"Syndrome and Bacterial Overgrowth in the Small Intestine" 《小肠综合症与细菌过度生长》

The present work analyzes the most frequent cause of consultation in Gastroenterology services worldwide, Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a chronic gastrointestinal disorder characterized by recurrent symptoms that include abdominal pain and abnormal bowel habits either in the form of diarrhea, constipation, or both; in the absence of an apparent organic cause, with a global prevalence estimated at 11.2% with predominance in women, the prevalence of Latin America seems to be higher than that reported internationally if Rome II is considered (24.4%), and if the publications that used Rome III are considered, the prevalence was 11.8%.

Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction is a very frequent surgery, hamstring autograft is one of the most commonly used grafts. Currently, it appears that graft diameter equal to or less than 8 mm has been associated with an increased risk of rupture. There is a lack of consensus as to how a small diameter graft is managed intraoperatively.

Breast cancer is the most lethal form of cancer that can strike women anywhere in the world. The most complex and tough undertaking in order to lower the death rate is the process of predicting a patient’s likelihood of survival following breast cancer surgery. Due to the fact that this survival prediction is linked to the life of a woman, effective algorithms are required for the purpose of making the prognosis.
