This study examines the educational transformation of Mu'adalah using qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the modernization pattern of mu'is education is at the Al-Abror Islamic Boarding School, South Tapanuli Regency. The pattern in this Islamic boarding school adheres to two aspects, namely based on the education and teaching system and based on the Kulliyatul Mu'allimin al-Islamiyah (KMI) Curriculum. The references to the two aspects of modernization in this pesantren are aimed at the modern Pondok Gontor Ponorogo Indonesia (KH. Imam Zarkasyi, KH, Ahmad Sahal and KH. Zainudin Fananie, namely the Trimurti Pondok Modern Gontor Ponorogo Indonesia). The educational method taught in Islamic boarding schools includes three elements, namely intra-curricular, extra-curricular and co-curricular curriculum elements. The purpose of writing is to discuss the financial management of Islamic education at the Darur Rasyid Islamic Boarding School, Aceh Singkil, both from financial planning, financial accounting and financial evaluation and accountability. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, with the approach used is Naturalistic, as well as with triangulation techniques, then data collection techniques using documentation, interviews, and observations. The step of analyzing the data is to collect the data, reduce the data, present the data and then conclude. The results of this study are: 1. The leadership of the Islamic boarding school as top manager and treasurer prepares any programs that will be implemented and then is held together with the head of the foundation, the boarding school committee, as well as the teachers, Then determine how much the budget will be spent on program implementation. 2. There is a financial assistant unit appointed to assist the madrasah treasurer in managing education finances at Darur Rasyid Aceh Singkil Islamic Boarding School. So far, with the existence of the financial assistance unit, it can allocate and distribute Islamic boarding schools' funding sources effectively and efficiently and on target. 3. Bookkeeping or recording of education finances carried out at the Darur Rasyid Aceh Singkil Islamic Boarding School only uses the general treasury book (receipts and disbursements book). The auxiliary cash book or subsidiary ledger tends to not function properly because all receipts and expenditure records are integrated into the general cash book. The details of the cost of each component of expenditure tend to be unreported and not specifically detailed. 4. Education financial reports and accountability are prepared and addressed to foundations and all authorized parties, namely, among others, accountability reports are reported every 6 months. Philosophy of education is essentially the application of philosophical ways of thinking into the realm of education. Philosophy helps the process of implementing mathematics education. Philosophy directs and guides all processes that take place in mathematics education, so that education is carried out according to the right path and direction. The purpose of this study is to examine in depth how the philosophy of mathematics education perspective as a field of knowledge. The research method in this study used the literature study method. Data collection was carried out by collecting data from the library, from research journals and books and then reading, recording and processing these sources as research data. Philosophy of mathematics education as a field of knowledge provides a clear basis and direction for mathematics to become a means of thinking in discovering and developing various new knowledge and will then communicate the results of this knowledge so that it becomes useful and usable. Based on the study of ontology and epistemology, in carrying out mathematics education activities as a field of knowledge it is necessary to apply a philosophy of mathematics which involves the use of logic and the involvement of students in constructing their knowledge in solving existing phenomena or problems. Based on the axiological study, mathematics education as a field of knowledge will have value if students in the implementation of mathematics education are organized by involving the connections of mathematics with other sciences and connections with previously acquired knowledge.

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the development of Islamic education philosophy in the context of pesantren. This research uses an analytical descriptive method with a qualitative approach in data collection and analysis. This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the development of Islamic education philosophy in the context of pesantren and make a positive contribution to the development of pesantren as a quality Islamic education institution. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical method. This method is used to describe and analyze the development of Islamic education philosophy in the context of pesantren. This research uses a qualitative approach in data collection and data analysis. Data were obtained through literature studies, observations, and interviews with Islamic education experts and pesantren managers. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques, such as data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In addition, this research also uses a comparative approach, which compares the development of Islamic education philosophy in pesantren with the development of Islamic education in other Islamic education institutions to find differences and similarities in the development of Islamic education. In this study, the evaluative method was also used to evaluate the effectiveness of the development of the philosophy of Islamic education in pesantren. The evaluative method is used to assess the success and shortcomings of the development of the philosophy of Islamic education in pesantren, so that it can provide appropriate recommendations for developing pesantren as quality Islamic education institutions. The results showed that the development of Islamic education philosophy in the context of pesantren needs to pay attention to epistemology, ontology, axiology, and pedagogical aspects to produce quality graduates and be able to answer the challenges of the times. The development needs to be carried out continuously and continuously, following the times and the needs of the community.

