The purpose of this article is to carry out a systematic review of the literature, in the electronic databases: Redalyc, Dialnet and Scielo, with the key words: health "and" migrants. Carrying out for it, a complete reading of the articles, where finally one works with twenty-one, of which sixteen belong to primary studies and five to secondary studies; ten describe the situation of migrants in Chile; eleven relate access to health of migrants from power, perceived discrimination, socio-cultural integration, poverty, public policies, coverage and transnational use of health services. To do this, a content analysis is carried out, revealing the emerging categories: "migration" and "health, health systems and access to health care" and seven subcategories. Among the results, it stands out that in general, health care is usually experienced in the midst of ignorance, lack of information and discrimination, as access barriers, which affects especially the quality of life of the segment of the migrant population living in conditions precarious, due to scarce labor supply, lack of economic resources, violation of rights, discrimination and social exclusion.

Introduction: The increase of the accessibility to Internet and technology in the Cuban university context has caused an increment in its use and, associated to it, the appearance of academic problems in the students. This makes that arise the necessity to have a validated instrument that it allows to explore how the cyberaddiction is manifest in the Cuban university context. Objective: To evaluate the psychometric properties that it presents the adapted version of the Internet Addiction Test for the Cuban university context. Method: The sample was composed of 740 university students from 36 careers than belong to 11 faculties of the Central University “Marta Abreu” of Las Villas, in ages between 17 and 47 years old (SD=3.324). The Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis and the reliability analysis were used. Results: A structure of two factors was determined, the first one denominated Interference in the interpersonal relationships and the second one Lack of control and avoidance of the reality. This factorial structure demonstrated appropriate psychometric properties for the university context. Conclusions: The results indicate that the instrument possesses a two-factor factorial structure and appropriate psychometric properties for the selected sample, what allows its use for the study of the cyberaddiction in the worked context.

AIM: The study presents the results of the adaptation of an academic self-efficacy scale. Specifically, the purpose of the study was to analyse the internal structure of the translation and adaptation of the ASES scale by Chemers, Hu y Garcia (2001). METHOD: 4950 Chilean university students participated. Additionally, to study the Equivalence/Invariance of Measurement between different groups of students, we have performed a factorial invariance analysis. RESULTS: The results indicate that the scale has adequate psychometric properties; they also show the existence of a two-factor structure consistent from the substantive point of view and with an adequate statistical adjustment. Factorial invariance analysis shows the existence of metric invariance between the compared groups, CONCLUSIONS: The evidence shows the validity of the scores and their equivalence among groups of students.

Introduction: Suicidal behavior is an internet wide spread complex topic. Some websites support it; others are against it. Objective: To analyze the content of Brazilian blogs about suicide. Method: This is a descriptive-exploratory study. Blogs against and in favor of suicide were collected through Google. The criteria for the search included Brazilian blogs with more than one post about suicide, those with frequent posts about suicide in a year and blogs with posts until December 2014. Computer-mediated discourse analysis was used to analyze the sample. Results: Five blogs supporting suicide and five against were identified with features related to the levels of computer-mediated discourse analysis. Blogs against suicide present higher time of activity, higher number of messages, higher diversity regarding social networks connectivity, higher visits. They also include profile descriptions and use of real names in comparison with blogs supporting suicide. Conclusion: Internet holds relevant content that allows investigating risk factors and protection against suicide as well as the development of online prevention strategies.

Objective: to identify evidence of the main characteristics of bullying bystanders. Method: integrative literature review conducted using the Web of Science, Eric, Cinahl, and Pubmed databases and on the electronic library Scielo, using the terms “bullying” and “bystanders” and their equivalents in Portuguese and Spanish. The guiding question was: “How are students identified as bystanders addressed in studies on bullying?” The studies selected were assessed in terms of methodological quality and were presented in a narrative and critical manner. Results: 29 papers composed the corpus of analysis. Data were organized into three groups: 1) characteristics of students who witness bullying situations; 2) Roles assigned to bystanders; and 3) Issues reported as a consequence of having witnessed bullying. The results indicate the active role of bystanders in the dynamics of bullying, their motivations as whether to defend the victims or not, and the role they play in inhibiting or reinforcing the phenomenon. Conclusion: evidence found can guide anti-bullying practices and intervention programs in the Brazilian health field.

