The purpose of this study: To determine the application of the Quantum Teaching model in learning activities in the field of study of Al-Qur'an Hadith in MTs. Personal Exemplary Gebang. To determine the ability of students' understanding of learning the field of study of the Qur'an and Hadith in MTs. Personal Exemplary Gebang. To find out the application of the Quantum Teaching model in an effort to improve students' understanding of learning the field of study of the Qur'an and Hadith in MTs. Personal Exemplary Gebang. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, namely the data collected in the form of words and descriptions. According to Lexy J Moleong that "qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior". While descriptive research is a form of research that aims to describe or describe existing phenomena, both natural phenomena and phenomena engineered by humans. The results of the study show that: (1) The application of the Quantum Teaching model to Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects has been maximally applied in relation to the implementation of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic which requires online teaching and learning activities. So that learning using Quantum Teaching is very appropriate to be applied in MTs. Private Exemplary Gebang; (2) The ability to understand student learning in the field of study of the Qur'an and Hadith in class VII MTs. The Gebang Private Example has been implemented optimally with the efforts of teachers in the field of study in improving students' understanding abilities in learning; (3) The application of the Quantum Teaching model in improving the ability to understand the learning of the Qur'an and Hadith in class VII MTs students. The Gebang Private Example has been implemented well and there has been an increase since the beginning of the pre-meeting, namely the number of students who got a complete score, namely 29.7% of students who got a complete score in the Qur'an Hadith field of study, at the first meeting it increased to 46% of students who completed activity. study the Qur'an Hadith on the material to understand the short surah of the Qur'an. At the second meeting the level of completeness of students in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith was 78.3% for class VII MTs. Personal Exemplary Gebang. Then analyzed from Meeting III, student completeness reached 100%.. Private Exemplary Gebang can be increased through the application of the Quantum Teaching model.

Implementation of the Discovery Inquiry method in improving students' thinking skills in learning Islamic religious education for students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura. This study uses quantitative research methods. The location of the research was carried out at the Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. The implementation of this research was carried out from April to June 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Discovery Inquiry in improving students' thinking skills in learning Islamic religious education for students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura, Langkat Regency, whether there is a significant relationship significant. To prove this, the author conducted a study on the title. This research was conducted on 30 students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura which were used as research samples. Data collection tools are library research, observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of the questionnaire were processed by tabulating the data to determine the frequency. Based on the discussion of the research results in this thesis, it can be seen that the implementation of the Discovery Inquiry method for students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura is very good (70%). Meanwhile, students' thinking ability in learning Islamic religious education for students of Tunas Mandiri Private Junior High School Tanjung Pura is good (73.3%). The research problem is the low activity in the classroom in the learning process, especially in the process of activity and achievement which is still rigid. The purpose of this study was to find out by applying the Discourse Multy Representace learning model that could improve student activity and achievement abilities. This research was conducted at SMP N 1 Hinai in the 2020/2021 academic year. With the subject of 36 students. This research was formed in the CAR research. In data collection, the data obtained are student learning activity observation sheets and student learning outcomes tests. For data analysis used quantitative and qualitative data. Based on data analysis, the result of student activity (cycle I was 38.88%), while in cycle II it was (86.21%). On student learning outcomes from the pretest data obtained a score of 62.7 with 12 students who completed and 24 students who did not complete. In the first cycle posttest obtained a value of (73.19%) with a total of 8 students who completed from 28 students who did not complete. And in the second cycle posttest with a value of (94.16) with 35 students who completed and 1 student who did not complete. This shows the success of the research conducted. It can be concluded that the application of collaborating the Discourse Multi-Representation learning model with the concept sentence on the students has succeeded with what was expected. The noble Qur'an has explained the laws of inheritance, the conditions of each heir with a sufficient explanation, where no one among humans escapes the inheritance or inheritance. Because the Qur'an is the backing in establishing the law and the extent of its parts. And very few are determined based on Sunnah or ijma. there is no position of nonMuslim children on inheritance in compilation of Islamic law. While the Religious Court is a court that has the authority to examine and try inheritance disputes for people who are Muslim. Thus, if there is a dispute over inheritance issues between children of Muslims and non-Muslims, it must be resolved through the Religious Courts. Formulation of the problem in this study is how the position of non-Muslim children on the inheritance of Islamic heirs is reviewed from the Compilation of Islamic Law. with literature analysis it means that the author takes data based on existing literature. Based on the results of the study, according to the Compilation of Islamic Law dividing inheritance to the entitled heirs is the obligation of heirs to the heir to be implemented after the heirs have carried out other obligations as contained in. The position of nonMuslim children on the inheritance of Islamic heirs based on Islamic law does not obtain inheritance from the inheritance of their parents. According to the Compilation of Islamic Law as in the case of the Religious Court, it shows that the position of non-Islamic children on inheritance from the inheritance of the property of their parents does not receive the right inheritance, but based on the Religious High Court, get a section called "Wasiah Wajibah".

Religion plays an important role in a family life. As a Muslim family, we should continuously apply Islamic values as a foundation in pursuing the family life. Thisfoundation functions as a guidance and direction for them to solve the problems of life so that peaceful (sakinah) family can be achieved. When religious values are well implemented in the family life, the following conditions will be attained: every family member will have a sense of affection, be closed to, have no prejudice, trust, regard, and advise one another, as well as apply problem oriented perspective in playing their roles and functions in the family.

The family that is sakinah mawaddah warahmah is the dream and hope of everyone. Samawa households have extraordinary strength and become the backbone of the economic, family and community economic improvement. So, divorce is often the beginning of a family disaster. How can families get post-divorce survival? Clearly requires extraordinary financial management. This paper seeks to explore the issue of post-divorce family financial management. The results show that divorce is not the end of family life. With good financial management, many families are able to survive and even rise from a sense of adversity. Not infrequently the tempest even spurred families to be more diligent in doing productive activities. The results of the study concluded, family financial management was even able to resolve economic inequalities in the household, so as to reduce the increase in divorce rates. Especially when the level of science and tenacity of housewives is high. The higher the knowledge of housewives about management of family finances, the higher the economic survival rate of their families.

This research was conducted with the aim of seeking information that there was an influence of management on improving the quality of school education, based on the Education Unit Level Curriculum or abbreviated as the KTSP in 2006. The study was conducted on elementary level education staff (SD / MI and SMP / MTS) and intermediate (SMA / MA and SMK / MAK) who have implemented the curriculum, especially the Jakarta area. The results of the study for the group of education workers who implemented KTSP management had an average of 6.97 and for the group of educators who did not implement the KTSP obtained Lₒ of 0.1204 and for the group of educators not implementing KTSP management it was obtained at 0.1268 while L table for 40educators, a significant level of 0.05 at 0.14 means lₒ t table then Hᵃ is accepted so that there is management influence on the quality of school education for educational units implementthe KTSP.

Being a housewife is a very big gift for a woman. This gift if used optimally will be a good deed not only in the world but also in the hereafter. However, there are some women who misunderstood the nature so that he took off his responsibilities as a housewife, the principle matters as housewives were abandoned for various reasons including economic reasons. In economic terms, it actually still has room to participate in the global and domestic economy within the boundaries which are certainly not as broad and free as men. This study aims to further explore the role of housewives in domestic and global economics in a qualitative way, in the hope of producing findings that can be useful as needed.
