Coordinated Control Strategy of Source-Storage-Load in Wind Power Heating System Considering Integrated Demand Response of Power and Thermal 考虑电、热综合需求响应的风电供热系统源蓄负荷协调控制策略

To solve the problem of wind curtailment caused by the limited flexibility capacity of thermal power units, an optimal dispatching strategy of combined wind power-regenerative electric heating (REH) system is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the integrated demand response (IDR) under price-based response scheme is analyzed to analyze the schedulable value of power and heat DR resources, including the power demand response (PDR) model and the thermal load demand response (TDR) model. On this basis, a joint optimal dispatch model of the REH system with IDR and the heat storage electrical boils is formulated, which takes minimizing the total thermal generation cost as the objective function. Case study on a wind power heating system in China is conducted. Case study results show that the proposed optimal operation strategy of the combined wind-thermal heating system considering IDR is more effective in promoting wind power utilization and reducing the total operation cost.

Acquisition Strategy of GIS Partial Discharge Signal Based on Compressed Sensing 基于压缩感知的GIS局部放电信号采集策略

Reliability of gas insulated switch gear (GIS) is closely related to the safety and stable operation of power system. It is necessary to monitor and collect the partial discharge signal to judge whether the fault or defect occurs. The traditional sampling theorem (Nyquist sampling theorem) will produce a large number of invalid signals and waste storage space, resulting in a large amount of stored data. Hence a new partial discharge acquisition method called integral ignition circuit acquisition based on compressed sensing is proposed in this paper. The simulation result is analyzed and compared to the reconstruction of the traditional sampling theorem. It is concluded that the integral fire circuit is more suitable for application in the detection of partial discharge signals.

Interruption Performance of a 40.5kV Vacuum Circuit Breaker Used for the Fault Current Limiter 故障限流器用40.5kV真空断路器的中断性能

The vacuum circuit breakers(VCBs) are commonly used in the medium and lower voltage power systems. With the requirements of current limiters, the interruption characteristics of the vacuum circuit breaker need to be improved. As to obtain the relationships between interruption characteristics and arcing extinguishing chamber key structures, tests are adopted to a 40.5kV vacuum circuit breaker in this paper, and lots of calculations are carried out for optimization of electromagnetic field. It is shown that for the application in current limiters, contact structures and coil must be designed and optimized for obtaining larger magnetic force so as to interrupt the arc under the conditions of higher DC component and shorter arcing time. Testing results reveals that the interruption behaviors are affected by the polarity of the vacuum circuit breaker, it is harder for interrupting when polarity is positive, and the interruption performance of the VCB is decreasing because of the electrical inductance existing in the current limiter.

Aqueous 1-naphthol Decomposition by DC Water Plasma at Atmospheric Pressure 常压直流水等离子体分解1-萘酚

Water thermal plasma is one of the effective methods to decompose persistent organic pollutants in waste liquid At present work, the decomposition of high concentration 1-naphthol in direct current (DC) water plasma was investigated. The experimental results showed that the major gaseous effluents were H2 (42.1—50.4%), CO2 (11.7—15.2%), CO (3.9—76%), CH4 (0.01—0.15%) and the content of the syngas was over 49.6%. The gas temperature was 5500 K under the condition of current at 7A and intial concentration at 500 mg/L. The decomposition efficiencies of 1-naphthol, COD and TOC were increased with the increase of the current (6A—SA). The maximum decomposition efficiency of 1-naphthol was over 99.5% at the current of 8 A. The higher initial concentration can lead to lower 1-naphthol degradation. This study provided an experimental analysis for the application of water vapor plasma technology in treatment of high concentration organic wastewater.

Photovoltaic Power System Leakage Current Reduction by Paralleled Inverters 并联逆变器降低光伏发电系统漏电流

This paper introduces the modulation method for paralleled inverters to reduce the leakage current through achieving zero Common-Mode (CM) voltage of the transformerless Photovoltaic (PV) grid-connected systems. PV arrays are tied to paralleled inverters, which are interconnected to the grid via coupling inductors. The reference Voltage Vector (VV) and the paralleled VV are combined based on VV in each inverter. Zero-CM voltage is attained by distributing the action time to each inverter. The proposed Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) approach guarantees that the voltages for both inverters are in equilibrium during every switching cycle; the circulating current between the paralleled inverters is limited by a small value of coupling inductance. The PWM method has the benefit of reducing CM leakage current, and output current ripples. Simulation and experimental results of the proposed method are provided, validating its ability to eliminate CM voltage and suppress the CM leakage current.

