Aiming the problem of on-line monitoring of the running state of underground cable trench, a cable trench inspection robot system is designed according to the cable trench environment. the requirements of on-line monitoring of underground cable trench, as well as the constraints brought by the underground cable trench environment are analyzed, and an inspection robot, including image module, temperature and humidity detection, combustible gas detection, motion mechanism, automatic navigation module, host system etc., are built. Multi-joint series structure crawler and dual central processing unit (CPU) are used to reduce the whole volume and weight of the robot. D*Lite algorithm is improved by fireworks algorithm. In this way, the distance between robot body and obstacles is increased, the smoothness of planning path is improved, and the path planning for cable trench environment is realized. Experiments of the scene show that, the robot system realizes the automatic inspection of the underground cable trench, and the required various cable operation information are obtained. It shows good crossing ability in the cable trench environment and satisficed the demands of the online monitoring of the underground cable trench.

Based on the law of electromagnetic induction, a novel contactless absolute angular position micro-sensor has been designed in this paper. It is mainly composed of three parts: a magnet having two portions shaped as circle segments with different center points, a Hall effect sensor and a signal processing circuit. The linearity of the sensing system is improved by particularly designing spatial magnetic field distribution of asymmetric magnet, and Hall output signal is converted by the second-order low-pass filter circuit into linear analog voltage. Experiment has been performed on a prototype of the angular position sensor and the results demonstrate the proposed scheme is feasible. Theoretic precision and testing error analysis of the sensor has been pursued based on BP neural network at the end of the paper. The error does not exceed ± 0.015°. The prediction result can fully reproduce the output performance of hall sensing system with high accuracy of 0.02%, achieving high-precision angle measurement.

The primary focus telescope has the advantages of a large field of view and less loss of light energy, and plays an important role in the field of time-domain survey. The 1-meter large field-of-view telescope of Nanjing University uses the primary focus optical system. The 6k × 6k CCD is located at the primary focal point in the optical path. The CCD will have a large amount of heat during the working process, which will affect the telescope's imaging quality. According to the requirements of the imaging quality of the NTU 1-meter telescope optical system, the difference between the temperature of the CCD housing and the ambient temperature needs to be controlled within 1 °C. Therefore, the paper proposes a temperature control scheme for thermal insulation materials, and optimizes the performance of the temperature control scheme. The temperature control accuracy of this solution is within 0.6 °C.

Introduction According to the principles and standards of forest certification system, enterprise implementation was composed of execution of laws and regulations, establishment and implementation of sustainable management planning, environmental protection and the maintenance of social public interests, and the relationship model was built among forest certification, enterprise reputation and enterprise value. An empirical test was made by using SPSS13 and AMOS17.0 on the data from design questionnaire. The results show that establishment and implementation of sustainable management planning and maintenance of social public interests not only directly drive enterprise value, also indirectly drive enterprise value through enterprise reputation promotion and stakeholders recognition, meanwhile the execution of laws and regulations and environmental protection cannot directly drive enterprise value, but can indirectly drive enterprise value through the enterprise reputation promotion and stakeholders recognition, furthermore, enterprise reputation and stakeholders recognition significantly drive enterprise value, while enterprise reputation also promotes stakeholder recognition.

In order to improve the reliability of the ship's steering control system, the structure and function of a new ship steering control system are taken as objects, the basic reliability model of the system is established, the working characteristics of the system are analyzed and the scoring distribution method for the ship's steering control system is proposed, and the reliability index of the unit in the system is distributed. The reliability index of each unit is obtained, which provides the reliability basis for further optimizing the design of the steering control system.

The emulsion drilling rig uses emulsion as the driving medium. Because of its light structure and easy drilling, it is suitable for the construction of gas extraction hole and pressure hole in the narrow space of the comprehensive mining face of coal mine. It is of great significance for the safe and efficient mining of coal mine. In order to study the influence of different types of emulsified oil and its ratio concentration on the rotary efficiency of emulsion drilling rigs, a column emulsion drilling rig was developed. The cycloidal motor and non-circular motor were selected as the motors used for emulsifying liquid drilling rigs, and the emulsified oil specified by the national standard was selected. The emulsified oils HFA E10-5, HFA E15-5 and HFAE25-5 were matched into emulsion at 7 %, 5 % and 3 %, respectively, to test the rotary efficiency, rotary torque and rotational speed of the emulsion drilling rig in each emulsion. The test data of emulsion drilling rig are analyzed and the optimum emulsion oil and its ratio concentration are obtained, which provides a theoretical reference for the modified design of emulsion drilling rig.

When using electromagnetic flowmeter (EMF) to measure slurry flow, the flow signal will fluctuate randomly due to slurry noise interference. In order to reduce the influence of slurry noise, this paper proposes a signal processing scheme based on data fusion. Firstly, through different amplitude demodulation methods, multiple sets of velocity data are obtained simultaneously. Then, a single set of flow data is pre-processed based on support degree. Finally, adaptive weighted fusion is performed on multiple sets of data. The paper conducted a comparison experiment between the data fusion scheme and the moving average median filtering scheme. Experiments show that the steady-state volatility of data fusion scheme is generally smaller. The signal fusion scheme based on data fusion can effectively overcome influence of slurry noise on flow signal of step excitation EMF.

From the perspective of residents, 20 indicators are selected to explore the influencing factors of residents' income satisfaction, and three public factors are selected by factor analysis method to evaluate the influencing factors of income satisfaction. This paper proposes a method to reduce the oil leakage of the hydrostatic slide table. The method reduces the friction loss of the oil cavity through structural optimization, and derives the optimal ratio of the length and width of the oil cavity sealing oil edge in the oil cavity size. The clearance seal design is added around the down-pressing board, and the advantage of the extremely small thickness of the oil film is combined with an appropriate edge width and an oil-saving groove to ultimately reduce the leakage of oil. The theoretical calculations show that this method can better solve the oil in the down-pressing board problems with leaks.
