Objective: The purpose of the study is to find out how the movements of each of the tests such as manual dexterity, aiming and catching balance, and non-locomotor motion overall from the Students Technical Service Unit Public Elementary School 12 Api-api District Bayang. The problem of this research is the lack of ability of children in carrying out the classification activities in Public Elementary School 12 Api-api Bayang subdistrict is likely caused by the ability of the basic mobility of non-locomotor, the students have less discipline in following the study of the classification. Method: The instruments used are MABC-2 (Movement Assessment Battery for Children Age Band 2) namely, Placing Pegs (Placing Stakes), Threading Lace (cremated lace), Drawing Trail, Catching with two hand s, Throwing beanbag onto the mat (throwing bead pads), One board balance (one balance board), Walking heel to toe forward (walking with fingertip step touching heel), Hooping on mats (jumping step above the mattress). This type of research is descriptive, implemented from May to July 2019. The population of this research is a student of UPT State Elementary School 12 Api-api which amounted to 130 students, with a sampling of research is purposive random sampling means sample withdrawal according to the requirement of 32 male students consisting of Grade 2 and Grade 3. Results: Analysis of data on the results of the study found that from 32 respondents to UPT Public Elementary School 12Api-api, Manual test section Dexterity (dexterity) obtained on average (74.3%) By medium category, while in the test section Aiming & Catching (aiming and throwing) was obtained on average (52.4%) medium category, as well as in the balance test section at the average gain (47.7%) medium category, while the results of non-locomotor motion overall can be average (62.0%) medium category. Conclusion: Thus it can be interpreted that it is necessary to increase again for the basic mobility ability of nonlocomotor students of state Elementary School 12 Api-api District Bayang. Rheumatoidarthritis is a long term disorder which is mostly affects the joints leading to joint swelling, stiffness& loss of function, mostly affects fingers& wrist. The risk of pregnancy complications is slightly higherfor women with rheumatoid arthritis than healthy women. The aim is to evaluate the rate of miscarriages in women with rheumatoid arthritis attending rheumatologic clinic at Marjan Hospital. The sample of women attending rheumatoid clinic was 1688, only 318 of them were with RA and 10 women were excluded as they receiving methotrexate during pregnancy. All those included in study were receiving folic acid, stop methotrexate and were diagnosed adopting ACR criteria 2010.Their age was between 15-50 years. They were compared to control group (300) attending obstetric department through the period of 12Dec 2016 to 12 Dec 2018. Those women evaluated through full history and physical examination including: age, parity, No. of miscarriages, family history of RA and laboratory test including rheumatoid factor, ESR, C-RP, Anti cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP), X-ray imaging& assessed clinically through DAS28.The data was collected according to format which was analyzed statistically ®istered. All groups were comparable in their demographic criteria.Among 318 women with Rheumatoid arthritis, only 59 women had miscarriages (18.6%) per pregnancies while in control group was 19.7% which are comparable to that of general population. The majority of patients with Rheumatoid arthritis were multiparous(40.3%). As well as most of them had one or two miscarriage (84.7%). There is significant difference in mean age study groupamong women who had miscarriage than those without miscarriages P-value 0.002. As well asthere was no relation of those women with miscarriages with positive family history(3.5%). The miscarriages rate of patients with rheumatoid arthritis was of low frequency that is mean the disease itself has no effecton No. of miscarriage in comparison to normal population in Iraq. Abstract Stroke is one of the leading causes for disability worldwide. Motor function deficits due to stroke affect the patients' mobility, their limitation in daily life activities, their participation in society and their odds of returning to professional activities. All of these factors contribute to a low overall quality of life. Rehabilitation training is the most effective way to reduce motor impairments in stroke patients. This multiple systematic review focuses both on standard treatment methods and on innovating rehabilitation techniques used to promote upper extremity motor function in stroke patients. With these protocol patients has been a significant improvement in the level of physical efficiency, especially in the way of walking and the patient's ability to walk closer to normal walking. The rehabilitation program has also achieved a substantial improvement in the muscle strength of the muscles working on the upper limb (such as arm muscles) and also on the lower limb (such as the hip, knee and ankle).