A Configuration Strategy of Photovoltaic and cold Storage for Refrigeration System 制冷系统中光伏与冷库的配置策略

With the increasing energy consumption in the refrigeration system, the environmental problems such as global warming and ozone depletion are becoming more and more serious. On this background, it is practical significant to provide options for energy-saving renovation in the refrigeration field. The paper takes a low-temperature cold storage as the research object. Firstly, according to the refrigeration system of the cold storage, two schemes of combining photovoltaic (PV) with lead acid battery and combining photovoltaic with ice thermal storage are proposed. Secondly, an optimal configuration method of the PV and energy storage system is proposed aiming at minimizing economy, as well as carbon dioxide emission. Detailed power balance and equipment operation constraints are established. The proposed optimization model is formulated a mixed-integer linear programming. A case study on a cold storage project in China with typical data of cold storage in summer, winter and transitional seasons is conducted. Case study demonstrates that the scheme with photovoltaic collaborating lead acid battery is the best solution. Meanwhile, it also shows that the energy storage equipment can reduce the total cost of the system, improve the utilization rate of photovoltaic, and promote economic and environmental benefits of the system.

Architecture and business model of power grid marketing and distribution integration system based on middle platform technology 基于中间平台技术的电网营销配电集成系统体系结构及业务模型

This paper briefly describes the development status and construction requirements of the power grid marketing and distribution integration (MDI for short). It puts forward the overall architecture of MDI system based on the middle platform technology, expounds its technical architecture, and studies the key business model of the MDI system. At present the system has been applied as a pilot in the Customer Service Center of SGCC and interconnected with 27 provincial companies. The application results show that the system can realize data integration and sharing, which has good promotion value, and its system technical architecture and business model can provide useful experience for the construction of similar products.
本文简要介绍了电网营销配电一体化(简称MDI)的发展现状和建设要求。提出了基于中间平台技术的MDI系统总体架构,阐述了其技术体系结构,研究了MDI系统的关键业务模型。目前,该系统已在SGCC客户服务中心试点应用,并与27家省级公司实现对接。应用结果表明,该系统能够实现数据集成和共享,具有良好的推广价值,其系统技术架构和商业模式可为同类产品的建设提供有益的经验。

A Temporal-spatial Distribution Characteristics Based HVDC Transmission Line Model and Its Influence Analysis 基于时空分布特征的高压直流输电线路模型及其影响分析

Due to the reverse geographical distribution between the main power consumption areas and energy production bases in China, several HVDC transmission lines have been built. Different from AC system, resistance parameter is the main factor affecting the electrical quantity of DC system. In order to consider the influence of DC resistance on system analysis, the thermal balance process of transmission line is analyzed in detail in this paper. By considering the temporal-spatial distribution of meteorological environment, the HVDC transmission line is modeled finely, and a DC transmission line modeling method is proposed. On the basis, the corresponding power flow calculation method for AC/DC hybrid systems is presented. Finally, to verify the impact of the proposed model, an AC/DC hybrid model is built based on PSASP simulation software. By calculating the DC line resistance under different temporal-spatial environment influences, the influence of the model on the operating state of AC/DC hybrid system is analyzed. The simulation results show that calculating the resistance under different temporal-spatial conditions is helpful to improve the accuracy of power system analysis.

On-Load Tap-Changer Mechanical Fault Diagnosis Method Based on CEEMDAN Sample Entropy and Improved Ensemble Probabilistic Neural Network 基于CEEMDAN样本熵和改进集成概率神经网络的有载分接开关机械故障诊断方法

The vibration signals of on-load tap-changer (OLTC) contain a rich of operating status information and will effectively diagnose the mechanical fault of OLTC. For the purpose of improving the level of OLTC diagnosis in mechanical condition, this study used the complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN) sample entropy (SampEn) combined with K-L divergence as a vibration signal. Meanwhile, an improved ensemble probabilistic neural network was used for mechanical condition. Then the OLTC mechanical vibration signals under different conditions were measured by experiments. The original vibration signals were decomposed into IMF components with different frequency distributions by CEEMDAN, and then calculate K-L divergence between them. Next, calculate the sample entropy of selected IMF component as the vibration signal feature vector. At the same time, construct a probabilistic neural network (PNN) and optimize the smooth factor. Then the optimized PNN and other weak classifiers were combined as the base classifier of bootstrap aggregating (bagging) algorithm, which greatly improves the classification accuracy of PNN. The final experimental results prove that the improved model can exhibit a high diagnostic efficiency and accuracy rate, which can effectively extract mechanical characteristics and generate some meaningful help for the research of other mechanical fault diagnosis.

Comparative Research on Electromagnetic-Thermal Coupling Characteristics of Flux Switching PM Linear Motors 磁通开关永磁直线电机电磁-热耦合特性比较研究

In this paper, the electromagnetic-thermal coupling characteristics of the primary integrated and primary separated flux switching PM linear motor are compared. The thermal analysis models of primary integrated and primary separated flux switching PM linear motor are established. The steady temperature and transient temperature rise of two kinds of motors are calculated in rated operation respectively. Based on the calculation of temperature rise, the influence of motor temperature rise on the permanent magnet in different primary structures is analyzed. In addition, the influence on the electromagnetic properties of motors are investigated. The no-load EMF and load thrust of different primary structures at different temperature are compared. It is concluded that the electromagnetic performance of the primary separated flux switching PM linear motor is less affected by the temperature rise of the motor, and it is more suitable for the long-term operation of the working field.
