This article reconstructs, from a critical perspective, Habermas’ objections developed in the Theory of Communicative Action and its complementary writings, to Husserlian theory of intersubjectivity. For the author, the construction of a theory of society requires a paradigm shift from the philosophy of consciousness to the philosophy of language, with the subsequent abandonment of references to all solipsist starting points. Precisely, from the Habermasian perspective, the problem of the origin of self-con-sciousness finds its solution by referring to the social activity in which the subject is involved. The individuation of the subject is formed at the level of linguistic intersubjectivity: the context of interaction precedes the emergence of individual perspectives about experiences. The current investigation exposes that Habermas’ theory fails to show that self-perception of the subject is entirely generated by social relations. In fact, it is not possible to avoid the primary sense of identity that Husserl has designated as the pole of action and affection. The aporias of the Habermasian theory show the need to reestablish a dialogue with transcendental phenomenology, which does not start from a paradigm shift, an abandonment of the philosophy of consciousness, but from the possibility of a mutual enrichment between both theoretical proposals. El objetivo de este articulo es mostrar que las limitaciones en el potencial cognitivo de la psicologia empirica presentadas en la obra mencionada son consecuencia del hecho de que esta disciplina se ocupa del sentido interno, asi como este es expuesto, principalmente, en la Critica de la razon pura. A diferencia de todos los trabajos de comentaristas acerca de este tema, este articulo combina, en un estudio unico, un analisis detallado de las implicancias de la naturaleza del sentido interno y un examen cuidadoso de las limitaciones cognitivas de la psicologia empirica llevado a cabo teniendo en cuenta nuestro analisis de tal naturaleza del sentido interno. espanolDesde el campo de la fenomenologia francesa y los estudios feministas y de genero se ha criticado la ausencia del cuerpo en la ontologia fundamental de Ser y tiempo desarrollada por Heidegger. En este sentido, la presente contribucion no se detiene a analizar estas criticas sino que emprende la tarea de rastrear aquellos lugares y pasajes contenidos en Ser y tiempo que podrian iluminar una concepcion heideggeriana del cuerpo. Ademas, en estos pasajes se senalan las posibles relaciones que se pueden trazar con los Seminarios de Zollikon en los que Heidegger pronuncia su propio planteamiento respecto del cuerpo, para asi analizar sus posibles alcances y limitaciones. EnglishFrom the field of French phenomenology and feminist and gender studies, the absence of the body in the fundamental ontology developed by Heidegger in Being and Time has been criticized. In this sense, the present contribution does not stop to analyze these criticisms but rather undertakes the task of tracking those places and passages contained in Being and Time that could illuminate a Heideggerian conception of the body. These passages also indicate the possible relationships established with the approaches to the body that Heidegger years later will deploy at the Zollikon Seminars.

El debate acerca de las influencias economicas sobre la obra de Hegel oscila desde la posibilidad de influencias directas de lecturas de James Steuart y Adam Smith, hasta dialogos indirectos con ambos autores a traves de lecturas de Locke, Hume y Ferguson. Aqui esbozamos la interpretacion de exegetas como Georg Lukacs, Norbert Waszek, Jose Maria Ripalda, Erzsebet Rozsa o Tetsushi Harada, quienes, entre otros autores, dan vida a un debate de por si oscuro. La falta de escritos y la marginalidad de los textos de Hegel sobre el fenomeno de la economia politica hacen del analisis un objeto dificil de asir. Aqui nos proponemos reconstruir historiograficamente los aspectos teoricos centrales de Hegel, a traves obras, tendencias y traducciones, frente al fenomeno de la economia politica. El analisis emprendido nos llevara a reconocer una diferencia en el tratamiento del tema entre el joven Hegel y el maduro, pero que comprende transversalmente la economia politica no en la forma de elucubracion acerca de los principios y axiomas que la componen, sino en las implicancias eticas que ella comporta. Para corroborar aquello, someteremos a juicio las diferentes hipotesis sobre la constitucion economica en Hegel en su propia Filosofia del derecho, como tambien en sus respectivas lecciones. The debate about the economic influences on Hegel’s work oscillates between the possibility of direct influences of readings of James Steuart and Adam Smith and indirect dialogues with both authors through readings of Locke’s, Hume’s and Ferguson’s concepts of economy. Here we outline the interpretation of exegetes such as Georg Lukacs, Norbert Waszek, Jose Maria Ripalda, Erzsebet Rozsa or Tetsushi Harada, who, among other authors, inject life to an already obscure debate. The lack of writings and the marginality of Hegel's texts on the phenomenon of political economy make the analysis an arduous task. Here we propose to reconstruct historiographically the central theoretical aspects of Hegel, through works, trends and translations, on the phenomenon of political economy. The analysis will lead us to recognize a difference in the treatment of the subject between the young and the old Hegel, but that transversally understands the political economy not in the form of elucubration about principles and axioms that compose it, but in the ethical implications that it entails. To corroborate that, we will put to judgment the different hypotheses about Hegel's economic position in his own Philosophy of law, as well as in their respective lessons.

