In the modern information society, the role of various forms of communication is actualized. Advertising, being one of the forms of communication, has a direct impact on the ethical attitudes of society, forming the consciousness of the mass audience. The problem of ethics of advertising messages has been comprehensively studied by the scientific community, but the relationship between ethics and communication as two aspects of the impact of advertising discourse on society is not considered in most works. The purpose is to analyze the communicative component of the ethics of advertising discourse and to consider the use of ethical concepts in advertising communication. Methodology. Comparative, comparative, and linguistic scientific methods were used to conduct the analysis. The practical basis of the research is the material of modern advertising discourse. Outcomes. As a result of the study, the definition of advertising ethics was formulated, taking into account its communicative nature. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the consideration of the ethics of advertising discourse through the prism of communication theory. The practical significance of the study lies in the consideration of the communicative aspect of advertising communication from the standpoint of ethics, which ensures the formation of a healthy society and reduces the negative impact of the manipulative nature of advertising. The results of the study will be useful both to specialists studying advertising communication and to practitioners of the advertising industry in terms of advertising ethics.

rom the perspective of intercultural communication and offers a comparative analysis between the ancient Chinese concept of 中 (zhong) and the theory of transitivity of V.V. Babaytseva, in whose grammatical teaching one of the most important concepts is syncretism. An attempt is made to reveal the similarities and differences between the two concepts and to prove the mental preparedness of the Chinese to perceive the theory of transitivity and the concept syncretism of V.V. Babaytseva. In the process of analysis, etymological and comparative methods are used to clarify the similarities and differences between the philosophical tradition of Chinese culture and the content of the concept representing the essence of grammatical theory. The term “syncretism” in linguistics has a special meaning, is an important concept in the theory of transitivity and reflects its main content. The concept of 中 (zhong) reflects the mental characteristic of the Chinese, for whom the intermediate part is often more important than the extreme points. We assume that in Chinese culture and communication is provided the basis for Chinese to perceive this Russian linguistic theory. The principles of Chinese philosophy lay the mental foundation for the Chinese perception of the theory of transitivity and syncretism and confirm the possibility of their application in the practice of teaching Russian in China

Abstract The subject of the study is the concept "border". The purpose of the study is to identify words based on the material of associative dictionaries and the results of experiments (associative and explicative), the meaning of which contains potential semes ‘border, restriction’, that is words that had or have the opportunity to replenish the fund of lexical units of representatives of the idea of the border. As a result of the study, the following were identified: 1) potential semes not realized during the development of thought and language in the meaning of the words "bridge" and "thread"; 2) the currently updated semes 'border, restriction' in the words "barrier", "pause", " caesura ", which indicates the development of the concept "border" and its relevance in the Russian language picture of the world.

Introduction. At the present stage, a corpus of liturgical texts in Russian has been formed, which requires a comprehensive analysis within the hermeneutical direction. Thus, the methods of hermeneutic analysis, which is interdisciplinary in nature, can be applied in the analysis of liturgical texts in Russian. Hermeneutics of liturgical texts is the interpretation of a liturgical (liturgical) text from the point of view of its theological, historical, philological and other contexts and liturgical use in order to establish its true meaning and an accurate understanding of its content. Aim. The purpose of this study is to conduct a hermeneutic analysis of the chosen place of the anaphora of St. Basil the Great in Russian. Methods. descriptive, comparative, hermeneutical analysis methods. Results. The hermeneutic analysis of the part of the anaphora of St. Basil the Great in Russian is presented, which allows us to identify the interdisciplinary nature of this humanitarian field. At the same time, the proposed methodology allows applying a similar approach to other liturgical texts in Russian. Scientific novelty. The translation of Orthodox worship, being an act of intercultural communication, affects several linguistic and cultural traditions simultaneously: Greek Byzantine, Church Slavonic and Russian. Hermeneutical analysis of such texts in Russian requires special knowledge from these contexts. Practical significance. The results of this study allow for a comprehensive hermeneutic analysis of other liturgical texts in Russian.

The relevance of the research is conditioned by the undoubted scientific significance of cognition of structural and semantic features of axiosphere and types of interaction between different values that make up the space of Russian linguoculture. The aim of the article is to reconstruct a fragment of the Russian axiosphere with the top "happiness" by means of representation of interrelations of this value with others. At the same time, the task of establishing the communicative axiological valence of hedonistic values is solved. The subject of the study is the types of relations of different values with each other, the object of the study is Russian proverbs and sayings about happiness / unhappiness. The main methods of research are axiological analysis, semantic, descriptive-analytical methods. Results. It is proved that in Russian proverbs the value "happiness" interacts with different axiological types: moral and moral, psychological, intellectual and cognitive, religious, existential, utilitarian and practical, economic and other values. Thus, the axiological valence of hedonistic values is multi-place. The following types of axiological associations have been identified: harmonious combination of different values/anti-values, contrast of value and anti-value of one kind, contradictory combination of values and anti-values of different kinds. The scientific novelty consists in introducing into scientific circulation the concept of communicative axiological valence, which is understood as the ability of lexemes naming this or that value to enter into semantic and syntactic relations with other axiolexemes in an utterance. The practical significance of the article is that the proposed approach to the value aspect of communication can be used in the study of the axiological picture of the world of the Russian people, as well as in the development of university special courses on axiology and paremiology.

