Abstract Stroke is one of the leading causes for disability worldwide. Motor function deficits due to stroke affect the patients' mobility, their limitation in daily life activities, their participation in society and their odds of returning to professional activities. All of these factors contribute to a low overall quality of life. Rehabilitation training is the most effective way to reduce motor impairments in stroke patients. This multiple systematic review focuses both on standard treatment methods and on innovating rehabilitation techniques used to promote upper extremity motor function in stroke patients. With these protocol patients has been a significant improvement in the level of physical efficiency, especially in the way of walking and the patient's ability to walk closer to normal walking. The rehabilitation program has also achieved a substantial improvement in the muscle strength of the muscles working on the upper limb (such as arm muscles) and also on the lower limb (such as the hip, knee and ankle).

Aim: This study was designed to determine the lifespan of One Curve (OC) heat-treated nickel-titanium (NiTi) rotary files operating understatic and dynamic fatigue conditions using intracanal lubricants such as oil or sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl). Materials and Methods: The OC files were tested using an artificial zirconia canal. They were tested in air without any intracanal lubricant under static (Group 1) and dynamic (Group 4) modes, and after filling the canal with either oil (Group 2 and Group 5 under static and dynamic modes respectively) or 1% NaOCl (Group 3 and Group 6 under static and dynamic modes respectively). One Curve files were rotated freely in the canal at a speed of 350 rpm (continuous clockwise) under static mode until file failure occurred through fracture. In case of dynamic testing, the instruments were rotated at the same conditions in the canal, but with an additional back and forth movement until fracturing. The number of cycles to fracture (NCF) was recorded and statistically analyzed using One Way ANOVA and Bonferroni tests. Results: Testing of the file in air demonstrated the lowest fatigue resistance, where the static test mode (NCF: 560 ± 8.25) was the worse than the dynamic mode (NCF: 636.81±14.49). On the other hand, the instruments tested under both static and dynamic modes in oil as an intracanal lubricant showed improved lifespan in terms of NCF (1193.89±7.96 and 1351.39 ± 7.06) compared to the same modes in NaOCl lubrication (878.89 ± 8.59 and 1093.82±39.08). Regardless of intracanal lubricant, the dynamic groups produced better results than the static ones. In terms of fractured length, significant differences were identified between the groups except between Group 2 and Group 6. Conclusions: Type of intracanal lubricant demonstrated a more influential effect on the file lifespan than the mode of cyclic fatigue (CF) test. The dynamic CF test utilizing oil intracanal lubricant resulted the best improvement in the file lifespan.

Rheumatoidarthritis is a long term disorder which is mostly affects the joints leading to joint swelling, stiffness& loss of function, mostly affects fingers& wrist. The risk of pregnancy complications is slightly higherfor women with rheumatoid arthritis than healthy women. The aim is to evaluate the rate of miscarriages in women with rheumatoid arthritis attending rheumatologic clinic at Marjan Hospital. The sample of women attending rheumatoid clinic was 1688, only 318 of them were with RA and 10 women were excluded as they receiving methotrexate during pregnancy. All those included in study were receiving folic acid, stop methotrexate and were diagnosed adopting ACR criteria 2010.Their age was between 15-50 years. They were compared to control group (300) attending obstetric department through the period of 12Dec 2016 to 12 Dec 2018. Those women evaluated through full history and physical examination including: age, parity, No. of miscarriages, family history of RA and laboratory test including rheumatoid factor, ESR, C-RP, Anti cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP), X-ray imaging& assessed clinically through DAS28.The data was collected according to format which was analyzed statistically ®istered. All groups were comparable in their demographic criteria.Among 318 women with Rheumatoid arthritis, only 59 women had miscarriages (18.6%) per pregnancies while in control group was 19.7% which are comparable to that of general population. The majority of patients with Rheumatoid arthritis were multiparous(40.3%). As well as most of them had one or two miscarriage (84.7%). There is significant difference in mean age study groupamong women who had miscarriage than those without miscarriages P-value 0.002. As well asthere was no relation of those women with miscarriages with positive family history(3.5%). The miscarriages rate of patients with rheumatoid arthritis was of low frequency that is mean the disease itself has no effecton No. of miscarriage in comparison to normal population in Iraq. Intrinsic aging (chronological aging) and extrinsic aging (photoaging) are major factors leading to revers effects on skin. Glycosaminoglycan (GAGs) are long blocks of negatively charged polysaccharides, they are one of the major components of the extracellular matrix. Anti-glycosaminoglycan expression shows a high expression reaction in group (A) with a mean value (0.427 pixel /μ2) the intensity of the reaction are represented in the stratum corneum, basement membrane and highly in the dermal matrix. The intensity of reaction is beginning to decrease gradually in group (B) with a mean value (0.254 pixel /μ2) there is a highly significant differences between (A)&(B) group with a p-value (0.0001), while in group(C) the intensity of the reaction is strikingly decrease with a mean value (0.191 pixel /μ2) there is a highly significant differences between the (A)&(C) groups represented with pvalue (0.0001) in comparison with the (B)group the p-value is (0.002). From this study it is concluded that the expression of antiglycosaminoglycan shows different manner according to age. Being higher in young age and diminishing expression of Anti-GAGs was recorded with aging. There is a statistically significant difference in the expression of anti-GAGs between different age groups.

