Numerical analysis of passenger ship personnel emergency evacuation efficiency 客船人员紧急疏散效率的数值分析

Personnel emergency evacuation after a ship accident is the last defense to guarantee lives and properties. To understand the influence factors of the evacuation efficiency so as to develop rational evacuation schemes for different evacuation scenes, this paper builds a simulation model of double deck by Pathfinder in which four evacuation scenarios are set referring to the IMO guidelines. From the three perspectives of evacuation time, congestion degree and exit efficiency, the author compares and analyzes the evacuation situation between choosing exits under the principle of proximity and that under the guidance of an evacuation plan. The results show that the selection of exits under the guidance of evacuation plan can promote the utilization of exits, effectively reduce the congestion degree in the evacuation process, and then shorten the evacuation time. In this paper, the study of passenger ship personnel emergency evacuation can be used to identify the congestion points of the existing passenger ship geometric arrangement, optimize the ship structure design, and improve the efficiency of passenger ship personnel evacuation.

Research on recycling and utilization system of express package based on green logistics concept 基于绿色物流理念的快递包裹回收利用系统研究

In recent years, with the progress of network technology and the development of national e-commerce, express delivery business has shown a trend of rapid growth, but the increasing consumption of express packaging, resulting in a series of resource waste and environmental pollution problems. So, in this paper, based on the understanding of the current situation of the express package recycling in China made a further study of problems of packaging recycling, mainly under the concept of green logistics development, discovered the existence of problems and puts forward relevant solving measures combining with the actual situation, the enterprise further explores on the basis of empirical express packaging recycling mode.
近年来,随着网络技术的进步和国家电子商务的发展,快递业务呈现出快速增长的趋势,但快递包装的消耗量越来越大,造成了一系列资源浪费和环境污染问题。因此,本文在了解中国快递包装回收现状的基础上,对包装回收存在的问题进行了进一步的研究,主要是在绿色物流发展的理念下,发现存在的问题并结合实际情况提出相关的解决措施,企业在实证的基础上进一步探索快递包装的回收模式。

Study on current situation: problems and causes of highway overloading control 公路超载治理现状、问题及原因研究

This paper summarizes the current situation of highway overload management, analyzes the main problems faced by overload through field investigation and interview data, and designs the interview survey outline and freight vehicle travel questionnaire. According to the correlation analysis of the questionnaire results, the main reasons for the formation of overload transportation are found out, which provides further help for China's highway overload management.
本文总结了公路超载管理的现状,通过实地调查和访谈数据分析了超载面临的主要问题,设计了访谈调查大纲和货车出行问卷。通过对问卷结果的相关性分析,找出了形成超载运输的主要原因,为中国公路超载管理提供了进一步的帮助。

OODA model study of port epidemic transmission process and emergency prevention and control 港口传染病传播过程及应急防控的OODA模型研究

COVID-19 is highly efficient for port operation, and it is crucial to improve the port epidemic's emergency prevention and control capability. Therefore, according to the port operation process, the process of epidemic transmission in the port is analyzed, and the relationship map of port epidemic transmission is clarified; then, with the help of OODA theory, the OODA model of port epidemic emergency prevention and control is constructed. Through the analysis of the model operation cycle process, this paper summarizes the advantages of the model in port epidemic prevention and control. OODA port emergency prevention and control model can better improve the ability and efficiency of port epidemic emergency prevention and control.

Prediction of new energy vehicles ownership with PCA-logistic model under peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality 二氧化碳排放峰值与碳中和条件下新能源汽车保有量PCA-logistic预测

New energy vehicles play a pivotal role in the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. The prediction of the ownership of new energy vehicles is of great significance to realize the goal of environmental protection in transportation field. The fluctuations of new energy vehicle ownership data follow a long-term nonlinear trend influenced by complex impact factors where nonlinear relationships are in between. Therefore, it is important to use reasonable and accurate methods to analyze and forecast the new energy vehicle ownership to facilitate the rational formulation of policies. In order to study the change of vehicle ownership under the influence of multiple factors such as GDP, urbanization rate and highway mileage, the method of combining principal component factor analysis and logistic nonlinear model is adopted. The result shows that the nonlinear logistic regression curve obtained has a higher fitting degree with the actual data. According to the industry planning, the number of new energy vehicles in 2035 is about 156 million.