Objective: to establish the relationship between the presence of non-suicidal self-harm with the type of attachment in a sample of Chilean adolescents. Method: A questionnaire was used to evaluate non-suicidals self-harm (American Psychiatric Association, 2014); and two questionnaires to measure attachment style (Gonzalez & Mendez, 2006; Moran, Lecannelier, & Rodriguez, 2014). A non-experimental, transversal and analytical study was carried out, was used Chi square for comparisons between the attachment style between those who self-harm and those who do not. Results: 186 adolescents, with ages between 14 and 18 years old (M = 15.8, SD = 1.1), 57% correspond to women. 11% (22) of the subjects reported self-harm, 77.3% corresponded to women. In subjects reporting with self-harm, 80.9% had an insecure type of attachment (4.8% avoidance attachment, 33.3% ambivalent attachment, and 42.8% disorganized attachment). 95.4% have medium to high scores on subscale signs of anger and anguish towards the figure of attachment. Conclusions: Insecure and disorganized attachment styles are a factor of vulnerability that predisposes subjects to emotional deregulation. Adolescents who report self-harm they tend to have less secure attachments, in contrast to those who do not self-harm (Hallab & Covic, 2010).

Purpose: Medicalization is understood as a process that occurs as a transformation of socialissues to individual and organic problems that require medical intervention. This research proposed to analyze the scientific literature on medicalization related to the context of mental health. Method: Articles search was carried out on Scielo and Pepsic databases, raging dates from 2000 to 2015, using the following descriptors: medicalization, mental health and psychiatric reform. The analysis of the data was envisaged by the analytical-institutional reference, assisting in the composition of two analytical lines. Results: In the first one, we sought to identify the understandings about medicalization, while discussing the differences between medicalization and medicamentalization. In the second line we seek to map the forces that permeate the process ofmedicalization, highlighting biomedical knowledge, biological psychiatry and pharmaceutical industry, social participation and attention models. Conclusion: We conclude that the concept of medicalization, in its different nuances, allows denaturalization movements of mental health practices, allowing to interrogate the relationships of established knowledge and power.

Introduction: One part of polypharmacy is related to different medical conditions that come with age in senior patients. Whether they are adequately prescribed or not, most pharmaceutical compounds may potentially produce negative effects in consumers. One of the most highly prescribed psychopharmaceutics in seniors is benzodiazepine. This drug, usually prescribed to treat insomnia or anxiety, is said to be potentially risky for patients’ health. Objective: To determine the existence of scientific evidence of benzodiazepine negative effects in seniors. Method: Scientific publications from 2007 through to 2017 were systematic ally consulted. The database was Scielo, Pubmed, Redalyc, Ebscohost, and Google Scholar. Keywords for the search included seniors, benzodiazepines, physical and psychological effects, psychopharmaceutics, both in English and Spanish. Findings: The most hig hly consumed benzodiazepine by seniors is Diazepam. Anxiety and insomnia are among the most frequent reasons for its prescription. Regarding negative effects, this drug is highly addictive. Side effects include a high probability of falling, leaving bone fractures as a result, decline of cognitive abilities, and a paradoxical increase of the symptoms for which it was originally prescribed. Senior consumers of benzodiazepine are more frequently female.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of mandatory cigarette sanitary warnings to persuade smokers. Method: The Tobacco Consumption Questionnaire (TCQ) was applied to a sample of 205 smokers from La Habana and Santiago de Cuba. Results: A 100 % of the sample classifies as high risk smokers according to the TCQ. Most of them do not read the cigarette sanitary warnings. These warnings have never prevented them from smoking. Conclusion: Mandatory cigarette sanitary warnings have no effect whatsoever on smokers. Some possible reasons might be historical and socio-cultural factors, insufficient contributions of Cuban laws, and other inconsistent public policies.