This study was designed to create a culture media can be improved the certain sperm function parameters by in vitro activation of men semen complaining of asthenozoospermia. The study were used natural component of women production (the follicular fluid) with effective herb extract powder (Maca powder) for this purpose . Materials and methods: Fifty semen samples were obtained from men involved in this study through the period from Nov. 2017 till May 2018. Seminal fluid analysis was done after 3-5 days of abstinence. Each semen aliquot (2ml volume at least ) was divided equally for 4 portions .In vitro activation was performed using four medium namely; Hams -F 12 medium as control medium, follicular fluid medium alone , Maca powder medium alone and a mixture of FF and maca powder at ratio 1:1. Certain sperm function parameters were measured as described by WHO 1999 preand postactivation.. There was a significant increase in active sperm motility grade A (P<0.008 ) and grade B(P<0.03 ) post activation by FF and maca medium compared to other media and pre-activation result. A significant (P<0.05) increase in both grade A and B post activation was observed compared to pre activation by using any medium. There was a significant (p<0.05) improvement in morphologically normal sperm percentage post activation by using FF and maca medium compared to pre activation and postactivation media. It is concluded from the results of current study that mixing of follicular fluid with maca extract can be revealed a very new improved media as both are constitutes of different ions amino acids and growth factors and others which may facilitate the active sperm motility in men complaining from asthenozoospermia.

Introduction: Some regions in Indonesia still have a problem with malaria, particularly in eastern Indonesia. Notwithstanding, Java island has some regencies that have not reached a target of elimination like in a Menoreh Hill. A factor of climate influences the transmission of malaria vector. A suitable climate eases the vector to breed and is the potential for transmitting disease. Information on climate and malaria endemicity is very beneficial to arrange a policy of malaria control to reach the target of malaria elimination in 2030 in Indonesia. Objective: This study aimed to describing climate and malaria endemicity on Menoreh Hill from 2005 to 2015. Method: This was a descriptive spatial analysis. The unit of analysis was all 43 endemic villages located on Menoreh Hill. Monthly malaria data were collected for 11 years and obtained from health centers. Data on population number per village per year were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. Meanwhile, data of climate were collected from four stations available at the research site. Furthermore, descriptive and spatial analyses were performed using the software of Arc Gis. Data on climate were analysed using an interpolation method of IDW and then were overlaid with malaria cases. Results: The results of this research showed that API on Menoreh Hill tended to increase until the year of 2015. In addition, number of villages with categories of MCI and HCI also rose significantly , especially in Purworejo Regency. The results of interpolation for temperature and rainfall data demonstrated that an area with temperature ranging from 25.0 o C to 26.5 o C and rainfall ranging from 5.6 mm/month to 6.5 mm/month was the most malaria cases.