The article investigates the relationship between communicative motives and the process of divorce from a jurislinguistic perspective. The article examines how communicative factors influence the decision to dissolve a marriage. The aim of the article is to identify the primary communicative motives that lead to the dissolution of marriage and to understand their interaction with the legal aspects of the divorce process. Exploring these interactions can help improve communication in such situations, as well as increase the effectiveness of legal interventions related to marital dissolution. Methodology, methods and techniques. The article applies discursive, lexico-semantic, contextual method of analyzing communicative tactics and strategies. The legal-linguistic analysis of divorce discourse implies the use of argumentation methodology, methodology of cognitive interpretation of legal text and discourse, methodology of analyzing the formal and semantic structure of linguistic elements and text-forming categories. Results. In the process of jurislinguistic analysis we have identified the primary and auxiliary strategies and tactics in divorce proceedings. The primary strategy of judicial communication is persuasion as the most significant strategy in terms of motives and goals, since it is the court that decides the outcome of the dispute in divorce proceedings. Auxiliary strategies are: deconstruction strategy, strategy of interpreting reality, emotionally attuning strategy, rhetorical strategy, dialog strategy and others. Communicative-psychological motives for the dissolution of marriage can be the loss of interest of spouses (communicative conflicts, misunderstanding, indifference, aggression), infidelity, beatings, lack of care for joint children and many others. We consider it necessary to develop a special jurislinguistic methodology, using the communicative-discursive potential, which would declare a strict mechanism for taking into account the motives of action of all parties and would implement an algorithm of correlating communicative tactics and strategies in order to successfully reconcile the parties. The scientific novelty of the study consists in addressing the jurislinguistic discourse of divorce proceedings in order to identify communicative tactics and strategies as a basis for the development of jurislinguistic methodology that uses the communicative and discursive potential. The practical significance of the study lies in the use of the primary findings to create a communicative toolkit that improves the results of the judicial process.

The literature review over the past 20 years indicates a particular interest towards foreign accent perception in business environment and reveals biased attitude of natives, whether employers or employees, to non-nativeness in terms of phonological competence in the studied field. While the attitude of natives has been thoroughly researched, immigrants’ opinions might vary and require careful consideration. This study aims to examine to which extent, if any, a foreign accent in the German language affects professional communication of Russian-speaking immigrants living and working in Germany (in fields including IT, finance, healthcare, education, etc.). In total, 108 participants aged 22-62 completed a questionnaire, the primary purpose of which was to explore whether a foreign accent is perceived as a hindrance in business environment. The research included a quantitative analysis of gathered statistical information processed via JASP software, as well as a qualitative analysis of open-ended items. The major finding indicates that for 39.8% of the participants, a foreign accent has no influence on interactions within a business context. According to the results of the questionnaire, 31.5% of the respondents have never found themselves confronted with a problem of not being understood due to a foreign accent. Finally, for more than a half of the surveyed participants, namely 53.7%, their foreign accent had no bearing on the accomplishment of job-related tasks as part of the working process whatsoever.

The article describes mythological discourse as a suggestive type of communication. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the structural-functionalist methodology, which made it possible to identify the role of mythological discourse in the modern communication space and its impact on mass consciousness. Structuralist, hermeneutic, semiotic and phenomenological methods have become important for revealing the suggestive mechanisms of modern myth-making. In the process of research, the functions of modern mythological discourse were identified: warning, prognostic, modification, projective, manipulative, mediative, integrative, incentive, simulation, regulatory, suggestive-explanatory. The author has studied the characteristic features, technologies and goals of the suggestive influence of mythological discourse on mass consciousness.

. It seems to us that although each of the concrete historical forms of culture functions within "its" civilization, genetically, structurally and functionally, art always retains its spiritual and creative "redundancy" in relation to its civilization, and its signs precisely characterize culture in relation to civilization from the side of its relative autonomy and creativity freedom. The orientation of civilization towards the means of life, the immediate practical interests and values due to its focus on the development, use of natural conditions of life, external life are complemented in any particular society, "enlightened" by the appeal of culture, and especially art to internal life, expressing the boundlessness of the "claims of the human spirit". Layers of psychic reality are available for artistic reflection. And it is no coincidence, apparently, that in scientific research on this issue we sometimes see more references to the works of artists than to the actual scientific works. The same thing happens with objective reality, and on the borders of the unknown, the infinite. The requirement of reliability, verifiability, and the necessary axiomatization of knowledge complicates the formation and institutionalization of a hypothetical idea in science, requires overcoming the existing paradigm and corresponding empirical confirmations. Otherwise, the unknown is explicated in art. It enters into it in the full scope of uncertainty and improbability. If technical civilization builds its relations with the natural universe, realizing the principles of consumption and subjugation of nature, subordination to man, as if for the benefit of man, then culture, and above all art, cultivate our attitude to nature, which is based on disinterested contemplation, reverence, reverent admiration as the highest and most perfect form of creation, which is for a person, an eternal source of creative inspiration. Unlike the anthropocentrism of civilization, art is characterized by environmentalism and the desire for universal unity with nature, its pantheistic perception.