Al-Habib B.Sc, Biology, College of science, Baghdad University, Iraq Ph.D, Histology and Embryology, College of Medicine, AL-Nahrain University, Iraq Corresponding author: Maryam Majid Eshaq, Email: merriamallos@gmail.com Abstract Aging of the skin is the most visible and obvious sign of living individual and it is complex phenomenon caused by harmful factors. Intrinsic aging (chronological aging) and extrinsic aging (photoaging) are major factors leading to revers effects on skin. Glycosaminoglycan (GAGs) are long blocks of negatively charged polysaccharides, they are one of the major components of the extracellular matrix. Anti-glycosaminoglycan expression shows a high expression reaction in group (A) with a mean value (0.427 pixel /μ2) the intensity of the reaction are represented in the stratum corneum, basement membrane and highly in the dermal matrix. The intensity of reaction is beginning to decrease gradually in group (B) with a mean value (0.254 pixel /μ2) there is a highly significant differences between (A)&(B) group with a p-value (0.0001), while in group(C) the intensity of the reaction is strikingly decrease with a mean value (0.191 pixel /μ2) there is a highly significant differences between the (A)&(C) groups represented with pvalue (0.0001) in comparison with the (B)group the p-value is (0.002). From this study it is concluded that the expression of antiglycosaminoglycan shows different manner according to age. Being higher in young age and diminishing expression of Anti-GAGs was recorded with aging. There is a statistically significant difference in the expression of anti-GAGs between different age groups.

To highlight the clinical significance of low ferritin with normal hemoglobin in young adult women and to raise awareness aboutthis disorder among physiciansand general practitioners. This pathology is easy to be missed since normal CBC or hemoglobin will give false feeling of assurance about Iron store in patients with longstanding generalized weakness of unknown etiology.A descriptive study of120 femalepatients who were consulting the outpatientInternal medicine clinics at Al-Ramadi Teaching Hospital, peripheral blood samples were obtained for analysis of complete blood count and serum iron status.Fifty (41.7%) of all patients had ferritin less than 10 ng/mL indicating severe iron deficiency.Of the 120 patients with iron deficiency Fatigue is the commonest symptom that present in ninety-five patients (79.2%), followed by hair loss 88(73.3%)and dizziness 84(70.0%), headache 79 (65.8% ), poor concentration 74 (61.7% ), palpitation 72(60.0% ) , chest pain 67 (55.8% ) and legs pain (47.5%).Heavy menstrual bleeding is significantly associated with low ferritin level in younger age group (<=25 years) p=0.001. While poor nutrition is a significant risk factor among older age group (>25 years) p= 0.000. In conclusion, low ferritin with normal hemoglobin is a hidden disorder which Ghazzay et al (2020): Low ferritin with normal hemoglobin Feb 2021 Vol. 24 Issue 2 http://doi.org/10.36295/ASRO.2021.24225 Health Medicine & Public Annals of Tropical needs to be addressed bygeneral practitioners and physicians when diagnosis and treatmentis considered. It is accepted that individuals with low serum ferritin with normal hemoglobin or CBC will develop iron-deficiency anemia in the weeks or months following diagnosis, thus, evaluation of iron storage in at-risk patients should prompt early initiation of irontherapy and relief of symptoms.

The daily-recovered cases were obtained from reports of the Ministry of Health and Environment for the period (20 March to 24 July 2020). The daily weather parameters included maximum temperature, minimum temperature, average temperature, average humidity, maximum wind speed, minimum wind speed, and average wind speed. Based on each data distributions, the nonparametric method utilized to estimate the correlation between them. Spearman rank was used to conclude the very strong and strong correlation between the recovered covid-19 cases with temperature and humidity respectively. The relationship between the recovered cases and temperature was directly proportional while its relation inverse with humidity. The neural network techniques were applied to predict the importance of the weight values of each weather parameter and recovered cases. These outcomes researched to hope the increase of recovered cases with weather changes, but it is important to note that even if there is an influence of weather in any aspect during covid-19 pandemic all precautions must be taken and social distancing must be committed considering many confounding factors.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to produce an analysis rubric of the basic technique of shooting water polo. Water polo trainers in Indonesia teach or practice basic shooting techniques in water polo based only on experience without using theoretical references. Method: This research method uses Focus Group Discussion (FGD) by gathering five experts in the field of water polo (trainers, national athletes and former national athletes) and one biomechanics expert. This analysis rubric is divided into three stages: (1) Initial preparation, (2) Implementation, and (3) Follow through. Assessment rubric analysis will involve all members of the body such as the head, shoulders, arms, palms, fingers, trunk, pelvis and legs. Results: The results of discussions by experts and practitioners produced an analysis rubric that made it easy for trainers or trainers to analyze / assess basic water polo shooting techniques through the biomechanical approach. More than that, athletes can also do techniques that are effective and efficient so as to minimize injury. This analysis rubric is expected to be a reference for trainers or trainers in training basic shooting techniques. The analysis rubric shows in detail the stages of the body parts when the athlete is shooting water polo . Starting from the movement (1) the initial preparation which includes body parts such as the head, arms, palms, shoulders, trunk, pelvis and legs, (2) The implementation which includes body parts such as arms, shoulders, trunk, hips, legs and abdominal muscles , and (3) Follow through which includes parts of the body such as palms and weight transfer. The criteria for evaluating the movements of athletes using points 1-4 are that if a bad move is 1, not good is 2, good enough is 3 and good is 4.
