Human resources are one of the most important assets for the company. The role of human resources for companies is not only seen in the results of work productivity but also seen in the quality of work produced. Employee performance is something that deserves important attention for the company. Employee performance is the main measure of organizational success, organizational goals are always trying to improve employee performance so that the company can achieve its vision and mission. One of the qualities of work that can improve employee performance is from improving self-efficacy and employee engagement. That way the performance of employees at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali can increase. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of self-efficacy and employee engagement on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali. This research technique uses causal analysis techniques with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees working at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali. The sample used was PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali employees were taken as many as 85 employees using the cluster random sampling method. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics, instrument test (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (t test), and coefficient of determination test ( R2) using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.047 <0.05. And employee engagement has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.015 <0.05. These two variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali.

Competition in the business world is getting tougher causing companies to be required to be able to increase competitiveness to maintain the survival of the company. Human resources are the biggest capital for the company, therefore in developing human resources the most important factor is improving the performance of its employees first, an employee who has high and good performance can support the achievement of the goals and objectives set by the company. In this study the authors raised the dynamics of employee performance contained in the CV. Majesta Nusantara Banyuwangi. CV. Majesta Nusantara Banyuwangi is engaged in the field of general suppliers, suppliers of materials & safety equipment, suppliers of environmental management materials & equipment, and printing. At present there are still many employees whose performance is not optional in terms of discipline so that there is poor employee performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the work environment, compensation and work discipline on employee performance at CV. Majesta Nusantara Banyuwangi. The population in this study were 36 respondents from CV employees. Majesta Nusantara Banyuwangi. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that the work environment, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Majesta Nusantara Banyuwangi.

Marketing strategy has an important role to achieve business success. In determining the appropriate marketing strategy for the company, analysis is needed to see market needs. This is done by analyzing the business environment, both internal and external, usually called a SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis is thorough on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This analysis is needed to determine several strategies that exist in the company. One of them is the Bima Jaya Bondowoso Building Shop. This study aims to determine the development of the right strategy based on SWOT analysis to be applied to the Bima Jaya Bondowoso Building Shop. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling by using snow ball sampling. From the results of this study that the results of the Internal and External Matrix have a Stability strategy to develop in the future the strategies that can be applied consist of defensive and offensive strategies, defending and product development. The SWOT matrix analysis is S-O where this strategy takes advantage of the company's strengths to seize opportunities that exist in the external environment. The result of the company's alternative strategy is to develop a marketing strategy that has not been done at the Bima Jaya store before and will be developed by the Bima Jaya store in the future.

His study aims (1) To determine the partial effect of product quality variables (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y). (2) To determine the simultaneous influence of product quality variables (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y). (3) To find out among the product quality variables (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) that have a dominant influence on customer satisfaction (Y). Data collection techniques used Observation, Interview, Questionnaire, and Literature Study. Data Analysis Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, F Test, Dominant Test and Determination Coefficient Test. The results of the study are the equation of multiple linear regression Y = 3,716E-17 + 0,683X1 + 0,226X2 + 0,003X3 + e. Partially, product quality has a significant positive effect with tcount greater than t table 10.035> t table 1.986 or sig 0.000 <0.050, the price indicates a value of 3.319> t table 1.986 or sig 0.001 <0.050 location indicates a value of 0.053 0.050. F test is known to know that Fcount 49.070> Ftable 2.70 and a significant value of F 0.000 <0.050, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The dominant influential variable is product quality received.

This study aims to examine and analyze the role of Promotion, E-word Of Mouth and Brand Image on product purchasing decisions of Ms. Glow Lumajang21. The type of data in this study used quantitative data in the form of an online questionnaire. The population in this study were all consumers who shopped at Ms. Glow Lumajang21 which is unlimited in number. The sample used in this study were 105 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique. Data collection techniques include primary data and secondary data. The data measurement technique uses a Likert scale. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is supported by instrument testing, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Ms. Glow Lumajang21 with a significance level of 0.002 <0.05 with a coefficient of 0.613. E-word Of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on product purchase decisions Ms. Glow Lumajang21 with a significance level of 0.001 <0.05 with a coefficient of 0.535. And Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on product purchase decisions Ms. Glow Lumajang21 with a significance level of 0.023 <0.05 with a coefficient of 0.453.

