In order to scientifically determine the scale of parking spaces in tourist highway parking areas, a method for calculating the number of parking spaces in parking areas is established based on queuing theory. Firstly, the calculation method of actual vehicles entering the parking area is proposed, and then the influence of different parameters on parking space demand is studied by using queuing theory. The research results show that the entry rate, design hourly traffic volume coefficient, turnover rate, system loss rate and parking space occupancy rate all have an impact on parking space demand. The higher the entry rate, the greater the design hourly traffic volume coefficient, the smaller the system loss rate and the lower the parking space occupancy rate, the greater the parking space demand. The method of calculating the number of parking spaces in the parking area proposed in this paper is applied to practical projects. The application results show that this method has strong practical value and is helpful to reasonably determine the overall scale of the parking area of tourist roads and intensively use land resources.

In order to further prevent and control the traffic accidents of provincial main highways, the characteristics of time, space and causes are explored. In view of the prominent traffic safety problems of provincial trunk highways, according to the traffic accident statistics and traffic volume data of S325 provincial highway provided by a city, taking S325 provincial highway as a typical example, the spatio-temporal and cause characteristics of traffic accidents in this province are analyzed, and the traffic accident hotspots are identified by k-means clustering method. The results show that: from the time distribution characteristics, there is an obvious periodicity distribution in the time period of the province. In terms of spatial distribution characteristics, the number of traffic accidents on provincial roads is less at both ends, more in the middle, less in road sections of municipal districts, and more in road sections of township streets. With the continuous advancement of intelligent construction of logistics engineering, the customer demand of logistics market is gradually diversified. UAV logistics transportation is facing problems such as information fragmentation, decentralized and independent operation of subsystems and so on. In order to solve this problem, this paper combines a number of technologies such as serial wireless communication, remote sensing and internet development. It also integrates multi-source data such as human, machine, road, management and control, expounds the overall architecture, core architecture, key technologies and functional design architecture of the system according to the framework of data fusion decision analysis management and control, and adopts genetic algorithm to optimize the route planning of logistics and transportation in order to build an integrated app operation platform for UAV management and control, realize the accurate control and information management of UAV logistics transportation, and verify the feasibility of the system through the preliminary design of logistics transportation in Anning District, Lanzhou. The experimental results show that the remote communication data in the process of UAV transportation is stable and accurate, and the application of flight route planning results is good, which plays a great role in promoting the improvement of logistics efficiency.

Traffic network design is one of the core contents of traffic planning. The traditional transportation planning is based on deterministic assumptions and decision-making rules, resulting in unreasonable factors in the planning scheme. This study aims to build uncertain transport network design method with uncertainty theory. This paper assumes that the traffic supply and demand are random variables. Using the expected utility theory to consider the risk attitude of users and the deviation degree to considering the risk attitude of decision maker, a bi-level programming model is established. This paper presents a method with genetic algorithm to solve the problem, and then gives an example. The results of the Nguyen Dupuis network show that the risk attitudes of decision makers and users have an important impact on the decision-making of network design. The proposed method can effectively improve the robustness of network design.

New energy vehicles play a pivotal role in the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. The prediction of the ownership of new energy vehicles is of great significance to realize the goal of environmental protection in transportation field. The fluctuations of new energy vehicle ownership data follow a long-term nonlinear trend influenced by complex impact factors where nonlinear relationships are in between. Therefore, it is important to use reasonable and accurate methods to analyze and forecast the new energy vehicle ownership to facilitate the rational formulation of policies. In order to study the change of vehicle ownership under the influence of multiple factors such as GDP, urbanization rate and highway mileage, the method of combining principal component factor analysis and logistic nonlinear model is adopted. The result shows that the nonlinear logistic regression curve obtained has a higher fitting degree with the actual data. According to the industry planning, the number of new energy vehicles in 2035 is about 156 million.

Natural disasters have a significant impact on highway traffic, and China has been slow to create special equipment for emergency response. The use of specialized equipment in the emergency disposal process is uncommon. The damage characteristics of highway traffic emergencies are described through the investigation of natural disaster situations. A framework for analysis of emergency disposal mission demands was constructed based on emergency disposal methods of typical damage characteristics and emergency disposal logic, and the emergency disposal special equipment competence demands mapping was established for the emergency disposal mission demands. For the emergency disposal mission, the dominating demand analysis technique "scenario-mission-competence" is offered. The emergency special equipment competence demand framework is built using this way by merging actual emergency requirements. The relevant specific technical indicators of equipment round important elements are proposed as an extension of the framework, which can reflect equipment need and support the modeling for equipment selection. The matching model is designed to depict the relationship between the need for special equipment and the demand for highway incident scenario disposal. The application explains how to use the method and verifies its effectiveness. Rail corrugation is among the most difficult problems in rail irregularity control of Chongqing subway which is special for its large longitudinal slope. In this study, the length of rail corrugation along the line was investigated and analyzed, the result shows the rail corrugation is closely related to the line slope and curve radius, it increases with the decrease of curve radius, meanwhile, when the line slope exceeds 30%, the occurrence of rail corrugation increases dramatically. The difference of rail corrugation at inner and outer rail of curve section also be tested, the result indicates that length and amplitude on the inner rail are larger than that of the outer rail at curve region.