The rapid development of technology makes a process of change in all aspects of life. Likewise in literary life, changes occur in works, critics, and literary readers. In essence, literature is a work that aims to convey information and become a medium of communication. Technological developments have an impact on the emergence of cyber literature that is developing in the mass media. This article describes the role of cyber literature in learning Indonesian language and literature in the digital era. The method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative with the type of qualitative research. The discussion in this article is (1) cyber literature, (2) the impact of cyber literature, and (3) the role of cyber literature in learning Indonesian language and literature.The result showed that The negative impact is the plagiarism of literary works. However, the positive impact of cyber literature is that it provides an opportunity to express ideas and creative writings.

This paper will discuss the empowerment of teachers to improve the quality of education and school progress. School progress is determined by many factors, including the quality of education implemented. While the quality of education is determined, among others, by the quality of educators (teachers). Therefore, to improve the quality of education and promote schools, it is necessary to improve the quality of teachers. One of the strategic steps to improve the quality of teachers is through teacher empowerment which is carried out integrally and continuously. Teacher empowerment is the involvement of teachers in school decision-making processes, taking action according to the decisions taken, and enjoying the results of implementing school policies. For effective teacher empowerment, effective strategies are needed, including: 1) Formulating sustainable policies; 2) Provision of selected support and assistance; 3) Supervision and motivation; 4) Creating a conducive school environment; 5) Teacher career advancement based on performance and achievement, and 6) Giving prizes to outstanding teachers.

We have carefully reviewed some kinds of literature involving a chronological approach, which includes analyzing data, testing data, evaluating and interpreting it until we get some crucial points, which include we get several technological applications, including argumentative reality, adaptive learning, artificial intelligence, robotic and automation, utilization of 5G advances in learning, and learning analytics. It is hoped that these findings will be helpful for further studies.

This study aims to create and develop android-based learning media in the Broad-Based Network Technology subject at SMK N 1 Tilatang Kamang. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The research subject is android-based learning media in the Broad-Based Network Technology subject. The validators in this study were two lecturers from Padang State University as Media Experts and two SMK teachers majoring in Computer Network Engineering at SMK N 1 Tilatang Kamang. While the object of research is class XI TKJ students using android-based learning media in the Broad-Based Network Technology subject. The results of the media validation test obtained an average value of 0.88 which is included in the valid product category, and the results of the material validity test obtained an average value of 0.93 which is included in the "Valid" category. Furthermore, in the practical aspect of the learning media, the percentage of assessment by the teacher was obtained with an average of 92.50 while the average rating by students was 94.32 in the "Very Practical" category. And the application of Android-based learning media through the stages of testing effectiveness through tests of student learning outcomes, namely in the form of pretest and posttest. The results of the effectiveness test stated that this Android-based learning media was in the "Effective" category.

The purpose of this study was to assess the success of learning to make industrial clothes in vocational high schools. This study uses the Countanance Stake evaluation model. In evaluating we compare programs that are evaluated based on established standards. With two concepts, namely contingency and congruence. The objectives of learning evaluation for Industrial Clothing Making in this study were learning planning, learning implementation, and learning outcomes. Then the data was collected by observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that (i) the Learning Program for Making Industrial Clothing at the Padang City Vocational School from the aspect of learning planning is in accordance with predetermined standards. (ii) The Learning Program for Making Industrial Clothing from the aspect of learning implementation was found to be partly incompatible between classroom management and the implementation of learning in schools with the standard implementation of learning processes. (iii) Learning Program for Making Industrial Clothing from the aspect of learning outcomes, namely the learning outcomes of some students do not meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). (iv) There is a contingency between planning, implementation and learning outcomes for Industrial Clothing Making. Based on congruences and contingency analysis, it is recommended that the Industrial Dress Making learning program at Padang City Vocational School be continued with a few notes.
