Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) is presently performed for 70-80% of the ART (assisted reproductive technology) cycles [1]. This substantial use is partly due to the excessive stage of standardization through the procedure. The aim of this review was to consider the available publications dealing with the technical aspect of ICSI in assisted reproduction. The literature search was conducted employing PubMed and Google scholar. Some of the key words used: ICSI injection, ICSI outcomes, sperm immobilization, micro tools, commercial micropipette, home-made micropipette, injection speed, injection force, aspiration of cytoplasm, site of sperm deposition and laboratory set-up. The search strategy was limited to articles published in English involving human subjects, with the last search performed on June 2023.This overview provides modern-day knowledge on some technical factors to improve the ICSI efficacy in ART contexts.

Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) are considered to be a group of heterogeneous hematopoietic neoplasms with overlapping myelodysplastic and myeloproliferative features. They occur mostly in the elderly and have an inherent tendency to transform into acute myeloid leukemia. The etiology of MDS/MPN remains uncertain at the present time. Our report describes a patient with MDS/MPN who also had cutaneous involvement (cutaneous carcinoma) several years prior to developing MDS/MPN raising the possibility that his cutaneous involvement may have played a role in the development of MDS/MPN.

Wildlife corridors are landscape elements that allow species and processes to flow freely across sections of intact habitat, connecting the ecosystems within the landscapes. Thus, in a particular environment, the areas that link the scattered habitat patches are known as corridors. The main goal of creating conservation corridors is to counter and, to the extent possible, mitigate the effects of habitat loss and fragmentation on the biodiversity of the landscape, as well as to support the continuation of land use for vital local and international economic activities in reference. In this study, a network of wildlife corridors with the tiger (Panthera tigris tigris) as the focus species using game theory, graph theory, membership functions, and chain coding algorithm is modelled and designed.
