A number of topical problems of higher education caused by the processes of its digitalization are discussed, including the problems of university online teaching of chemistry and other chemical disciplines. The problem of incorrect use of educational information by students from the Internet is due to the excessive dependence of students on digital technologies and their insufficiently critical attitude to online educational information. The related problem of replacing systematic knowledge with superficial and incomplete information from sources of digital communication requires an immediate solution. The specifics of online teaching also cause special psychological problems of the relationship between the teacher and students. The problem of incomplete adequacy of electronic media used in the educational process and the related problem of insufficient technical support of online technologies are also serious. Possible ways and means of solving these problems are considered.

The purpose of the study is to reveal the process of formation of Soviet power in Hrodna and Hrodna Count during the period, the chronological framework of which is determined by the direct transition of the territories of Hrodna and Hrodna region under the control of the Red Army in September 1939, on the one hand, and their official incorporation into the BSSR in November 1939, on the other. This period, which preceded the formation of full-fledged Soviet authorities in the region, is defined in the article as transitional. The paper shows the process of forming interim administrations, notes the practice of sending civil servants, party and military figures from the regions of the BSSR and other regions of the USSR to Hrodna and Hrodna Count to recruit new local authorities and organize elections to the People's Assembly of Western Belorussia (PAWB), notes the goals and objectives of the PAWB activities set before it by the party leadership, reveals the specifics of organizing elections of deputies to the PAWB from Hrodna and Hrodna Count. The scientific contribution of the study was manifested in the coverage of the process of the initial stage of the formation of Soviet authorities on the territory of Hrodna and Hrodna county in the period preceding their official incorporation into the BSSR (September 1939 - November 1939). As a result, the dates of formation of interim administrations in Hrodna and Hrodna Count, the principle of recruitment of new government institutions, the undemocratic nature of the elections of deputies of the People's Assembly of Western Belorussia were determined. The assessment of the inclusion of Hrodna and Hrodna Count into the BSSR is given.

Contemporary technologies have made qualitative leaps for human life in the field of information, digitization and communication. The social networks produced by the new media are characterized by several features that cast a shadow and imposed their impact on human communication with its modern means, the most important of which are interactive, non-public, asynchronous, prevalence and spread. This study aimed to evaluate the experts' use of the new media in their communication work. Furthermore, it sought to identify the most important gratifications obtained by the experts' use of this new form of media.

A retrospective analysis of the database of patients with histologically verified serrated adenomas of the colon was carried out as part of an observational study. Inclusion criteria: patients with serrated colon adenomas who underwent a molecular genetic study to detect mutations and further sequencing 16 sRNAs of intestinal microbiota from January 2021 to October 2021. The exclusion criteria: patients with a primary tumor of the colon who had previously received complex treatment, who had accompanying pathologies of the other organs and systems, which did not allow for the planned examination. According to the results of the study, BRAF mutations are diagnosed in half of the cases in serrated adenomas and in one-third of cases - KRAS mutations. As a result of a comparative analysis of the intestinal microbiome of young patients with serrated colon adenomas with summary statistical data on the presence of bacteria in the intestines of people from the Russian population; promising markers were found for the development of effective approaches for the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.

The rapid forced transition to distance learning in the spring of 2020 served as an impetus for the development and introduction of new forms of education. Such a massive introduction of distance learning quickly revealed the advantages of traditional full-time education. The first meetings with students after the experimentally remote semester showed a noticeable loss of students of some of the learning skills, for example necessary for working in a team. In addition, it is impossible to teach many technical disciplines qualitatively to a student without his presence in the classroom. In the course of individual remote work with students (which entailed increased time costs), it became clear to teachers which points in the course should be paid more attention to, what to change in the presentation of educational material. Thanks to technological progress, new ways of conducting classes have appeared in a remote form. Such classes can complement traditional full-time education
