ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how much motivation to learn affects the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in elementary schools 064021 Medan City. The method used is a quantitative correlational method with data collection techniques by means of library research and field research through interviews, observations and documentation. With the results of the calculation of the correlation number of variable X (learning motivation) to the variable Y (learning outcomes) of 0.965. This means that the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes in grade V SDN 064021 Medan Helvetia Medan city is very high. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the Family Economic Conditions, Learning Motivation, and Student Learning Achievement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Family Economic Conditions and Learning Motivation Against Student Learning Achievement in Entrepreneurship Class XII in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor. This research was conducted using a sample of 42 students, using a random sampling technique from a population of 140 students. Consists of independent variable the Family Economic Conditions (X1), Learning Motivation (X2) and dependent variable Student Learning Achievement (Y). Researchers use quantitative data analysis, the stage of implementation of the analysis includes: (1) descriptive analysis, (2) classical assumption test (prerequisite) and (3) hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a significant influence on the family economy of student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 50.7%. 2) There is a significant influence of learning motivation on student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 51.0%. 3) There is a significant influence between family economy and learning motivation together on student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 69.7% while the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study . ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out and discuss the Baduy Indigenous Marriage Legal System of Kanakes Village, Leuwidamar Subdistrict. This research and writing were prepared and compiled using empirical research methods using qualitative analysis, namely by conducting direct interviews with Jaro (Head of the Village) and the Baduy indigenous community. Marriage is a natural law that must occur and be carried out by every human being without exception. The legal system of marriage to the Baduy indigenous people, that is Monogamy marriage, which means that a Baduy man cannot have more than one wife and polygamy marriage is a taboo subject. In addition, the factors that influence the Baduy indigenous community's compliance with customary law include religious and religious factors, social and cultural factors, customary law and religious factors. PERSPEKTIF HUKUM TERHADAP STATUS ANAK LUAR NIKAH DALAM MEMPEROLEH HAK WARIS KOMPILASI HUKUM ISLAM 对私生子在获得伊斯兰法汇编继承权方面的法律观点

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and discuss the perspective of inheritance law on the status of out-of-wedlock children in obtaining the inheritance rights of Islamic law compilation. The method used is a qualitative method using secondary data and primary data for completeness of data, data analysis used using normative analysis. Based on the results of research, among others, first, the position of out-of-wedlock children according to Islamic Law is based on nasab as the legality of family relations based on blood relations, as a result of legal marriage. The problem is that there is no relationship between the child's relationship with his biological father; there are no rights and obligations between the child and his biological father, inheritance and so on; if by chance the child is a woman, then the biological father cannot be the guardian, so that the guardian can be a child out of wedlock; secondly, the status of inheritance rights for out-of-wedlock children according to Islamic law only have a mutual inheritance relationship with the family from the mother's side, however there is a need for legal breakthroughs related to this, namely in the Islamic inheritance system, there are grant institutions in the form of giving biological father's day and can also the wills of the Mandatory from his biological father. PEMBELAJARAN LITERASI MEMBACA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR KELAS I 一年级小学生识字学习

ABSTRACT This study aims to understand deeply the learning of literacy reading in elementary school class I. The research problem is based on the low student interest in learning, low literacy reading skills, and the teacher is too focused on the 2013 curriculum without facilitating student needs. The research method uses a qualitative approach to the design of phenomenology with the stages of essence deepening, variations in imagination, and reduction of phenomenology. The time and place of the study were conducted at Cijambu Elementary School in Elementary School I class, located at Jln Cigombong Station, Bogor Regency. The study was conducted for six months. The results were obtained that reading literacy learning uses Curriculum 2013 with the aim of reading comprehension. Learning media use word cards and learning strategies use the phonic approach for those who cannot read and the direct approach for those who have mastered phonemic awareness. Evaluation of learning is carried out formally according to the curriculum without an innovation development in the form of literacy assessment. Recommendations namely, this research should be developed in other aspects of language to be more comprehensive. Keywords: Learning, Reading Literacy, Grade I Students

PENGARUH BACA TULIS AL-QUR’AN TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AL-QUR’AN HADIS 阅读古兰经对学习传统教义的影响

  ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of learning to read Al-Qur'an Can Affect the ability of students to read Al-Qur'an at grade 1 students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This research method uses quantitative methods using a correlational approach. Based on the results of testing the correlation coefficient obtained price r = 0.633. Based on the product moment correlation table guidelines used, it can be said that between variables X and Y there is a moderate or sufficient correlation. Based on the test results known t count = 4.63 and t table ( = 0.01: 32) = 2.70 (with interpolation). This means t arithmetic> t table. Thus that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant correlation between learning to Read the Qur'an and the ability to read the Qur'an. To find out the contribution of variable X to variable Y, the formula Kd = r2 x 100% is used. The determinant coefficient figure of 40.1% shows that the contribution of learning to read and write the Koran to the Learning Achievement of the Education of the Al-Qur'an Hadith is equal to 40.1% while the rest (100% -40.1% = 59.9% ) is influenced by other factors not analyzed Keywords: Al-Qur'an, literacy, learning, education, learning achievement

  The Implementation of Audio Visual Learning Media in Improving Learning Understanding of Al Quran Hadith in Class VII MTs Students. Private Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak. The problems found in the research location were: 1). The learning and teaching process in madrassas, teachers in the field of study of Al-qur'an hadith have not involved students directly with the digital Al-qur'an application from the subject matter of the Al-qur'an hadith study area taught so that students have not been trained in solving various field problems study of Al-qur'an hadith. 2). The purpose of this paper is to find out whether there is an increase in fiqh learning outcomes through the implementation of the power of two strategy for class VIII students at MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. This research method is by using a classroom action research approach. The data obtained from research through observation, tests or by using other strategies. The conclusions that can be drawn from this paper are student responses after the implementation of The Power Of Two learning strategy about improving Fiqh teaching and learning outcomes in the material of raising assets outside zakat for class VIII students at MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura at the pre-test stage with an average value class 57.93 with the number of students who completed as many as 6 people with a percentage of 20.68% and students who did not complete as many as 23 people with a percentage of 79.31%, then after applying the power of two strategy there was an increase in the first cycle as many as 17 students completed with a percentage of 58.62% and as many as 12 students did not complete with a percentage of 41.38%. Because it has not met the researcher's target, it is continued in the second cycle. In the second cycle, there was an increase of 25 students who completed with a percentage of 88.20% and as many as 4 students did not complete with a percentage of 13.80%. The purposes of this study are 1) To determine the learning interest of X MAN 1 Langkat students in the subject of Islamic Cultural History, 2) To determine the use of the talking stick method in teaching and learning activities in the subject of Islamic Cultural History for Class X MAN 1 students. Langkat, 3) To find out the increase in learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History by using the talking stick method in the subject of Islamic Cultural History for class X students of MAN 1 Langkat. Students' interest in learning at MAN 1 Langkat class X in the SKI subject is very good and has increased after conducting research for two cycles. The use of the talking stick method in this study is online or online learning during the implementation of the second cycle, but it can increase student interest in learning well. In the learning process in cycle II the teacher changes the use of the method because the school implements online learning, but it still produces satisfying student interest in learning because the researcher or teacher always motivates and facilitates student learning activities. The use of the talking stick method can increase student interest in learning at MAN 1 Langkat class X in SKI subjects, which can be seen from the increase in each cycle. The use of the talking stick method with the percentage of students who completed learning in cycle 1 was 58% and cycle II was 84% ​​or an increase of 26%. There was an increase in student learning outcomes in cycle 1 by 68% and cycle II 81% which experienced an increase of 13%. . This study aims to determine the effect of Innovative learning methods on learning styles in Aqidah Akhlak lessons for eighth grade students of MTs Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan. This research method uses quantitative data analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Innovative learning is learning that provides more opportunities for students to construct knowledge independently and mediated by peers. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that the Innovative learning method at MTs Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan has an average result of 36.33, a median of 36.5, a mode of 37, a variance of 24.95 and a standard deviation of 4.99. acceptable with a significant limit of tolerance. Learning Styles of students at MTs Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan have an average result of 47.9, a median of 48.5, a mode of 47.6, a variance of 9.40 and a standard deviation of 3.06. acceptable with a significant limit of tolerance. There is a significant effect between Innovative learning methods in improving the learning styles of students at MTs Darul Arafah Pangkalan Andan with the results Fcount = 31.15 and Ftable (1.28) (0.01) = 7.56 which can be concluded Fcount≥Ftable by accepting Ha and rejecting H0 with a regression line equation of (Y= ) 45.57+0.06X.