Research on UAV terminal distribution information system based on integrated management and control 基于综合管控的无人机终端配送信息系统研究

With the continuous advancement of intelligent construction of logistics engineering, the customer demand of logistics market is gradually diversified. UAV logistics transportation is facing problems such as information fragmentation, decentralized and independent operation of subsystems and so on. In order to solve this problem, this paper combines a number of technologies such as serial wireless communication, remote sensing and internet development. It also integrates multi-source data such as human, machine, road, management and control, expounds the overall architecture, core architecture, key technologies and functional design architecture of the system according to the framework of data fusion decision analysis management and control, and adopts genetic algorithm to optimize the route planning of logistics and transportation in order to build an integrated app operation platform for UAV management and control, realize the accurate control and information management of UAV logistics transportation, and verify the feasibility of the system through the preliminary design of logistics transportation in Anning District, Lanzhou. The experimental results show that the remote communication data in the process of UAV transportation is stable and accurate, and the application of flight route planning results is good, which plays a great role in promoting the improvement of logistics efficiency.

Discrete traffic network design model considering risk attitude of decision maker and users 考虑决策者和用户风险态度的离散交通网络设计模型

Traffic network design is one of the core contents of traffic planning. The traditional transportation planning is based on deterministic assumptions and decision-making rules, resulting in unreasonable factors in the planning scheme. This study aims to build uncertain transport network design method with uncertainty theory. This paper assumes that the traffic supply and demand are random variables. Using the expected utility theory to consider the risk attitude of users and the deviation degree to considering the risk attitude of decision maker, a bi-level programming model is established. This paper presents a method with genetic algorithm to solve the problem, and then gives an example. The results of the Nguyen Dupuis network show that the risk attitudes of decision makers and users have an important impact on the decision-making of network design. The proposed method can effectively improve the robustness of network design.

New expressway emergency rescue system 新型高速公路应急救援系统

From the early stage of highway construction to now, emergency rescue has always been of great significance to ensure the safety of life and property of drivers and passengers. By summarizing the research on the existing expressway emergency rescue system and comprehensively considering the state of drivers and passengers after an accident on the expressway, a new expressway emergency rescue system with "1 + 1" mode is designed, and the field test has been started. The system can make full use of the waiting time for rescue, use big data and Internet of things technology to realize the early warning of upstream vehicles, provide reference for rescue deployment, and help to improve the survival rate of the wounded and reduce the occurrence of secondary accidents.

Emergency competence demands analysis of special equipment based on highway traffic incident emergency disposal in China 基于中国公路交通事故应急处置的特种设备应急能力需求分析

Natural disasters have a significant impact on highway traffic, and China has been slow to create special equipment for emergency response. The use of specialized equipment in the emergency disposal process is uncommon. The damage characteristics of highway traffic emergencies are described through the investigation of natural disaster situations. A framework for analysis of emergency disposal mission demands was constructed based on emergency disposal methods of typical damage characteristics and emergency disposal logic, and the emergency disposal special equipment competence demands mapping was established for the emergency disposal mission demands. For the emergency disposal mission, the dominating demand analysis technique "scenario-mission-competence" is offered. The emergency special equipment competence demand framework is built using this way by merging actual emergency requirements. The relevant specific technical indicators of equipment round important elements are proposed as an extension of the framework, which can reflect equipment need and support the modeling for equipment selection. The matching model is designed to depict the relationship between the need for special equipment and the demand for highway incident scenario disposal. The application explains how to use the method and verifies its effectiveness. The findings of this study suggest that the strategy can aid decision-making in determining equipment competency need and selecting special equipment for the disposal of highway traffic incidents.

Study on the characteristics of rail corrugation for Chongqing subway line with large slope 重庆地铁大坡度线路轨道波纹特性研究

Rail corrugation is among the most difficult problems in rail irregularity control of Chongqing subway which is special for its large longitudinal slope. In this study, the length of rail corrugation along the line was investigated and analyzed, the result shows the rail corrugation is closely related to the line slope and curve radius, it increases with the decrease of curve radius, meanwhile, when the line slope exceeds 30%, the occurrence of rail corrugation increases dramatically. The difference of rail corrugation at inner and outer rail of curve section also be tested, the result indicates that length and amplitude on the inner rail are larger than that of the outer rail at curve region. In addition, the rail corrugation at horizontal and vertical composite section is more serious, lead to higher vibration and noise to the wheel-rail system of subway.
