Examines the views of the fuqaha of four madhhab imams and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) regarding children born out of wedlock. More detail is the problem of biological fathers marrying children born out of wedlock. This study aims to analyze the views of four madhhab imams and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) on the marriage of biological fathers with children out of wedlock. This research is a research that uses quantitative descriptive method. namely describing the views of four imams of different schools of thought. Hanafi and Hanabilah scholars are of the opinion that it is haram. they argue that adultery can lead to haraam such as the prohibition of besanan (mushaharah) so that the marriage of a biological father with his child is unlawful. Meanwhile, according to the Malikiyah scholars, it is halal. and according to the Syafi'iyah scholars it is lawful but makruh. They argue that adultery cannot cause haraam such as the prohibition of besanan (mushaharah) so that the marriage of a biological father with his child is lawful. The Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) argues that it is halal to marry a child born out of wedlock if it triggers the market 39 and article 100 of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI).

This study examines women's leadership in the perspective of Islamic law by analyzing the views of M. Quraish Shihab. In more detail, it discusses the permissibility of women to lead in the view of Islam. This study aims to analyze how Quraish Shihab views women and women's leadership. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which describes the views of Quraish Shihab in the perspective of Islamic law. The results of this study are, Quraish Shihab has his own view about women. According to him, women have the same rights as men, including in terms of leadership, but in the perspective of classical scholars it is forbidden for women to be leaders in any case, while according to Quraish Shihab, who refers to the thoughts of moderate scholars, has a view of the permissibility of women's leadership in the public sphere on condition that does not leave her main obligation to serve her husband and to care for and educate her children. This difference of opinion occurs because the situation and conditions of the times are different, so that it affects the interpretation of the scholars in the context of the Qur'an. While Islamic law is universal, it can apply at any time according to the current conditions and culture, through the thoughts of scholars who are experts in Islamic law.

Dalam perspektif Islam, dunia bukanlah tujuan akhir dari perjalanan hidup manusia. Karena itulah dunia ini tidaklah kekal, karena akan selalu ada kematian sebagai akhir dari kehidupan di dunia ini. Akan tetapi, dunia adalah ladang untuk kehidupan yang abadi dan kekal, yaitu di akhirat kelak. Visi seorang muslim adalah akhirat, yakni menjadikan dunia sebagai ladang amal terbaik untuk kebahagiaan di akhirat kelak. Begitulah Allah menegaskan, waladdârul âkhiroti khoirun lakaminal ûlâ, bahwa kampung akhirat itu bagimu lebih bik dari kehidupan yang pertama (dunia). Inilah paradigma yang harus kita tanamkan secara bertahap. bahwa tujuan pendidikan Islam sesuai dengan konsep siklus kehidupan dunia dan akhirat. Sehingga pendidikan Islam tidak hanya bertujuan mencetak manusia yang berilmu, tetapi juga beriman dan berakhlak. In improving the quality of one's soul there are three stages that are carried out. First, doing Dhikr or Ta'alluq on God, that is, one must try to remember and bind the consciousness of the heart and mind to Allah. Wherever a Muslim cannot be free from dhikr and thinking). Second, Takhalluq, a person consciously imitates the attributes of God so that a believer has noble qualities as His attributes. This process can also be referred to as the process of internalizing the nature of God into human beings. In this regard, the Sufis usually rely on the Hadith of the Prophet which reads, "Takhallaqu bi akhlaqi Allah". Third, tahaqquq, that is, a person must be able to actualize his awareness and capacity as a believer or religious person who himself has been "dominated" by the attributes of God so that it is reflected in his pure and noble behavior.

Talking about human civilization certainly cannot be separated from the values that exist in humans themselves. In the current era of globalization, it turns out to have a very large influence on human life in various aspects of life, both social, political, economic, cultural, and others. Globalization has changed everyday life, especially felt by developing countries, and at the same time has created new transnational systems and forces. Globalization has affected the younger generation of Muslims, especially in developing countries, such as Indonesia. Departing from the above, it is necessary to launch and implement a strategy for inculcating the values of local civilization in order to respond to the challenges of globalization. This is important to do so that teenagers or students are not trapped in the damage caused by globalization, one of which is the cultivation of character and ethical values to students and youth. The inculcation of character and ethical values is very important as the shaper of human civilization so that Indonesia, which is known as an ethical country, does not fade and is crushed by globalization and bad influences from other countries. The research methodology in this study uses a qualitative approach. It can be concluded that character values are a strong foundation and fortress to withstand the negative currents of globalization.

The purpose of this research is to find out to find out the purpose and purpose of human creation. The approach chosen by the author is phenomenology. Determination of data sources in this study according to the information obtained in the form of words and documents that are presented and described as they are and examined in order to find meaning. The researcher acts directly as an instrument and as a data collector from the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The result of this study is that the students of the Instiutut Ummul Quro Al-Islami realized the purpose of human creation, namely humans were created by Allah swt to this earth as no other than as caliphs (maintainers) and as servants. Humans are given the task by Allah as caliph, namely to prosper the earth and everything in it, while humans as servants are that humans are given the task to serve Allah swt by bringing the vision and mission from Allah to get His pleasure and can be applied through the educational process.

Career planning is something that concerns the future in the long term. It must be planned in advance; to plan where someone wants to go and what he wants to achieve.The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of symbolic modeling techniques in the development of student career planning; to choose further studies that suit their interests and talents. The type of the research is qualitative research with observation, interview, and documentation methods. The research subjects were 5 students. This research was carried out based on the phenomenon at SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya, where there were students who were still confused about choosing further studies according to their interests and talents. The results showed that after being given symbolic modeling with videos, students experienced changes such as: (1) Students were able to understand their strengths and weaknesses in certain fields; (2) Students begin to be able to plan careers after graduating from school; (3) Students were able to prepare options for the next level of study. From these data the researchers concluded that symbolic modeling was effective in helping students at SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya in planning their careers.

This study aims to determine learning with image media to improve early childhood social skills in class B in Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Albadariyah, Cimanggu 2 Village, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency. The research uses varied and interesting image media so that it can motivate children's interest. This type of research is collaborative classroom action research using Kurt Lewin's model. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were nine children of Group B RA Albadariyah. While the object of this research is the application of image media to improve children's social skills. Technique of data collection uses observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive techniques and quantitative approaches. The indicator of success in this study is when the average social ability of children through picture media has reached 80%. The results of this study indicate an increase in children's social skills through image media. This is evidenced by an increase in the average social ability of children in pre-action by 55.5%, increasing to 63.8% in Cycle I, and reaching 94.4% in Cycle II.
