The article examines career design as a life scenario for modern youth. The research material was the results of surveys conducted by centers and companies on career design issues. The tendencies of career design among modern young people are determined. These include constant development, self-actualisation, individuality, initiative, activity, innovation and technology, design thinking both in career and in personal life, focus on freshness of ideas, own perspective, leadership, overcoming failures, spontaneity and pragmatism, high frequency of transition from one career field to another due to the instability of professional interests. It was revealed that career design is dynamic and has different types of careers; young people are more likely to be guided by the experience of their peers, leaders created their own projects, technology development or world communities, rather than the experience of their parents. It was revealed that remote work, combining remote and offline work, and freelancing are two developing trends in the labor market.

The article deals with the ways to achieve the goal of the penal legislation — the correction of convicts — from the point of view of educational, psychological and operational work. The authors prove their findings by providing statistics for 2020. The authors pay attention to the fact that the main goal of a penitentiary system is to correct a convict. If so, then failure in achieving this goal only leads to the isolation of the criminogenic subject from society for a certain period of time, but after leaving places of imprisonment, people commit crimes again. Due to the fact that convicts have changed over the past few decades, the authorized bodies and officials need to work precisely in accordance with the characteristics of the “today's” convict. Thus, the most common crimes leading to imprisonment nowadays are various types of theft and injury as well as drugs and psychotropic substances trafficking. The authors attempted to outline some topical issues in operational, educational and psychological work of the penal system bodies.

Currently, much attention is paid to the prevention of recidivism in the modern society in the whole world. This problem is the most topical and relevant, because the process of criminalization of our society has been developed widely in the world, which, together with the process of preventing recidivism, takes a key place in the productive activity of decriminalization. The need for preventive work in the sphere of recidivism allows us to stable the general situation in the society, carry out various economic reforms, increase moral and psychological values and other factors that help influence positively the criminological situation. The article considers possible ways to solve this issue at the legislative level, as well as the practical activities of foreign countries to solve this problem. The results of the study allow us to show that the prevention of recidivism nowadays plays an important role in the decriminalization of the entire world community, which needs a comprehensive system of social rehabilitation of released persons from prisons in order to keep them from committing a repeated crime.

The article reveals the objective prerequisites for the change of legislation. These are not clarifications and amendments, but reforms that are reflected in significant changes in civil, labor, family, inheritance, and procedural legislation. This is usually associated with the cancellation of the old and the adoption of a new codified Act, but in modern Russia, it is associated with the modification and cancellation of a large number of statutory acts. The article illustrates the stability of industry legislation in Australia, Austria, Germany and the USA. The theory of generations, generally accepted in developed countries, is analyzed from the point of view of the need to change legislation. Historical analysis shows that in the observable past, the problem of generational change, regardless of demographic wave, predetermined the need for reforms in Russia in the middle of the 19th century. This is extensively reflected in the Russian literature of the second half of the 19th century. The article shows the differences between demographic waves, generations and waves that determine the need for a change in legislation. It is postulated that the wave that determines the change of legislation should be considered as a social wave. The need for a significant change in legislation is closely connected with social waves. The author criticizes the state of constant legislation updating without the need caused by such a social wave. The author concludes about the negative consequences of unreasonably frequent changes in legislation.

The article is devoted to the opportunities of blended learning, which is used in teaching foreign languages to students of non-linguistic specialties at Baikal State University. Since recently, the education system has been undergoing significant changes in terms of educational process organization. This is primarily due to global digitalization processes, as well as the forced move to blended or mixed forms of work during the pandemic. The authors of the article suggest using the term blended learning, since such terms as full-time learning, part-time learning do not reflect the whole essence of work in teaching a foreign language. The relevance of using a blended learning is determined by the taught discipline itself - a foreign language, since it is impossible to form the necessary skills and competencies only within the framework of classroom hours. A foreign language instructor has always used a mixed type of work, which has grown into a modified form today. The article analyzes some theoretical issues and provides an overview of blended learning practice. It is also describes the advantages of using this form in the educational process in general and in teaching foreign languages, in particular. In conclusion, the authors point out the necessity of using this form of work in teaching foreign languages.

The article reflects the ideas about the rehabilitation capacity and components as potentially important in overcoming the disease. Based on the analysis of theoretical and empirical studies, the components of the rehabilitation capacity were identified, revealing the features of the course of the disease of people with chemical dependence in different age groups. The study reflects the results based on the diagnosis of rehabilitators of two age groups: young and mature age, undergoing the social rehabilitation in five structural divisions of the regional state institution "Rehabilitation Center for Drug Addicts "Volya". On the basis of the obtained empirical data, the ratio of the components of the rehabilitation capacity in young and mature age is shown. The specificity of the rehabilitation capacity of chemical addicts in different age groups is noted. The analysis of age differences in the rehabilitation capacity is carried out, the features of the components depending on the age are revealed. It is shown that people with chemical dependence have a low and average level of rehabilitation capacity, therefore, a development program of the identified components is proposed.

At the present time the role of management based on modern achievements of management theory and practice is constantly increasing. At the present stage of management development, one of the most promising directions is not only the improvement of personnel management, but also the development of practical models and management schemes that allow using individual propensities and qualities of the employee. Improving human resources management in international companies is becoming particularly important. These companies represent the basis of mechanism of modern global economy. International economic relations are constantly getting stronger which increases the need to foster international staff members within transnational corporations. At the same time most of such companies address these issues without any well-established models which would ensure positive results. The correct choice of human resources management strategy in an organization determines the company’s success in general. The article examined the experience of international companies in training personnel and creating multinational teams, defined the methods to systematize the work on the creation and development of multinational work teams in existing global companies regardless of the country and industry affiliation of such companies.

The article examines the relationship between the need for power and the system of life meanings among modern youth. The needs for power and the systems of life meanings of young men and women are compared. The theoretical basis of the research consists of scientific and theoretical approaches of psychologists to understanding the need for power, as well as approaches to the study of life meanings. Theoretical research methods and techniques are analysis and systematization of psychological literature on the research problem. Empirical methods are survey and testing: methodology "Research of the system of life meanings" by V.Yu. Kotlyakov. The technique allows to determine the content of value system and the sequence of its representation in the system of life meanings. Methodology test questionnaire "Motive of power" by E.P. Ilyina is aimed to determine a person's ability to exercise their will despite the resistance of other people. Statistical methods are methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical data. As a result of the empirical study the authors formulated and proposed recommendations for psychological support of young people. The results of the study made it possible to clarify the relationship between the need for power and the system of life meanings in modern youth.

Risk is an integral part of business. The volatility and unpredictability of the organization's external environment complicates risk management for the firm. The activity of a trade organization depends on the efficiency of logistic risks management, which in the majority of cases, may have negative consequences for the company. We provided the classification of logistic risks depending on the level of their occurrence. The principles of management of the company's logistics risks are considered. We assessed the relevance of international standards of risk management to the management of logistics risks in the trade area. The individual stages of risk management were examined in relation to the logistics of a trade organization. The article explored the use of risk maps and mapping of logistic risks in the process of risk management. We examined main methods of logistic risk management in the activities of a trading company.