Para ello, se consideran las elaboraciones que desarrollo Walter Benjamin, a quien debemos el concepto, a proposito de la experiencia de Charles Baudelaire frente a las transformaciones urbanas y sociales que sufrio Paris a mediados del siglo XIX, durante el Segundo Imperio en Francia. It will also be considered the experience of Charles Baudelaire facing the urban and social transformations that hit Paris in the 19th century during the Second French Empire. Subsequently, it will be explored the configuration of the figure of flâneur in The Scarlet Gang of Asakusa by Y. Kawabata. Based on the assumption that the thematic and structural elements associated to this concept flâneur, are present in this novel.

Empirical studies from the field of cognitive psychology have shown that human reasoning does not obey the prescriptions of logic. On the contrary, these studies showed that human reasoning relies on the construction of mental models and that there exist certain information processing patterns, called cognitive biases, which are linked to reasoning errors. The aim of this paper is to analyze if these human reasoning features have an impact on the apprehension of the concept of logical consequence. We conducted an exploratory study in a group of university students of an introductory course of Logic, in order to determine if there is any relation between formal languages and argument evaluation. As a result, our study showed that there exists a significant correlation between formal languages, on the one hand, and syntactic methods, on the other hand, and the ability for checking whether an argument is valid. These results would support the hypothesis that formal languages and formal methods are essential tools for teaching logic. Although pedagogical proposals that are close to naive reasoning could be useful in the first approach to core concepts in logic, our study reveals some negative consequences related to these didactic proposals that are linked to reasoning biases activation.

Here I focus on some aspects related to the creativity of the memory in connection with what the philosopher Charles Sanders Peirce called abduction. In cases of episodic memory, the access to memories may be reconstructed following an abductive framework. In this analysis, I would like to highlight how the fallibility character of the abductive processes disappears when our memory provides us with creative “ideas” (memories), i.e. not faithful to reality.

In this article I present a reconstruction of the Kantian notion of unsocial sociability with the aim of showing its relation with other key elements of Kant’s philosophy such as radical evil, moral autonomy, and the history of mankind considered from a heuristic teleological viewpoint. Given the multiple connections and associations this notion can give rise to, I consider of utmost importance to elucidate how Kant understood our social and unsocial dimensions, and how these can have an impact upon the ways we develop our judicial and political institutions and our moral practices. Through the present analysis I believe, on the one hand, that certain interpretative mistakes such as those of Allen W. Wood and Jane Kneller can be corrected, and, on the other hand, that we can be in better conditions to appreciate the ongoing validity of Kant’s historical and anthropological project.

In this article we analyze the ethics of Emmanuel Levinas with regard to the care in the Contextual Therapy approach. Five of the key themes that make up his philosophical proposal were chosen for him, namely: the Other and his face; the ethical relationship; the responsibility; the asymmetry of the relation and the Levinasian ethical subject. To date, six elements have been identified that a contextual therapist must possess in order to apply multidirectional bias as a therapeutic method and attitude that allows establishing a structure that provides the security to explore, identify, mobilize and gain residual confidence in the development and application of Contextual Therapy. These six elements are: 1) Freedom; 2) Conviction; 3) Courage; 4) Knowledge and Skills; 5) Ability to empathy and 6) Ability to claim your own private existence. The contribution of this work is to add the seventh element that a contextual therapist must possess: "The capacity to offer care".