Bisnis e-commerce yang semakin besar dan cepat, khususnya di Indonesia menyebabkan banyaknya e-commerce bermunculan, serta setiap e-commerce menawarkan keuntungan dan kemudahan yang beragam serta memunculkan persaingan yang semakin tinggi. Berdasarkan persentase e-commerce yang dirilis oleh iprice.co.id, Shopee menguasai pasar e-commerce tingkat kedua. Shopee menjadi e-commerce yang paling disukai oleh konsumen, karena fitur-fitur yang dihadirkan oleh shopee lebih interaktif dan tema yang selalu berbeda tiap momen, namun kepuasan konsumen masih sangat relative puas dan juga ada pula yang tidak puas, khususnya dikalangan anak muda yatu mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas informasi, elektronic word of mouth, subsidi ongkir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian shopee pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Manajemen Angkatan 2018 Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions of J.CO Roxy Square Jember products. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are consumers who have purchased products and visited J.CO Roxy Square Jember. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 90 people. The analytical method used in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of SPSS 25 software. The test results in this study indicate that partially brand image, product quality and price variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions J.CO Roxy Square Jember .

The research objective was to determine and analyze the effect of efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, privacy, and partial responsiveness to customer satisfaction. The theories used in this research are marketing management theory, service quality theory, and customer satisfaction theory. The research was conducted on customers of the Wooden Craft House. This type of descriptive quantitative research using purposive sampling method with a sample of 82 respondents. The nature of the research is explanatory. The test tool used is multiple linear regression, with SPSS software version 20.00. The t test results show that efficiency (0.003), fulfillment (0.006), system availability (0.001), privacy (0.000), and responsiveness (0.002) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction partially. The regression test shows that efficiency (0.155), fulfillment (0.195), system availability (0.189), privacy (0.220), and responsiveness (0.210) have a positive effect on customer satisfaction and the coefficient of determination test is 93.7%, customer satisfaction is influenced by efficiency. , fulfillment, system availability, privacy, and responsiveness while the remaining 6.3% is influenced by other variables outside of research.

Regulation of the Director General of Civil Aviation Number: SKEP/2765/XXI/2010 Chapter 1 point 9 explains that Aviation Security is aviation security personnel who have (mandatory) have a license or certificate of officer proficiency (SKTP) who are given duties and responsibilities in the field of aviation security. . The main role of Avsec (Aviation Security) is the safety and security of passengers, flight crew, officers and the general public against unlawful acts by preventing the transportation of goods that can endanger the flight. This study is to answer whether there is an influence and how much influence the development of human resources has on the performance of avsec officers at Sultan Babullah Airport Ternate at Sultan Babullah Airport Ternate This study uses quantitative data. The data used in this study were taken from primary data based on questionnaires distributed to avsec officers with a total of 74 people, observation data and secondary data in the form of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP). The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, T test, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of hypothesis testing using the T-test show that there is a positive and significant effect with a tcount value of 8.490, a t-table value of 1.665 and the results of the Coefficient of Determination test show how much influence the X variable has on the Y variable, with a value of 0.500 or 50%, while the remaining 50% is caused by other factors. which were not investigated by the researcher.

This study aims to formulate a marketing strategy for gold savings products at pawnshops in an effort to increase the number of customers (study at PT. Pegadaian Jember Area Office). Analysis of the data used in this study is a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Treath) matrix. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach, which is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects. The results of this study indicate that the IFAS matrix analysis has a total score of 1.244, the total score of the EFAS matrix is 1.645. On the results of these calculations PT. Pegadaian Jember Area Office is in quadrant 1 which means that the situation is very profitable for the company in carrying out an aggressive strategy or growth. From the results of research on alternative strategies for gold savings products that have been obtained and practical researchers to determine the marketing strategy of PT. Pegadaian Jember Area Office, increasing targeted promotions, developing innovations in gold savings products, conducting socialization about gold savings products, as well as formally cooperating with gold shops in the market
