THE MODERN LED–TECHNOLOGIES IN TREATMENT OF PERIODONTAL DISEASES 牙周病治疗的现代领先技术

WHO data (2002) demonstrate the spread of inflammatory periodontal diseases in 95% of the adult population. High prevalence of periodontal disease in adolescents (55-89 %), adults (65-95%), and older (95 %) individuals makes it a public health concern. The article presents the aspects, of assotiated internal and oral pathologys. It was proved that the treatment using was as a result, with a combined pathology, the patient accumulates and summarizes the drugs used, which subsequently leads to a decrease in their effectiveness. The possibility of development of resistance to antibiotics, has led to the radiation in a pulsed mode has a significant advantage in its biological and therapeutic effects in relation to continuous radiation as an alternative method of treatment of inflammatory diseases of periodontal tissues it was proposed the inclusion of LED-technologies in a complex of therapeutic measures. A Laser is a high-energy beam of light that can transfer its energy into specific areas. LED although technically are not lasers, use of light that work in a similar way to lasers. A number of positive effects are detail described which it is possible to reach in treatment of periodontal diseases using of LED-technologies. The final results of the study indicate the advantage of conservative therapy and the use of LED technologies in comparison with the results obtained only after of conservative therapy, but also are demonstrate the achievement of good treatment results in all patients without exception.

RESULTS OF THE AMINOO ACIDS USING AT THE DENTAL HYPERESTHESIA TREATMENT 氨基酸在牙齿过敏治疗中的应用效果

By various reseaches from 40 to 70 % of population suffers from dentin hypersensitivity. This situation is exacerbated by the patient’s desire to have a tiny smile. Teeth whitening is most simple and conservative method for achieving the desired result. However peroxide radical is basic component of most of enamel bleaching systems. Using this component leads to such negative consequences as appearance of hyperesthesia symptom. In these studies, we used informative, highly accurate and sensitive to minimal changes diagnostic methods. The analysis of the research results allowed us to interpret the data obtained and conclude that the whitening systems influence the hard tissues of teeth. The problem of finding a repair remedy, which allows not only to eliminate hyperesthesia of the tooth, but also to restore the structure of enamel and morphometry of hard tooth tissues, has become urgent. Due this fact, the drug selection for elimination of such negative effects from peroxide radical becomes important and neccesary stage. For research were selected an amino acid based drug (GAMK), a fluoride and calcium salt based drug, an aminofluoride based drug. By research results we can conclude that all drugs are effective for decreasing tooth sensitivity and for increasing acid resistance and enamel resistance, but best results were obtained for GAMK research group.

MODERN ASPECTS OF THE ETIOLOGY, PATHOGENESIS, DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF HYPERSENSITIVITY OF HARD DENTAL TISSUE 现代方面的病因、发病机制、诊断和治疗的硬牙组织

A large number of patients turn to the dentist with increased sensitivity of teeth. A significant number of researchers worked on this problem, however, hyperesthesia of teeth still belongs to the pathologies that are the least successfully treatable. Etiological factors that cause sensitivity of hard tissues of teeth are very numerous, they can be divided into General and local. A special role in the development of hyperesthesia is given to non-carious lesions of hard tissues of the teeth, as well as caries and periodontal diseases. Along with the interest in studying the causes of hypersensitivity of the teeth, new methods of diagnosis of this pathology were improved and appeared. Undoubtedly, a huge interest of researchers is the search for the most effective methods of treatment of hypersensitivity of dental tissues. The Arsenal of tools for the treatment of this pathology is increasing, however, one of the most common methods of treatment is the local impact on the tooth. According to modern concepts, the treatment of hypersensitivity of teeth can be carried out in two directions: desensitization of nerve fibers and obturation of dentine tubules. This article presents an analysis of publications covering the problem of epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of hypersensitivity of hard dental tissues to update the problem of developing effective methods and means of etiopathogenetic treatment of this pathology.

The increasing need of the population of our country for the orthopedic dental help obliges specialists to pay much attention to improvement of quality of the carried-out orthopedic treatment. Optimum restoration of the lost functions of a dentoalveolar system at a full or partial secondary edentia is one of relevant problems of orthopedic stomatology. In the last decades a large amount of the main and auxiliary materials for production removable the plastinochnykh of artificial limbs appeared. This article presents a literature review of modern basic polymers for the manufacture of removable prostheses. Dentists are among the first in medicine began to use polymeric materials (early XX century). Many dentists today understand that without a thorough approach to the study of the properties of basic materials used in dentistry, it is difficult to provide quality dental care, which results in functional usefulness, aesthetics and durability. Most of the bases of dentures, today, are made of acrylic plastics, as evidenced by numerous scientific studies. In addition, modern requirements to the quality of the main chemical components of modern polymers are increasing. MODERN ASPECTS OF APPLICATION OF OSTEOPLASTIC MATERIALS IN DENTAL SURGERY 骨整形材料在牙科手术中的现代应用

Modern surgical dentistry has an acute problem of bone tissue regeneration. Inflammatory, traumatic diseases and extraction procedures lead to bone deficiency. Physiological regeneration often does not give the desired volume of new bone. Local bone deficiency makes it difficult to perform dental implantation. Means stimulating osteogenesis, different in structure, have different properties. There are various groups of materials for osteoregeneration, these are: autogenous, allogeneic, xenogenic and synthetic materials. Osteoinductive potential, osteoconductive properties and tolerance by the tissues of the receiving bed in groups are expressed differently. It is necessary to take into account not only their composition, dispersion and quality characteristics, but also the state of the receiving bed (the nature of the damage, the size of the formation, the density of the surrounding bone defect), that is, to take into account the characteristics of a particular patient and conduct individual selection of the stimulator of osteoregeneration in accordance with each clinical case. 216 НАУЧНЫЕ ВЕДОМОСТИ М и Серия: Медицина. Inflammatory, traumatic diseases and extraction procedures lead to bone deficiency. Physiological regeneration often does not give the desired volume of new bone. Local bone deficiency makes it difficult to perform dental implantation. Means stimulating osteogenesis, different in structure, have different properties. There are various groups of materials for osteoregeneration, these are: autogenous, allogeneic, xenogenic and synthetic materials. Osteoinductive potential, osteoconductive properties and tolerance by the tissues of the receiving bed in groups are expressed differently.
