STUDY OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CHANNEL CONTROL STRATEGIES IN THE PROBLEM OF STABILIZATION OF A TURBULENT HYDRODYNAMIC FLOW 紊流稳定问题中通道控制策略的有效性研究

The article considers the problem of stabilizing the value of the turbulent flow parameters described by the stochastic chaos model. As a basic control option, versions of channel strategies based on overrunning of current observations of the stabilized parameter from the range of acceptable values (channel) are considered. On the basis of numerical experiments, the potential possibilities of channel control strategies are investigated. It is shown that the main problem for achieving flow stability is the extremely high level of the variability of the system component of observation series, which is the realization of stochastic chaos. Versions of improved channel control strategies are given, the main directions for increasing the efficiency of functioning of channel stabilization technologies for turbulent flows are indicated

SEQUENTIAL ALGORITHM FOR DISORDER DETECTION IN MULTIVARIATE TIME SERIES 多变量时间序列中无序检测的顺序算法

The paper considers a set of issues related to the construction and sequential algorithms use for detecting spontaneous changes in multidimensional time series probabilistic characteristics (disorder). The study is motivated by the mathematical support problems for decision-making processes based on data from large systems multi-channel monitoring and is devoted to the analysis of the measurements multidimensional time series spatio-temporal dynamics. As an alternative to traditional approaches, new technologies for analyzing inter-channel communications are proposed. Dimension reduction technologies are used based on the data matrices presentation in the first singular basis and multiple regression in the projection space. The considered approach can be applied for interventions early detection in computer networks. The developed approach application in the analyzing the characteristics problem of a turbulent flow based on the pressure deviations measurement data at various points in the volume is demonstrated.

METHOD FOR ESTIMATING THE TIME OF USEFUL USE OF EQUIPMENT BASED ON NEURAL NETWORKS 基于神经网络的设备有效使用时间估计方法

A method for predicting the useful time of equipment based on the processing of diagnostic data using parallel recurrent and convolutional neural networks is proposed. Images for the convolutional network are formed on the basis of the wavelet transform of diagnostic data. Neural networks operate in a multivalued classification mode, which is used in the method to refine the prediction of the useful time of equipment based on the recursive least squares method. The results of a model experiment performed using a program developed in the MatLAB environment that implements the proposed method are presented.

The results of the extraction of thiophene, dibenzothiophene, diphenylamine, indole, carbazole, fluoranthene and pyrene from model mixtures with n-undecane, as well as thiophene from a mixture with n-heptane at a content of the extractable component in the binary system of 10% wt. are presented. A mixed solvent N-methylpyrrolidone - ethylene glycol with the composition of 90/10% wt. at 25 °C was used for the extraction. The experimental data obtained were compared with the results of the extraction of the same components from model mixtures with n-undecane by pure N-methylpyrrolidone

A COMPUTER SYSTEM OF INDUSTRIAL DATA ANALYSIS FOR EVALUATION OF EXTRUSION EQUIPMENT STATE AT POLYMERIC FILM PRODUCTION 用于评价聚合物薄膜生产中挤出设备状态的工业数据分析计算机系统

A computer system was described for evaluating the extrusion equipment state based on the analysis of data from large-capacity, multi-assortment production of polymeric films. It includes a subsystem for industrial data analysis and evaluation of state parameters of extruders. It also includes a module for calculating the clearance between extruder barrel and screw – as the clearance characterizes wear – a module for calculating dependability measures of extruders, a data and knowledge bank on characteristics of the extrusion stage, a visualization subsystem for plotting parameter trends and displaying advices on elimination of extruder element malfunctions. The system adjusts to a different assortment of polymeric films and types of extruders; it allows us to evaluate the extrusion equipment operating life and to make advice for managerial production staff on elimination of malfunctions that lead to increased vibration and wear of equipment. Testing of the system according to the data of calender and extrusion productions of polymeric films in Russian and German plants confirmed its operability and possibility of its using as advisor to operators. The use of the system allows us to save the extrusion equipment operating life and reduce its production downtime, contributing to an increase in the throughput and quality of the end product.

THE FORMATION OF PRIMARY IGNITION SOURCES WITH IMPACTIVE EXPLOSIVES INITIATION 冲击炸药起爆一次点火源的形成

In the article, an attempt was made to develop a theory of formation of primary decomposition sources in energy-saturated materials. Meanwhile, probabilistic values are used: relative speed of primary decomposition "sources" occurrence and the quantity of those sources. A special role in the initiation is given to the occurrence of so-called clusters of primary sources, which sizes exceed the critical one, which is determined by the charge size and the conditions of initiation. The proposed model defines the optimal initiation speed leading to guaranteed detonation excitation and becomes a prerequisite for blasting explosives probabilistic initiation theory development.

A stochastic analogue of the deterministic problem of the destruction of the human musculoskeletal system is proposed. Using the generalized Focker-Planck- Kolmogorov equation, calculations of average values were produced, which coincide with solutions of deterministic equations about the thermomechanical reaction of the system of the joint - synovial fluid on periodic and impulse effects. According to the universal dispersion formula, calculations were made for short-term pulsed shock mechanical effects, which are the most devastating for the joint.

It was revealed that there are no generally accepted methods for assessing competitiveness; modern research is mainly a theoretical analysis of regional competitiveness. It was substantiated that the use of mathematical models and quantitative methods will improve the objectivity of the assessment. A methodology for an information system design for analysis and prediction of the dynamics of risks of competitiveness of regions of the Russian Federation was proposed. The prospects and directions of intellectualization of that system were shown. Based on the analysis of officially published statistical data and information from the regions and the proposed methodology, methods of systematization of socio-economic indicators were designed. An information system module was developed to implement the model based on the Kolmogorov-Chapman equations for assessing the risks of regional competitiveness and its validation was carried out
