生的口语能力。

Problems of Cultural Confidence in the New Era and Countermeasures 新时期文化自信的问题与对策

The confidence of the nation comes from the confidence of culture, while culture is the spirit and soul of a nation, and the development of culture is related to the politics and economy of the whole country in many aspects. Taking the excellent traditional Chinese culture as the basic perspective, this paper will analyze the problems faced in developing the cultural confidence of socialism with Chinese characteristics from the basic connotation, ideological origin as well as the existing problems and the reasons of constraints, with socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the background of the times, and put forward suggestions and countermeasures according to the problems. This paper adopts a combination of literature research, abstract and concrete, history and reality to start from the ideological origin of socialist cultural self-confidence with Chinese characteristics, analyze some representative outstanding traditional cultures of the Chinese nation, and combine their role in contemporary society with their significance to the cultural construction of contemporary society, and explore a socialist cultural self-confidence path with great Chinese characteristics by linking theory with practice and concrete analysis of specific problems in the context of the new era.
民族的自信来自文化的自信,而文化是一个民族的精神和灵魂,文化的发展在很多方面都与整个国家的政治、经济息息相关。本文将以中国优秀传统文化为基本视角,以新时代中国特色社会主义为时代背景,从基本内涵、思想渊源以及存在的问题和制约原因等方面分析中国特色社会主义文化自信发展面临的问题,并针对问题提出建议和对策。本文采用文献研究相结合、抽象与具体相结合、历史与现实相结合的方法,从中国特色社会主义文化自信的思想根源出发,分析中华民族一些具有代表性的优秀传统文化,将其在当代社会中的作用与对当代社会文化建设的意义相结合。坚持理论联系实际、具体分析新时代背景下的具体问题,探索出一条伟大中国特色社会主义文化自信之路。
